We were told in school that Nigeria's first professor of mathematics is Chike Obi. Is this an attempt to rewrite history or an attempt to correct history.?

Politics / Re: Not All Fulanis Are Criminals – Sultan by Ekpekaycee: 8:46pm On Jan 29, 2021
Not all Fulanis are criminals we agree, other ethnic groups have their own share of criminal elements but in other climes, you see criminals been condemned, been publicly disgraced to distance the group from the criminal acts but how many times have the Fulanis publicly condemned criminal elements caught? What we see is always the speed to defend, protest and protect and go in revenge.

The fulanis don't know what they are doing to themselves. Gradually they're becoming public enemies all across the country. They may be shielded for now but a day Will come when a Pharoah that know not Joseph will be on the throne. They forget that they need others more than others need them. As far as I know, all they contribute to the national dinning table is beef. The truth is that with the way poultry farming, fish farming and the growing campaign against red meat, one day na one day.....

Look at it from the business point of view. If One wife could be so profitable then how much more two wives.
If you have a business, as a wise businessman, you should start a second business with proceed from the first.
Crime / Re: Saki Youths Burn Cattle-Laden Truck For Killing A Boy In Oyo (Disturbing Photos) by Ekpekaycee: 7:52pm On Jan 12, 2021
Very sad indeed. As much as I condemned herdsmen when they distroy farmers farmlands is how I condemn this act. This is barbaric and the height of animal cruelty.
Also it's an act of irresponsible parenting. Where were the parents when the boy was riding bycicle by 10pm.
Health / Re: Second Wave: Travels, School Reopening Caused COVID-19 Surge – PTF by Ekpekaycee: 5:45am On Jan 12, 2021
How many students have so far contracted the virus that school reopening is the cause of the surge. When did schools even reopen? The more they give this kind of rediculous excuses the more we tend to doubt every other things they say.

We are tired of all these colonial mentality posts. A professional photographer takes a perfect shot of a place with high quality camera, at a good lightening time.... and boom! .... You won't believe this is Nigeria!
Politics / Re: Obaseki Certificate Forgery: APC To Appeal Court's Judgement by Ekpekaycee: 8:08pm On Jan 09, 2021
It's like the cost of litigation is cheap hence political parties must contest every Court ruling even the most glaring. This is why getting justice is slow and tidious. Our Courts should impose heavy fines on those who redicule the judiciary by contesting every judgement.

When you forcefully collect money or property from somebody because you are with a weapon, be it knife ,stick, dagger, gun, whatever time, be it morning or night, anywhere, be it in a house or road, you are an armed robber.

I just hope and pray that covid-19 vaccines will not be hoarded in hidden warehouses just the way covid-19 palliatives were hoarded by some greedy elements.
Please authorities should warn politicians that taking the vaccines more than once will not give double immunity rather can be dangerous to health.
Crime / Re: Man Ordered Soldiers To Beat Phone Repairer Who Cracked His Girlfriend's Phone by Ekpekaycee: 12:54pm On Jan 09, 2021
What most people don't understand is that: That you have won the battle does not mean you have won the war. If only people will realize this fact. Because the boyfriend knows some military men, he thinks he has won? Well the military men can deal with the repairman all they can but the war won't end there because whenever the repairman comes out, he will look for who he knows or what he knows, to take his pound of flesh and so the circle of battles to an unending war.
Only fools say " Do you know me. I will show you who I am".
You know who you are and who or what you have or know but do you fully know who or what the other person know or have?
Wise people don't go to battles, not because they are weak or cowardly but because they know that every battle is a stage in a war and no war has ever been won on the battlefield but on a negotiation table.

This are my own predictions, hopes and expectations, not prophecies since I am not a prophet.

I respect real men of God but sometimes I wonder who to respect, going by their utterances. A graduate turned tailor is now your recommendation to the youths. Would that Lady be a tailor If she had gotten a job or will she remain as one if a better job comes her way? Rather than been so insulting, you should have encouraged youths, while still looking for a good job to engage in anything legal on the interim to keep body and soul together and keep hope alive.

This was how we were Dilly dalling in February until an Italian brought the virus into the country. Now is time to take decisive measures by halting all forms of travel into the country or take serious measures at the point of entry to ensure nobody with the new strain comes into the country. Not when it enters, the poor masses are now made to suffer Lock down.
By the way, the second wave is about the new strain which is not yet in Nigeria but how come we are having a resurgence in high figures of the first strain. Or are we just doing follow follow.

So after the rescue of the school boys, the bandits were left alone so that after a while they can abduct some more students. Why not secretly keep surveillance on the bandits so that now that the students have been rescued, the army can now engage them.
