Pension is meant to be retirement benefits in old age after a life time of struggling and one person will have the mind to steal the life time sweat of thousands of people for himself/herself and family. Recall how Maina was accused of similar things. A woman, an Igbo, a Christian! Rather than a person of the same tribe and religion as I who will do this, should I not rather clamour for people like Ishaq Oloyede to be appointed to positions of trust. |
I was thinking my street is bad until I saw this. I am going to mobilize my street people to come and console you people. Una dey for street leading to hell. Una be real example of IDR (internally displayed residents). But how come, not a single person from this street vote for APC? |
Why are you so afraid of school reopening. You didn't see that primary 6 is to reopen. Well it's not all classes are reopening yet. |
You allowed somebody to use you to pull another person down and you wish to be lifted? |
You are at home engaging in your private practices and at the end of the month your salary will be paid to you so why will you want schools to reopen. I am sure you won't say this trash If you are not paid because schools are closed. |
Too many shades to this story. 10 years old twins, 12 years old twins and teenage twins...haba! Which one do we now believe is the age of the girls. Let them get their act together before we start thinking the whole story is a hoax. |
Are we really learning anything? In 2014 when there was Ebola outbreak, out of carelessness in our airports, the index case then snicked in from Liberia. Again due to our carelessness in 2020, Convid-19 index case snicked in from Italy. In both cases, people died and suffered what they know nothing of and could have been avoided. Another crisis will still arise in time to come and hope the people in the airports will not be so gullible and careless to make the nation suffer again. |
If this is true, then it is a big indictment on their integrity. I have been a loyal customer for over ten years and on More than one occasion, I have had course to use other banks because of the frequent deductions. If the deductions were legal, will they talk of refund? If, like they said, it's for February till date, why did they accumulate it? I saw a joke on social media where it was said that the bank donated #1 billion and is deducting from customers to make up. |
I am not a priest, pastor or theologian but as a Christian, I am convinced that certain practices today are done out of ignorance. For instance 1. It is common for most pastors to encourage their congregation to shout a louder Amen or hallelujah. This gives the impression that God only hears when we shout. During prayer, it's the person that shouts the loudest that is heard. How can our God who hears the meditation of our hearts and our silent whispering not hear us If we do not shout. 2. Let us build a befitting church or the largest church in the world is the new trend. But the church is actually the body of Christ, the Christians. More emphasis is put on building the BUILDING than in building the temple. 3. Finally the Bible is not the book but the word. It started as scrolls, and when book was invented, the word was packaged in book form for convenience and accessibility. At the point of transition, the users of the scrolls did not say the book form was not a Bible. Now we are in digital age, It is not proper to say someone reading the Bible from his phone is wrong. |
I have meticulously followed the PTF briefings on covid-19 but there are still things I don't understand and will like to be educated on: 1. If someone contacts covid-19 now, can he infect another person immediately or is there a gestation period. If yes how long? 2. When someone is said to be cured of covid-19, is it that the virus in him/her have all been killed, or the viral load has gone down significantly or the symptoms have been cured? 3. If a person comes in contact with a person with covid-19 and through out the encounter, the patient did not cough can the person still contact the virus! |
When school reopen, soon parents will have to caugh out something for school fees and most parents, especially those whose children are in private schools, don't have any money for that now so they use the excuse that it is not safe yet to not want schools to reopen now. |
Very stupid, juvenile and infantile question. My dear go and start getting ready, school will soon resume. |
I'm happy for you ma. But let me advice you a little: Next time you want to give Nigerians, nay, nairalanders, such very useful information, advice and guidance, please make it shorter. People are so impatient to read very lengthy posts. Let me assume that you are a Christian (please pardon me if you are not) , I guess your experience must have proved to you, the Biblical saying that except the Lord builds, the builder builds but in vain and except the Lord watches over a City, the watchmen watchet in vain. You trusted so much in your ability to protect your family by observation of safe practices. I believe that many people have been exposed to the virus but because they have resorted to fate ( Faith cos of no other option), God had seen them through. I am not saying that people should not practice safety measures but then, it is not always by our power or might. |
Just Imagine these workers wearing singlets, kaftan, babariga and polo vests in such a standard factory. Is there no factory manager there to maintain safety measures? |
Did the owner of the property refuse arrest by unleashing the dogs on the police men? Were the police men on lawful duty? Did the dogs attack the police men? Should the police men have stayed still and allow the dogs to maul them? I am against police brutality but in this case, we need answers to the questions above before we come here and condemn the police action. |
See what we are celebrating. |
When it's your time to shine, your enermies will be in deep slumber. Congrats my boy. |
Do the state chapter have the power to suspend a member or the ward where the member was registered |
What the combined force of the army, police, air Force, civil defence, customs could not subdue, is it now hunters that can do it? Do the hunters have better ammunition, training, logistics than Nigerian armed forces? The enermy is more viscous than lion and tiger. Hope these young men are not been sent on a mission impossible. However, If these bandits use '"odesi" and these hunters are using "odesi"" too, then let's see how it pounds out. |
E........dddooooo part 1 On......dddooooo part 2 May your State not end in DO So that dooo (sorry) will not be your Surname. |
I respect you sir, but if this story is truly what you said then I'll beg to disagree. Can you in all honesty touch an infected person knowingly? I am afraid that someone will go and touch an infected person because of what you said. |
kahal29:Either you didn't read or you didn't understand what the man was saying. He doesn't want to be national secretary again but wants the order as it pertains to Giadon to persist. |
1all |
The law is as it is and not as you want it. |
Buying is faster, moulding is better. Buying is better when you need few (hundred or less), moulding is better when you need quality, Strong blocks, but you must be there to supervise the work. |
Yawa go gas when he wins primary and Court come rule say him no be APC member |
Who went to court to seek the order? Or is it a judgement of a previous case? |
Useless reportage. Headline says corpse buried while story says corpse deposited in the morgue. Or was she buried in a morgue? Very immature, armature and infantile reporters/bloggers lacking elementary mastery of the English language. |
PIMPAR:What IPOB is and have attained, some people's forefathers, themselves and their Grand children will never be or attain. Chiikena. |
The rate of poverty and banditry in the north should be an eye opener to all Nigerians. If these things were happening in the south, we will say the president does not care because they didn't vote for him or they're not of the same ethnic or religious group as him. I think we should wake up to the reality that competence, ability and zeal should be factors to be considered when electing our leaders and not ethnicity or religion. Yes most appointments have gone north, but what is the proportion of people with these appointments compared to the entire suffering masses, perhaps 2:98. |
How can Femi Adeshina tell us that a whole president and grand national leader of the APC tried severally to reconcile both men. What is the case that a presidential directive can not calm down. |
If it was to be politics now, I for shout damage control. But Sha, the advice previously given still stands. |
