This thread won't be successful like the clearance sales thread if the moderators don't put it at the top page permanently on the family section.

Or else its just like any other threads that come and go.

I see myself as a freethinker but not an atheist. Personally, I don't believe in religion at all. However I believe there is a Supreme being ( God) and who created me and this universe.

But my family and friends believe as much as I don't believe in religion e.g Christianity, Islam, traditional etc, I am an theist too. Is there really a difference?

You are the clown here...

I'm sure you're ignorant of what it takes to import cars. Because if you do, and put together the buying, shipping, clearing, and repair fees, you would be reasonable.

Happy sales my brother, let the mouth runners run their mouth...

I know that Ofada rice also called brown rice is a local rice in Nigeria. But are all other local rice like Abakaliki rice can be classified as Ofada rice too? Or is there difference in the taste and texture of various local rice in Nigeria?

Clean Toyota Sienna 2005. Working perfect

1.3 Million if you accept.

Fhemmmy:
With the current exchange rate, it is impossible sir . . . . . 3.5M is less than 10,000$ meanwhile, clearing will be within 1.2M Naira for a 2010 model and shipping and other costs will be within 2000$ . . . .So with that kinda budget, you will probably be looking at LE model of 2007 or 2008

2007 or 2008 model is too old.

donparosky:
yeah it's better to rebuild them before final storage especially when the liquid content is too high.

Do you have any idea how to detect if the palm oil has high moisture?

donparosky:
wahala be like bicycle. Please can you share your experience here for people to learn.

Is it safer to boil again kegs of palm oil bought from mill for storage and last longer? I hope boiling the palm oil again won't affect the quality and taste? Please educate me on it bro.

Fake story

Fhemmmy:
I totally agree with you sir, i wouldn't advice anyone to pay such for the ride . . . i will advice you look into other Trim sir and you can drive home to madam within 5M Naira yet with all the bells and whistles

Thanks sir. Actually, my budget is 3.5M. I thought I could one at that amount and at all inclusive costs.

Fhemmmy:
If you want a limited edition, it will cost you well over 8M Naira (Thanks to the exchange rate). . . Thanks for your inquiries as we look forward to being your dealer too

What!? Over 8million naira for 2011 Toyota sienna? Too costly.

Fhemmmy:
Watch out for our deal of the day sometimes this week

How much can I get 2011or 2012 Toyota sienna limited from you? Not too high mileage. The price should be inclusive of clearing in total. Location is Lagos

SeaTrade:
Good evening.
I got a good deal today to buy a Ford ranger truck,
Single cabin ,manual transmission, air conditioned, gasoline engine, high range truck with 4×4 and a container body.
It's something very necessary for my line of work and I am tempted to buy it.Infact I love it but i don't want to make emotional decisions so I really want to be sure.
So I don't know if it is a good and reliable truck that can handle proper beating offroad as my routes are filled with damaged roads and all..
I've had an awesome experience with my Hilux but I don't know if the Ford ranger can offer me same ruggedity without breaking down all the time and burning a hole in my pocket(I have really grown to hate spending money on cars so I like to keep it at minimal levels if possible).
Please house gurus,I will appreciate your expert opinions ,
Thank you.

Bro, please how much did you get your truck? I am planning to get something like it ( Nigeria used) in Lagos too.

My Greatest Regret, How Gambling Ruined Me

Dear Nairalanders, read my story which I will summarise and don't repeat my mistake.

I was not born rich but I have always been a hustler. In 2006 when I was 30, I had opportunity to travel to Latvia, from there I entered Germany where I started hustle. While in Germany I was sending money to my wife (then girlfriend), who judiciously kept them for me. I finally returned to Nigeria 2016 for my 40th birthday.

On my return, I had made over 25 million naira. My wife advised me to buy a landed property, which I initially agreed. We contacted several real estate agents including one called Landwey in Lagos. After agreeing on formalities, I refused to make the bold move to effect purchase, instead I postponed it, which was foolish of me.

I foolishly bought luxury cars, rented bigger apartment and felt like I have arrived. I invested 5 million in importation business but was duped by my most trusted friend. In 2018, I couldn't maintain my lifestyle due to the fact that I didn't had funds flowing in.

I made the greatest mistake by playing virtual games on betting shops. Within 5 months, I sold almost all my properties still playing virtual and losing.

In 2019, I finally lost everything, I relocated with my wife and 3 kids to a suburb as I couldn't pay the high rent where I was.

My Greatest Regrets:
1. Refusal to make purchase of the landed property as advised by my wife, notably that of Landwey, despite being convinced about it.

2. Living life of opulence when my resources weren't multiplying.

3. Wasting 4 years of my life playing virtual games.

Though I have forgiven myself for the wasted years, my advice to people is to use whatever that comes their way wisely.

Meanwhile, tribute to my wife for standing by me even when I failed her repeatedly

I don't trust your story. You said you came back to Nigeria in 2016 and get married? How did you have 3 kids in 2019? Is it possible to lost 25 millions to bet9ja? Wow, that's incredible.

I don't know where to start talking from. I am in debt, I live an apprehensive life.
I barely have a home to lay my head. I don't know what I am doing and I am lost.
Nothing is working for me.
Sometimes it feels like I have done something wrong in my past life or maybe Some forces beyond me are in control. I have prayed and fasted, knelt in the midst of prophets, burnt alot of candles. Instead of things to get better, it keeps getting worse.
I am unhappy and depressed

How did you get yourself in serious debt? Did you take a bank loan or is it failed business? You need to give details so that nairalanders can advise you on way forward.

Has business plan submission portal opened yet on TEF website?

The girlfriend is dating him for his money and fame only. I don't see any true love between them.
