Buhari have over-grown that. And PDP cannot bear the heat.
El-Rufai is good. I doubt GEJ will like to appear to be rewarding him.

We need educational reform (curriculum, facilities, re-training of teachers, inter-school competitions, Educational Trust Fund to support research and publications).

Make it a crime to keep a child out of school.

Election Reform:
- Limit number of Political parties or increase the criteria for registering one (like having offices and representatives in the federal constituencies in the country)
- Anyone seeking re-election should resign his current position in a number of months to the election.
- If found guilty of rigging election - the person should face capital punishment.

@Post:
Its better you write a good business plan, and do any of the following:
- Present and convince someone with cash how both of you will profit from it.
- Sell it offline or online and cash what ever you can salvage from it.
- Start the plan small and grow it in time.
- You can raise a team, and do a joint venture (set percentage and time everyone must be part of it)
- Approach companies or business into the same field and propose your plan as expansion of what they have.

NB: Remember to start with the benefits, cost, a summery nature of the business, and partnership arrangements. If you get those interested, you can then proceed to details.

I pity those giving out their hard-thought plan for free at YouWIN. Its even more rewarding to exchange it for a plate of Eba and one bottle of whatever - to dilute it.

Christianity Etc › What Should The Pastor Do? by egift(op): 12:48am On Nov 23, 2011
A clergy man was driving to the cathedral where he is to minister. Getting to a Police check point, the following incident occurred:

Police Officer: Hey! Clear your vehicle from the road and park well.
Clergyman: Ok. Go day Officer. How is today?
Police Officer: Fine. Can I see your license?
Clergyman: Yes, here it is.
Police Officer: Head lamp? Spare Tyre? Break-light? MOT?
Here they are. And other documents too.
Police Officer: So everything is intact. No fault. Ok now. Mr. am not letting you go until you get me something.
Clergyman: Sorry. I beg your pardon, are you asking me for bribe?
Police Officer: Whatever you like call it. And make it fast.
Clergyman: Do you know
Police Officer: Yes I know, you are Man of God. Do you have a bible?
Clergyman: Yes.
Police Officer: Get it and read Matthew 5:25 aloud.

(the clergy bought out his Bible and read aloud)

Matthew 5:25 "Agree with your adversary quickly, while you are in the way with him; lest at any time the adversary deliver you to the judge, and the judge deliver you to the officer, and you be cast into prison."

If you are in the position of the Clergy, what will you do?

Lol! We can always expect such gutter behaviour from the followers of gutter leaders who encourage the killing of youth corpers after losing elections.

The gospel of 9ja, chapter 5, verse 1:
And so it was was that gutter, begetteth gutter; scum, begetteth scum and agbero begetteth agbero. Like leader, like follower. grin
Isiewu, pork, pepper soup, BEAF the Preacher

This "gospel" you are quoting, is it in Nigeria's Constitution or in PDP constitution that party officials implement only "verses" that help them? Abi is it part of the action document that you and Oga is using to deplete and embezzle the national treasury?

Answer me PDP Preacher in the wilderness of madness.

You should know by now that Rhino.5dm is an unparalleled fool who goes about telling lies to salve his low self-esteem.

@topic
YouWin is backed by such institutions as the World Bank and the UK's Department for International Development amongst others. It takes traitors, fools and enemies of the country to sit in their 419 pads and formulate lies to hold back their own people.
The likes of Rhino.5dm and egift are traitors and the lowest of scum.
Beaf Answer These:
- Are those institutions you named providing the funds?
- Are the involved in the screen exercise?
- Our Senators, Presidency, Governors, Chairman, Party officials - are they not going to send in some candidates?
- Is a 1200 lotto slots the grand plan by Mr President to provide solution to Millions of unemployed Nigerians?

Beaf:
The id!ot.

Any party that takes Sylva on board is no better than Sylva. It would be better for CPC to keep lying to Nigeria about their fake "anti-corruption" stance than to take on a loser like Sylva.

CPC surely has bigger problems to resolve than going after a corrupt, failed reject to represent them in Bayelsa's election; it is the very same misplacement of priorities and an accomapying litany of catastrophic misjudgements that will see the gross embarrassment of CPC, a national political party, getting evicted from their headquarters in Abuja. How can a political party be so badly run that it gets thrown out of its own headquarters? What a disgrace! But hardly surprising when their poverty stricken decisions are put in perspective. embarassed

I tell you if Nigerians get to pay N145 per litre next year. And every commodity also double and triple in price, the first set of people that will hit the street are the "22 million" voters of April 2011 that are hunting for Fresh Air in PDP.

For myself, we have done it repeatedly - ask Yar' Adua or Even Samson Siasia (there comes a time to leave)
