Politics › Re: Atiku To Obasanjo: ‘we Too Dey Laugh Ooo!’ by egift(m): 1:41pm On Nov 27, 2010
fstranger:
This Atiku is rude
How dare him!
How can he talk to Obasanjo, the strong man of Nigeria politics, like that.

He should be focused on the prize.
There is no point paying attention to what OBJ says or does.
Bros - relax, jare.

It was in your lifetime that Atiku humiliated OBJ and his bull dogs. And you should remember:
- OBJ was a sitting Presido and it was his moment.
- EFCC could not do a thing, even when Atiku accepted all the accusation on live on TV.

Obviously, Baba don dey fear. grin grin grin

IBB.

Who, in his/her right mind will give credence to anything that emanate from this mo.ron's gob?
This nincompoop will say/do anything regardless of the consequences, so long as he gets the chance to retrieve whatever it was, he forgot in Aso rock, when he had to "step aside", 17years ago.

Abegi, mak hin go sidon for hin 50-room mansion fo minna, jo. We 're not remotely interested in anything he has to say about nigeria and its people.
Bros - drop that your feeding bottle. You have been on it all day. Its most likely OBJ.

udezue:
And that is the one some idiiots from Igbo land want us to vote for. *hiss*
Dude, IBB was quoting someone else. He did not mention any name - and it seems the reporter was very conversant with who made that statement.

Me too I will like to know who did. My feeling is that since IBB did not call any name but raised it - it is on his opponents.
Politics › Re: Efcc Raids Halliburton Office In Lagos by egift(m): 8:51am On Nov 27, 2010
Shameful. This is how GEJ fights crime - Nigerian authority has been reduced to militants. And some want us to believe that just after the elections - the President will become a born-again/transformed person. grin
Politics › Re: Ibb May Be The Right Guy After Thinking Deep by egift(m): 1:13pm On Nov 22, 2010
IBB is proposing real solution - while GEJ and support have nothing than abuse anyone who is not falling in line.
Politics › Re: Dora Must Learn ... by egift(m): 4:33pm On Nov 17, 2010
I believe most Nigerian "leaders" have no business being there - but taking all the heat on the "Naija" comment is wrong. Every Nigerian official share the same line of taught with her on that - and also "Naija" have never been granted any formal recognition in Nigeria.

Unfortunately, we live in a nation where the government take ages to take a stand on any issue that concerns Nigeria. Don't be surprise when the President goes on Facebook to write against Dora (or even keep mute) - since it has proven to be a lonely issue to talk about.
Politics › Re: Should Nigeria Return Ceased Weapons To Iran? by egift(op): 3:49pm On Nov 16, 2010
Beaf:
The weapons need to go to GEJ's planned National Guard. The planned National Guard also need to be a high tech, fully digitalised force with all the gadgetry and wizardy to confound any political force (such as those that imported the weapons).

I think the weapons should be donated to the Nigerian Army and Police. Let it be a blessing!

One day a lunatic government will use it on us. Make they just allow the weapon make im dey go. Nigeria already has a enough problem.

And how do you describe your response? Simple discussion - If after investigations and the ceased weapons happens not to be settling for Nigeria, what should be done to it - and only insult you come get.
Politics › Re: Saharareporters: Emeagwali Responds: What Did Emeagwali Discover? by egift(m): 1:34pm On Nov 16, 2010
Thank God for Emeagwali. If one consider the kind of attack Nigerian's have hauled against him - one begin to wonder if doing positive thing is ok in this country - It seems only crooks are praise with chieftaincy title here and there.
Politics › Should Nigeria Return Ceased Weapons To Iran? by egift(op): 12:47pm On Nov 16, 2010
If after investigations and the ceased weapons is not meant for Nigeria - (Should Nigeria keep the weapons, Sending it to its destination (say another African country) or Return it to Iran.
Business › Re: Nigeria, Russia Partner On Nuclear Project by egift(m): 12:38pm On Nov 16, 2010
This is foolishness! Simple roads, hospital, education, security, economy and employment - they will not provide.

All they are interested in collecting $$$Billion to their pocket from the Russians just for them to come and be dumping their nuclear waste on experiments on our soil. Partners their anus. cool

Maybe they will be invited for a second cup of coffee, a round table discussion and a Reality Tv Show on NTA tagged "Its Not Mend".

Perhaps blame it on Okah, some criminals, Northerners, Opponents and the rest of the Nation.

And crown it by posting a note on Facebook for us, his buddies and other smiley faces.
Politics › Which P.d.p. Candidate Is Most Likely To Change Party If He Loose Primaries? by egift(op): 12:45am On Nov 15, 2010
Among the PDP candidates, who among them is most likely to change party should he loose in the primaries?

Arrange them with them with the most likely candidate first. (Bukola Saraki, Atiku Abubakar, Goodluck Jonathan, Ibrahim Babangida, Aliyu Gusau - Not Arranged)

Nairaland General › Re: Ezeuche the Ochi Agha - Returns by egift(m): 10:28am On Nov 12, 2010
No Ezeuche. No need retiring this name. Its has a legacy. If you dump it, don't be surprise to start seeing "Ezeuche1-000"  grin

On that poll - it was my bad really - I though I could add more names that had the most nomination - but editing poll is not coming anytime soon.

If you do not want to come here shouting "am not Ezeuche9", "hey Ezeuche19 is fake", etc - stick with your ID.

Politics › Re: How To Control Corruption by egift(m): 9:33pm On Nov 11, 2010
All this na long story. If am President, if I trail, jail with hard labour or hang just 10 officials who genuinely embezzle public funds - everyone will fall in line.

Come and see growth in private sector - as they all will rather open their own business that suffer hardship in civil service (since every kobo is accounted for).
Politics › Re: Who Are The Top Ten Most Tribal Nairaland Members? by egift(op): 11:11am On Nov 11, 2010
Thanks everyone. I can't modify the poll. Kindly just nominate your top ten most tribal Nairaland members

We will have a poll later with some of the most nominated members grin

I have been in Nairaland for the years, its obvious that some members are primarily here to bash other tribe (which I personally don't have problem with).

Can you nominate some the most tribal member here on Nairaland.

The only person in Nigeria shrinking Jonathan's lead is President GEJ.
