I guess that your baby is active is ok, my lo has his days also and lately he's been quiet but i feel his movements frequently just not as strong as they used to be. If it worries you so much, you may want to call your doctor.

Portable u say ma'am Zaynie?? I feel like it gets bigger by the day this last trimester ooo. Well i get that remark from people at work and that's why my boss finds it convenient to keep giving me work so i hardly get "the pregnant woman" preferential treatment . But i cant complain jare, God has been faithful and i wont want it any other way.

initially my edd was June 30 and July 3, I had to go with my 2nd edd cos I tot it will even pass, my next appointment was on 20th.

on Saturday I loosed my hair called d lady that will fix my weavon on Sunday to come and style my hair. she said she will come on Monday for my hair, I have already planned to take some photoshoots for my pregnancy make I slay small naa equally for my birthday coming up on 16th.

I bought my white gown ooo, sach, shoe, even top for my belly photos, I didn't feel labour pains at all was busy chatting nd stirring up quarrels at politics section just to keep myself busy cos my dh travelled to come back tomorrow.

around 5:30am yesterday, I was feeling contractions, I called it braxton hicks for where lie lie d pain increased, around 7 I called my friend who works in a teaching hospital to come, she checked me nd said i was 3cm.

I carried my back go put for car, walahi I can't drive myself, I called a friend to help me drive cos I no dey see myself then.

when we reached hospital around 9am I was checked again it was 8cm, chaii d pain is outta d world before I knew it I started shouting I want to pushhhh, as God will have it, I was delivered of my "ebony gold prince" at 9:37am, after arriving the hospital 30mins with no tear, baby weighing 3.4kg

thanks all. I had fibroid and on the 3rd of June it pushed the baby out just two months to due date. the baby was rushed to LUTH for incubator facility but died yesterday after waiting for some years to get pregnant and it ended like this.

So sorry for your loss ma'am. It is well with you and your family, pls hold on to God's word and he'll surprise you before the year ends.

Heloooo Mamas in the house.......... I av been following this thread for some time now, from TTC thread now here. (5 yrs ttc no be moi moi) and I must confess I learnt alot. Pls am 22 weeks gone and still spotting (lighter in flow than a menstrual period) for 6 months now, never knew I was pregnant till I start showing. after I was examined yesterday, I was told that the fetus is small and i may not give birth at nine months due to the spotting issue. Pls those anybody here knows the drug that can stop the spotting or anyone that has exprienced what am passing thru, pls tell me I need solution.

i saw mucus plug with blood on d 4th of june around 5am. weneva I urinate I continue seeing blood but my DH said since I'm not having contractions we should chill at home and watch it. later I started having contractions but not strong, I called a nurse she said it is better I go to hospital for proper monitoring since I'm bleeding. I got to d hospital past 10pm, the doctor checked me and he said my cervix is closed but he won't allow me to go home since I've seen show. he checked me around 5am and I was 4cm dilated, I was checked again by another female doctor around 12 pm she said I'm 5cm, that was when serious prayer started o, I was commanding my service to dilate fast. when d doctor on night duty came, she came and checked me around 5pm and I was 8cm dilated, she said I must give birth in the next two hours and her wish was stamped by God. I entered delivery room at 5pm and she passed d drip and gave me injections which oxytocin was among, i don't know d name of d rest, that was when I started shouting 'I want to poo' she came to check me again I was still at 8cm. she called DH to go and get one injection, she injected me on my laps that was when d urge to poo didn't stop at all. it was terrible. I pushed 3 times and d baby's head came out a bit, she was having cord around her neck , d doc cut d cord and asked me to push again and d baby came out exactly 7pm, she didn't cry at fast d doc had to beat her and she cried. I was just shouting 'thank you Jesus'. This is d experience of a first time mum. I give glory to God.

To reduce pre term contraction, take rest, reduce stress, maintain stable emotions, always empty your bladder, always drink plenty water, don't lie on your back, practice polar bear position. God will see us through. We shall be congratulated.

Teamies, its high time we packed our hospital bag so that we won't miss anything out one's contraction start.
To our working mums, I think its high time we submitted our maternity leave request letter.
Also, I hope we are through with our baby's nursery shopping and arrangement, I pray God will provide for all our needs.
To our Yoruba mums, I hope you've shopped for the naming ceremony and thanksgiving dress, shoes, make-up, photography, etc

Present cappo, just waking up. Am fine by his grace. Jesus get me big time, he promised never to abandon me on dz journey & truly he was too faithful to fail. Testimony time : i went 4 anc today, I was having malaria symptoms so I said make i go see my gynae, dh followed me so no apriko for tfare, he carried me straight to hospital. After complaining to doctor dh said if possible dey should admit me & treat me so dt i wont develop malaria proper. Na so d doctor said no problems dt he ll give me infusion wt antimalaria dt i should go & lie on the bed. I was gisting wt dh while the infusion was going on na so my tummy come dey change shape, see contractions. Chineke I was shouting like mad woman dt my date z far dt am entering labor. My baby was kicking around as if something dey pursue him. Na so i remove the drip myself dt i don't want again. D nurses were like i should have waited for doctor to come dz that, madam i ttc for 23 tearful months to get dz baby so I don't take chances with dz pregnancy. My sisters na so doctor came & guess what na pitocin dey put for drip instead of arthemeter. I no fit shout na so i carry my self go home. Heaven knows i wont cross dt hospital again, the contraction has stopped went to scan to know if placenta detached but everything is still intact. Biko team July join me praise God

Holy Spirit Thank God for your life teamie. Biko carry your leg far from that hospital, what sort of negligence is that?. Pls just rest well ehnn malaria has got nothing on you.
