Yes. There is paid parking when going in from Ozumba Mbadiwe axis. They are a bit far from the embassy (Over 100meters), So you need to ensure you have all you need and none that you don't. Walking back and forth isn't fun. Trust me.

@ekpotek . Thank you very much for your response. My major concern is the cash deposit of 700k into my account by my husband . Note that, it's over the counter deposit not bank transfer. The deposit was tagged " family travel Allowance ". I hope the consular officer won't request for my husband "bank statement" for the cash deposit?

I live in France. My husband is French and we have two children.
My mum just got a France visa to visit me. It's a multiple entry that's valid up till 2024 that is 2 years.
I would like her to visit the UK while she's here with us in Paris.
I will apply for a UK visa since I don't have a French passport. I have had 3 UK visas in the past.

My question please:
1. Can she also apply for a UK visa from Paris or does it have to be from Nigeria ? I'll be the sponsor.
2. How much should I have in my bank account balance?
3. Does she have to indicate that she has family in the UK even though our visit is purely for tourism in LONDON ? (My younger sister and family live in another city. They relocated to UK last year as medical staff).
4. If she has to apply from Nigeria, how long does it take to get her passport back ? So that we can plan around that before getting her ticket.

Urgent !!!! @justwise and other gurus on this platform , I need your ideas on how to go about my UK visa application. My salary is #670k monthly after tax. The balance on my salary account is #2.1m, my husband deposited 700k cash into my account and he tagged it " Family Travel Allowance" totalling #2.8m. in addition, I have #2m fixed deposit ( certificate of investment) with FCMB on my name which will be liquidated by May this year. The two million deposit is the income from rent which is paid yearly by cash from tenants and it's available to me for my UK trip. I'm applying with 2 kids on a tourist visa. I spend an Average of 250k -300k monthly from my account . Total balance available is #4.8m . Here are the list of documents
1. Employment letter
2. Leave letter
3. Introduction letter
4. Marriage certificate
5.building plan/property - on myself & husband's name
6. 2 Car documents - one on my name, other on my husband's name
7. Hotel reservations for two weeks
8. London pass
9. Children birth certificates , my birth certificate
10. 6 months Payslip
11. Rent receipts/ lease agreements , survey/plan from other building inherited from my Dad , in my Dad's name .
12. Six months bank statement with 2.8million balance in total
13. #2 million- Certificate of investment - The source is from yearly rental income
14. Letter from children school indicating , they will be on holiday
15. Consent letter from my husband
My questions- (1) is there any other thing I need to add?
(2)Is the certificate of investment of #2m OK as an addition to my available fund for the trip , is there any further suggestion on it?
(3) is the cash deposit of 700k into my account by my husband which he tagged "family travel allowance" calls for other back up documentation? Note that , my husband explained in his consent letter that he made a provision of 700k cash deposit for our hotel allowance
I will appreciate your prompt response , I wish to hear from the house before I proceed to submit .

I earn a little over £2k a month, however, I don't have so much on my own balance because I move over half of my earnings to my wife's account.

I am due to attend my Masters Graduation in June and the trip is to be sponsored by my employer (who sponsored the MBA). Kindly assist with answers to the following:

1. Can i apply for a 10-year standard visitor visa on the Graduation application now, as i have successfully been issued multiple 2-year visitor visas in the past for tourism? i ask because i am unsure if the Graduation as the main purpose wont imply a need for a shorter duration visa.

2. On the question of "Main reason for your visit", since i am attending a Graduation but intend to spend 3 more days afterwards, I am torn between these 2 stated reasons on the form: "Tourism (including visiting family and friends)" and "Other - I am visiting for another reason". Kindly advise on which is more appropriate.

Yes they will find out fake statements of account. There are things not supposed to be said here but To bust you bubble justwise I have gotten visas after removing money from my bank account in the same bank statement of account submitted which will show that the current balance will not be same when check by embassy at the time of processing my application. They only confirm the authenticity of the statement they don’t expect applicant not to make use of their money in the bank after submitted visa application and bank will not disclose the current bank but only confirm the authenticity of the statement.

Hello house. I want to reply for a UK visitor visa after being refused in 2021.
I made mistake in the application as I did not explain the inflows in my bank statement(‘cos the inflows where more than my salary for the period as I stated that I did not have any other source of income apart from my salary). This will be rectified in the next application.

I have never traveled out of Nigerian, should I be worried about the my immigration history?

I would greatly appreciate any help/advice on what to do on my next application.

Sent a paid mail yesteday and they replied a decision has been made

Just curious as the tracking still shows application with DMC

This is not a Keep your passport option pls, hence the need for clarification

Also, has anyone received a refusal without getting the email?

Please for those that used keep my passport option, how long did it take to get your passport back after submitting passport to TLS. Also if they ask to submit your passport is that a positive sign for approval?

I have read from so many people here over the years who claimed to be a bankers with the same argument you are making here still that doesn't change the fact that the embassy will find out if an applicants using fake bank statement or removed the money after submitting the application.

A young man asked me to guide him on how his father can sponsor him to UK for vacation. The boy has less than 100k in his account but his father’s account is good. His dad lives in Belize.

Note: His dad is going to UK for vacation in June. The dad doesn’t need visa because he has a dual citizenship (Nigeria & Belize). The boy wants to visit UK with his father but doesn’t know how to package this. The young man is 31 years old.

Please I need suggestions from gurus in the house on how to package this visa application. His dad promised to send bank statement & paycheck whenever the boy is ready.

Please what documents can one use for this application?
