The LA Liga currently has the most inconsistent teams in Europe. Even with Messi it has been a struggle to win consecutive games. |
That male macaque monkey nah bad nigga. |
I just suspect the news about Abe and Shehu Sani are a bit preemptive . They may be having crisis with the party and the media is just trying to be.... well, the media. |
Oshio"MOLE" . LOL. The man seems to be doing everything wrong for the party even the one that is not his fault sha! |
NwaAmaikpe:Is this the real NwaAmaikpe or a parody because you are finding hard keeping up with since you resurfaced and you have been boring and distasteful man. I suggest you try to be civil and sensible because whatever you once had has left you . |
This lady and all sports active (especially soccer) ladies deserve accolades for building a thick skin and not giving in to the mockery or trolling they recieve for doing what is considered " a man's job" or looking masculine especially in a backward thinking society like Nigeria. Shine and do not let others channel their less privileged bolts of hate towards you. |
First of all, I must admit to this being one of your funniest memes in a while. Then again, the Ooni really has eyes for beauty. |
magoo10:It is amazing how you all are throwing your weight behind these individuals, honestly. You think prosecuting any government official any where in the world -- even the US happens overnight? Not especially in Nigeria where you hire a 100 SANs, have a faulty and weak constitution, where cases are delayed on health and other useless excuses, where cases are adjourned for months. We all say the known fact that our country is underdeveloped because of corruption and mismanagement yet whenever anyone is taken to court we all wail for their innocence. With this mentality, there is no going forward. |
Musiliu Obanikoro was a singing bird when he was interrogated by the EFCC. I am sure he explained all the happenings in the #EkitiGate scandal in exchange for some kinda soft landing. Fayose's sins were majorly during pre-election and he was always hiding under the guise of being the "man of the people" "the voice of the opposition". A reason why he took being a Buhari critic more seriously and fervently than ensuring good governance -- not like he is even doing better than Buhari. Fayose, your days are numbered. Your brothers have indicted and its time you explain your role in the money sharing pre election drama. |
Watch how here would be overrun with Buhari critics. But when the reserves was appreciating in consecutive months they said " fake stats" "where are the results" "only on paper" . These are the kind of indices that determine the course of an economy. It takes a little time for the effects to trickle down but as of now we are still in safe waters (concerning the reserves oh!) . |
Omeokachie:Just to point out a few errors, by the time Fayose would be invited he would no longer be governor; Ganduje on the other hand still is governor and he has vital role to play in Kano for the APC, come 2019. There are only a few governments of this world that would jeopardize its re-election by jailing one of its people in its stronghold. This is Nigeria, man. You do not expect our institutions to be 100% independent ; as long as their principal officers are still handpicked. |
Suicidal for you, I guess. Because if Buhari is re-elected, you and all the defectors would be banned from travelling and would be cohabiting in kirikiri. |
I just other PDP members and sympathizers (who are currently raining insults at him and showing indifference to his plight) would visit him. Because all of a sudden we now have a different "Peter, the rock " and Fayose whose voice was the loudest in criticism is now on the receiving end of it. |
I am still getting the same responses from Atiku and Donald Duke; same response Buhari made before he came to power: criticism without proffering solutions. The fight against terrorism is beyond political; the sooner we realise this, the better. |
This is really applaudable. I may not be a fan of the PDP but you gotta give it to this man, really; calm, gentle and peaceful. It is worthy to note that those who had defected to the PDP had polled more votes than those who stayed behind, weathered the storm to build the party. Atiku, Saraki, Tambuwal, Kwankwaso ETC. |
This man really is gentle and thoughtful. Not like the rest who cannot go four years without occupying an electoral office. It is also worthy to note that all aspirants who switched from the APC had higher votes than those who stayed behind to build the party . Atiku, Tambuwal, Saraki, Kwankwaso. |
delugajackson:Ouch! Sorry to burst your bubble sir. She is not Nigerian and I do not know the kinda Nigerian women you have met but the ones I know do not all "speak" money. And kids are smart these days. He could watched it in a movie or seen his dad do it or something. |
How intelligent is this? First, don't dodge . As a VP, you have every right to take blames for bad or good governance. Second, How do we judge a good economy? Infrastructure, educational development, balance of trade or GDP, strength of the Naira, ability to pay salaries, Debt. The Chinese are the fastest growing economy yet they even want to further devalue their currency. The US has the largest debt in the world (last I checked ) and you do not need to be told about their economic development. The country Nigeria had a favourable GDP not because of their what GEJ was doing but because of the high oil price thanks to sanctions on Iran etc. So for a while, Nigeria could depend on Oil and what-the-heck we were all comfortable with the economy and felt no need to change power even if we were in over our heads. Any sane country would have quickly diversified its economy - which in my opinion was a terrible thing not to do, like did they (states) expect to share trillions in allocations forever? What was their contigency plan? No savings, just sharing, no upping of the foreign reserves. No INFRASTRUCTURAL PROJECTS . No Improvement in the health sector, educational sector. Just import everything from food to textile to tech . As long as the oil prices stay high which automatically keeps the naira strengthened and inflation manageable, we are good to go; no progress, just stagnancy. Oh, as you should expect, the oil prices dropped and so did everything else. No more heavy allocations; states couldn't pay salaries. Funds had to be borrowed to pay salaries and salvage the situation, which could only tarry a while. Even the finance minister knew that an economic recession was looming but in retrospect most Nigerians seem to disagree. Which is funny. All the pointers where there, our reserves were depleted almost to nothing ; money was no longer in circulation. When the Middle East took advantage of the high oil prices, were was Nigeria? Now back to Atiku, where is your economic imprint? I may not agree with several economic policies of this administration but their strides in Agriculture. The developed won't provide you always with subsidy or grants for you to create, be productive ; all they need is the right policy. You must not wait for government to give you tools to farm; they could just make it more lucrative by banning or increasing tarrifs on goods you have a higher comparative advantage or capacity to produce. I need to see some sort of economy blueprint - even just an idea that will come good - and you will have my total support. But do not come and tell me our economy was growing under you, NO! No Power, No Rail, Poor Educational system, We were all just sitting on a ticking bomb. |
