If you don't write it as 1/1/2000 and not 1/1/00.People would think it is 1/1/1900 and babies born on 1/1/00 would be registered as 100years old, thinking the 00 is for 1900 and not 2000.

My question and answer was if in the year of 1999 I could write 12/12/99 and we all knew it was 1999 and not 2099, we would be fine with 00 as 2000 and not 1900.

A doctor is readily relevant in the Nigerian society once he is qualified. He gets into the field with less supervision even when we know sometimes he learns from his mistake.
An average Nigerian engineer has no ready contribution. You are only being employed to assist you. You cant design anything. You cant troubleshoot. You cant contribute to anything meaningful. They dont see you as a professional. A Nigerian engineer is almost useless. If you think you can solve maths, who maths elp? Others read Maths/Computer they may even solve it better.

Thanks to the Nigerian system, the president has a personal doctor, if issues arises related to the profession his colleagues forward such to the personal physician of the president who gives a listening ear.

Lawyers: The president has his personal lawyers too, same listening ear like the physician, and influence.

Engineer: Now those the president have one, No, because if he would need a civil, mechanical, electrical, structural engineers and there is no needs for day to day meet ups like the physician or lawyer.

Lecture and teachers: Applicable like the engineers but worse off the career chain.

I guess my oral explanation would have been more convincing.
