Good evening nairalanders I have a little challenge I am facing in my workplace at the moment and I am suspecting my boss to be responsible,I started working in this new company December last year it's a a real estate company,but the office were I work in particular we run a pos there too,so I when I come to work in the morning I first go to my bosses place to collect cash for customers withdrawal.


I am a type of person that barely misplace my money or phone,these two things are very important to me so I am very careful with them,but since I started working in this company it has being a different case,there is no week I don't loose up to 6000 from the pos money I will try all my best to trace the money with the machine transaction history but I will never trace how the money went ,and the most painful part is that I usually pay the depths with my salary so end of the month I usually go with half of my salary as a result of debt.
There are 3 reasons why I suspect my boss,no one the first month I started work a friend of mine told me that he doesn't like my boss,that he looks diabolic to him I laugh and told him to stop being too supersticous because I don't believe such things he told me his instincts don't disappoint him.
Secondly there was a day I borrowed money from my boss I told him I want to buy some stuff that I am broke at the moment ,since I have worked half of the month I need a little change from my salary I only requested 10k,after thinking hard for about 10 minutes he gave me the money,actually I wanted to use the money to pay a loan app I was owing so I payed 5k and kept the remaining 5k to get a t-shirt the following day ,I put the money inside my deep pocket and went to work in the morning even when I was on the road I check my pocket and the money was there,did you know immediately I got to my shop I swept the floor of my shop and tidied the whole place,as I was about to leave for the market to my surprise I deep my hand inside my pocket and the money was gone,I searched evety nook and cranny of the shop i didn't see the money,I just laughed and shook my head.

Thirdly, there are two workers my boss just employed because we have up to three branches in my area,one is a girl and one is a boy,the girl seem to like me dlso much she always like telling me how the work is going for her she usually tells me about every issue she has with my boss, did you know this girl has lost up to 20k in the pos money in just one month of work?..
One day I went to our head office to check our debt book because we always have a book we all money we borrowed from boss plus or shortages are recorded did you know this two new workers have lost more than their salaries,I went through the boys record I saw ,5k,3k,4k etc there is no day this guy doesn't loose money I usually blame myself for all my mistakes until I saw that I am not the only one.now the girl has stopped work.

She wants to either work, or do business so that she will not depend solely on your income.
Instead of encouraging that, you put all your money into building a house that wont start generating any revenue in the first year, and will not yield profit until after many years. During this period, your kids are starving, you probably have not paid their school fees and you are not able to keep up with home maintenance or catering to your childrens needs.
She left with the kids so she can be with her family who will support her in raising her kids and financial independence.
And here you are, talking about bringing in another woman. Someone that cannot take care of his family thinks he can take care of side chick.

I choose option 1. But, you still have to send some money over, in order to cater for the kids. I'm sure she'll understand your plans later, and how important it is to own YOUR own building/house. I sure say belle go sweet am when you finish the house, and people start dey call am 'landlady'. Some money gotten from rent can also be used to help her business. You both just need to sit down and get your priorities in order; the most important things before the least important things. But, don't forget to take care of your family in everything you're doing.
Also, what kinda business did/does she want to do, if such business will bring in good profit that will help in completing the house you're building, then give her some money for business. We just hope she's not the squandering type of individual.

,indeed marriage is a blessing but has it's ups and downs,
MY wife left to east angrily ,and without thinking the consequence of tomorrow, she left ignorantly as money no dey flow again somehow ,but am not saying she marries me for money sake OK,but she is impatience and ignorances,,but somebody somewhere may be remotting her as she has no dad,,now am all alone,this is a woman I paid all and married before white and traditional igbo marriage before touching her, so money were no longer flowing like before and we had ups and down, while the house rent increase skyrocketly and I decide to build my own house ,since then I have not know peace .pls ladies in the house,is it bad if become a young landlord, would not my wife be a young landlady too.


The problems is my wife thinks given her the money for business would be better than building. She sees me as a wicked man, she has relocated back and non of her families has called to ask what is going on,pls mothers ,and great men,was I wrong in building, or should I have taking that money to established my wife,knowing full well that once the house is half way ready I can get few tenenat to rent and use that money join another cash to support her business. The worst part is that I have stop building just to favour her ,I send few of my business profit to her while my uncomplicated building with things I have paid for still lies in the hands of the sells since 6 months now,only coming to repay my rent again.

(1) Pls should I stop sending her money ,so she will learn her lesson to be patience if owu done blow her,she may return with the kids ,and use that money to finish up the building in 5months,just a 2bedroom flat ,and 3 extra self con

(2) should I abandoned the building and keep sending her money at the other end,while I wash my plate,Cook by my self , wash my cloth, and still act as a gentleman ,and snurb the temptation of looking outside since she don't cares any more. And when a woman leave a man house without a good reason or violence, mothers and ladies we all know the wife has left an open doors for another woman .meanwhile another more beautiful lady is knocking and conjeee dey hold me each time ,bit I kept saying the devil you know is better than the angel one don't know .

