MelaninGemstone: Can someone please give me steps and guidelines on the process of extending a UK student visa
I have finished my 1 year masters program at Sunderland University early January, but unfortunately our results just came out today and I failed 2 modules and would have to resit in August which is when the exams would be re-sat
My BRP expires in May. Please advise me on what to do! Talk to your school if they will allow Visa extension. The school is your primary root to the extension . you can’t just apply for it |

Gbolly101: Hello anyone, Pls is 30k too much for senior care worker? Someone said they just denied his visa because home office said the salary is not possible for a senior care worker it is not much for what you can earn as a senior worker if you work overtime , but on Salary scale for HCW , the salary is way to high. Even NhS band 4 earn 25000 to 28000. So on book the VISA officer might reject the salary That 30k get keeleg |

Sysco6000: Good day House, I have a Question and my story long
..In 2021 I was opportune to go to the UK for schooling MSC and I couldn't finish my schooling due to personal reasons, that put me into depression so I stopped school, and through that period, and my stay in the UK, I was working more than 20hrs per week in different carehomes.
...So before my visa was expiring, I left the UK to avoid bad travel history or overstay because I plan to come back through full time work.
So I reached out to several carehomes I worked for in the UK, which has cos and I asked for sponsorship and 2 agreed to sponsor since there know how good I was working for them without no issue.
So my Questions goes like this
1. Will my 20hours per week I worked when I was in the UK affect my decision making for a healthcare visa to the UK when I apply for it.
2. My inability to finish school affect my decision making.
This carehome know me right from when I was in the UK and have agreed to sponsor me, so am scared of my chances of getting a visa Approval.
Please this is my email 🙏 divinecrimp@gmail.com This your write up get as e be. Why including your email when you will get a reply in an open forum? My advice to good people looking for better opportunities, please be careful of individual that can carry you 2.5odds. God will be with you |

I moved to UK with my family and its been over a month now, my employer said I will undergo a 2 months training, I want to ask and know if I can start doing extra 20hours in another care home or I should wait for my employer, I don't know if it will be a problem when applying for ILR. 2month training ? What kind of Job will require you to do 2months training. I hope the employer pays you salary during your waiting time . If not hmmmm Work your 20hrs . You need to be active till your employer finish training you |