Atiku's PR/social media team are working round the clock. Sometimes I wonder if this is a different Atiku that lost woefully in primaries back to back over the years; the same Atiku that holds the record for cross-carperting. Look how they have rebranded and polished him so much that even the easterners are literally dissipating time, resources and energy cleaning him up and cheering his name. They have dropped their call for secession; their hate for the Fulani tribe; their previously presumed apathy for this same Atiku. Well. Is it a case of choosing amongst two devils? The lesser devil being Atiku? Or is Atiku pulling a wool over their eyes? Or is it a case of anything but Buhari - but why not Donald Duke, Yeah, why is the young man at the back burner? Or Sowore? Like Saraki said (I paraphrase )" Forget those using restructuring as a campaign mantra; for that is in the hands of the legislature". So technically, it is not for restructuring sake. What then is it? PS: I just had to let you know that the last line is rhetorical, don't mention. |
You know, Kanye is just an irritatingly spontaneous being: one minute he is laid back and all mature; next minute he is explosive and rash and not-thinking-at-all. Like a multiple personality disorder. After Drake trusted him with something deep and personal he just went and told pusher and oh, he was so meticulous that he made Pusha change his album cover but not his diss line to Drake. No wonder Drake came for him too on the Duppy freestyle. Funny thing was how Ye acted like he knew nothing about it or he never contributed to Pusha's diss. |
I must say the OP has just made a massive point: How did Atiku come about his wealth? Most of you shouting about his job creation skills should know it easier to steal money and pump into a business and be successful than to work and sweat for capital. Ironically, most of you berate and malign Dangote for getting unmerited favors and grants from governments and never come to an agreement that he made an empire with his own business acumen. You all are just pathetic persons seeking nairaland likes. I wonder how this helps win elections. |
beardlessdude:Yeah. They don't know having multiple girlfriends - main chick - side chick thing is an aspect of it. But this one wey you no get beards, how you take dey drink for where men dey? Abi you be lone drinker for koro? ![]() |
beardlessdude:I was afraid drinkers would win this: Most smokers drink but not all drinkers smoke. Then again those who do both are most likely to womanize. |
I was also wondering why PDP claimed their primary was free and fair when votes where clearly bought multiple times and ironically they called for the Ekiti elections to be cancelled on the same premise. It is funny how we choose to be blinded and deceived . Wike was a major money bag for a Tambuwal and he made his delegates make sure they vote for his candidate denying them their rights. Man, this country is a mess. |
![]() A very funny, yet insightful thread made its way to the frontpage of Nairaland about Atiku and this same question was posed to him: do you drink, smoke or womanize. It just shows the perception the average african has for one another. We all feel we must be found wanting in at least on of these habits. Like the interviewer, I would like an honest opinion. In the spirit of Atikulation. Which is your habit? |
This is a thoroughly shambolic garbage. Kizz Daniel has appeared in a Reekado Banks show and the latter appeared for Kizz's album launch show. Even when Kizz Daniel was interviewed on why he could not get featured and do the same, he said his label prevented him doing so else he would have loved to work with Reekado Banks, Wande coal etc. And his PR team have cleared the air on his refusal not to show up for the Selense video which was because of what Harry said on the song. I honestly do not know if there is bad blood but this report is totally bonkers. |
mercenary:But it would at least prevent many corrupt individuals who you spend time and energy supporting from leaving this country and using it to delay their trials. I believe most of them are not even active members of the opposition currently and their trials are in advanced stages. Drastic times calls for drastic measures. |
Funny how this list is filled largely with northerners and even the Orji Uzor Kalu that has declared support for the PMB admin and is an APC member. To the guy a few comments above me: These people on the list can not bolster anything has many of them are of little or zero political importance and have no electoral value. Even the ones that had prior to their trials have been abandoned by their party members and associates and have been left to face their own "business". Others were just appointees who took advantage of their offices loot this country of our resources and plummet us into retrogression and recession. Finally, the elections are drawing nearer and the admin are in a hurry to secure quick wins and make most of their anticorruption mantra. They are trying to everything within a legal and constitutional framework - even if it seems military, all they have to do is modify it. |
I honestly think it should be criminal to willfully and consciously sign and agree to an Out of Court settlement and later renegade and take it to court. Even if she were my sister, I do not think I would agree for settlement; but if at the end of the day she agrees, then there is no going back. All the lies about it being because of the #Metoo movement is just what it is: a facade. She probably has used up all the money and feels she wants more. C'mon, how do you feel hurt after spending money gotten from the alleged rape? You can't tell me she feels hurt after almost a decade. This is really sad. My grouse is not about whether she got raped or not ---because I do not feel, personally, that she would deny Ronaldo sex and she did not even report to the police immediately to file a case against Ronaldo -- I am bittered because she collected money in exchange for the act and is coming out to cry. |
The difference between the first and other pictures just shows how deceptive filters can be. The other pictures makes the cake look less attractive. Whatever the source of his wealth is; Fendi, Gucci and co don't seem to care. |
Why are you all rushing to comment? ![]() I have been using nairaland fervently for a couple of years and I do not know why. |
Both you and Yahya Bello are on the same plane out of the Kogi state government. The citizens cannot bare the both of you turning the state into something of a mockery and a warzone between you two. Plus, you also were singing a different song a few years ago when you chose to MC for Bello at his inauguration. Anyway, Bello needs to be given the boot!! |
