If it blue background, it would tell you download from TS or something like that.

If that's the case, you'll need to awaken the decoder by using a ROM file to flash it back to default.

This is what happens when I plug the decoder to electricity. There is no indication on the tv that it even came on.. just a red light on the qsat. Here is a pic

Nothing. The TV screen is just normal tv blue screen. I dont think d tv comes on at all

There is no difference between Oshiomole's face and mind... both are very ugly.

This same dubious 15bn loan was quickly granted by Buhari immediately he resumed office without any form of scrutiny.

People like Ibori, Tompolo etc have more moral rights to fight corruption than Buhari and Oshiomole

gurus pls i need help, i came back from work and noticed my Qsat 26G doesnt come on again.. just noticed it today. it shows only the red light without the time displaying as before and it does not on again. is there any solution to make is on?

I can only lmao hard at this. Nigeria proud themselves of being the most intelligent country in Africa but are unable to comprehend a simple article?

This is the craziest thing ever!

Now, if anyone has read the article thoroughly its :

1) A report on what citizens perceive

2) It shows the intolerance of corruption by South Africa as being at most high than fellow Africans ( Which is a great thing)

3) No actual audit of corruption cases were done but citizens were surveyed to give opinion

What this article mean is:

1) More South Africans are vigilant and not complacent about corruption than their African counterparts

2) If you look at the most stated corruption case by South Africans its the Nkandla-gate which is $20 million vs Nigeria's latest Army gate @ $2.1 billion dollars.

Nigerians should more angrier but maybe have gotten used to corruption than their South African counterparts.

3) Imagine $2 Billion being lost to corruption in SA, their citizens would lynch their government reps while Nigeria's are sympathetic to theirs.

Conclussion : The article as an opinion of citizens about corruption and a barometer of corruption tolerance. FULL STOP!

P/S : NIGERIANS VERY QUICK TO CELEBRATE RUBBISH! THAT IS THE SAD PART OF THIS THREAD!

I still don't see how this relates to rape. If there is more to this story she should come finish it. All I get from it is a girl sheepishly in love with an older guy who took advantage of her gullibility. D part where he tied her mouth might be cause he is a saddest or may be he thinks she likes the George cause of the way she calls his name when making out with her boyfriend.

All in all, there is no justification for rape. All rapist must be hanged upside down .