Base on experience and visits to the main 3 tribes in nigeria, I have seen,settled, help,advise, and encouraged a lot of struggling marriages, and I discovered that the major tribes like Yoruba ,Hausa and Igbo, all cultures are different but I don't seems to understand why alot of Igbo's are a bit difficult, than others,I have watch a lot of Igbo movies and often a lot of what happened in that movies are often depicting a real life event,

(1) The Yorubas they say, are dirty,or biased,yet its better than to be an enemy, yes I agreed with you oftenly ,but they make a better wife's even as far as getting pregnant without marriage is bad,90% still endures in marriage no matter what,and when a man dose his best for the woman and she misbehaves and leaves the husband house ,the mom will also say go back,u can't stay here ,you pick the man yourself, and I too am in my husband house am enduring ,marriage is endurance no perfect man,go back,I have seen a lots of Yoruba woman endures and later things came normal. At the end the patience woman too was happy.


(2) The Hausa are one of the best ,98% despite what happened the wife are tut that endurance is marriage ,even if he marries 5 wifes, all the wifes still respect each others, and keep their grumbling within themself for peace to reign for its better to be respect as somebody's wife than being single and flirting about.95% of Hausa have that marriage endurance wedda you are broke or not they hardly say they are returning back home when you are broke or lost your job,they are patience, even with the tuwo or masara meal they eat all day they can still manage and pls their husband amind 5 woman.no wonder my dad said the Hausa are very honest


(3) The IGBOS are very beautiful and I love them due to they are neat and good way of arranging or organising things ,but easily manipulated by flashing things, Yes in marriage there are always ups and down,I know like 12 people that are Igbo's,and even after given birth and challenge comes up, the wife may decide on her own to relocate back to the east,abandoning the husband, my Igbo mom did that to my dad,at first my mom corrupt our brains into making us thinking our dad was a wicked man,not until after both died we noticed my mom had lot of faults too,my dad is another tribe.
A friend of mine who just got married ,and were living happily started having misunderstandings when the igbo wife,when her elderly sister that was still single came
to visit her,and criticized the way they were managing and moving gradually as its a new marriage,since then they lost the sweetness in marriage, later 4 no good reason the wife left with the baby to east,and the lady mom could not advice her to go back provided he dose not starve,cheat,beat,or molest them,that all will be well in time, that, thats how marriage is sometimes,my naibour's wife an Igbo woman has left and came back,when owu blow her in village aftet 4kids,although the husband is trying ,another Igbo woman is leaving as I speak now, and this man is the caring type,and dose not harm the woman ,and another give his wife 60k for monthly food stuff while she earns 100k while the guy earns 100k too but the lady don't spend her own salary for the house up keep still fighting ,not washing, no sex,and misbehaving ,the guy don't eat at home,because he married an Igbo woman,the wife turns violence to him, another Igbo woman too forgott the good times with her Igbo husband and when no more money is coming again due to he is building a house ,the wife left too, given all diff excuses,another igbo woman too ,fight with husband and carry her bag to leave ,I was the one that was begging her not to,few days later the man abandon then and relocated to Germany ,so I kept asking why would a man marry a woman and do white wedding and traditional wedding yet japa leave the woman with two kids,another Igbo man too slapped the wife and they fought and I settled again,and the man cried out, that sir,I love my wife so much,am sorry I could not control it,but my wife always want to order or controls my life,like am a baby,can't i live my life the way I wish sometimes as a matured man. When any one asked na which tribe you marry,if u say Igbo,they be like (haa why na,Igbo woman haa) 75% Igbo woman are too materialists,ambitious,pride generally the Igbo's have pride.
Sometimes you ear even an inexperience lady tell you,if I marry you will you take care of my families, when marriage is about man and his wife, sometimes 60% of igbo parents or wife uses the in-laws or husband to be cashing out if he is rich.so if one is not rich he should not marry an Igbo lady abi,,and sometimes other tribes will say its why they get old in here father house,she is waiting for a rich man or a man with subatance ,I have a matured lady in my area that is 40 not married but still struggle to finish sch,while her mate are already with 4kids.but she is dating a man who she knows can't marry her.nobone says u can't marry and be in sch,now she is praying for marriage.and even in nairaland I notice when a views or topics concerns you and igbo person ,they will first insults you like their tribes are the best,yet the killings in east is now getting high,they still tell you its better than north or west, is killing not killing, no were seems to be safe those days,50% of the igboa can support a fellow brother and abandoned the other tribe,,but majority of them love to school in the same north they hate. when u dear talk about anything related to Igbo's here,even in the east they insults you ,they don't trust themselves,they act too insultive and quickly ,forgetting the consequence.,and always wanna outsmart one,no wonder some igbo guys would say I can't marry our people or most are doing well in north than the east.
