1) The government is acting like a spokesman or PRO for herdsmen. That is truly weird. The herdsmen are passing statements thorough the Federal Government of Nigeria.

2) He said they are willing to pay tax...are they not supposed to pay tax? Every citizen earning a salary or doing business is meant to pay tax. Don't behave as if they tax, they are doing the nation a favour.

3) Cattle rearing and other types of animal husbandry is a PRIVATE business. The government is meant to provide an enabling environment for the business to grow, not run the business for Fulani cow rearers.
If they help cattle rearers, they need to help those raising chickens, Mama Nkechi that has two goats and Baba Sule who wants to rear a sheep.
