Most likely, because if the tank is ontop of the vehicle, it will affect the movement of the vehicle. The vehicle will be swerving as the water moves. Imagine if you are moving around 40km/hr and you are taking a right bend, the water will swerve left. The vehicle will end up tipping over

I don't know if you can get a direct bus from ketu to Obalende, it would be faster. When you get to Obalende, take Keke to going to falomo drop at Total petrol station, Manuwa Street is like three buildings into keffi Street from that Total.
