chrisley024:Yes, it was too early. Body dey pepper he and Mourinho too much. |
Diademk07:Who bought Schneirderlin? Don't give excuse that he is not a good midfielder. He was the best in EPL last season. When Di Maria came to United, he had world class performance in about 5 first games which he played on the left of a diamond midfield. Instead of Van Gaal to adapt his system and philosophy to suit the players quality, he will want the players to adapt to his philosophy. That has been the problem. What Di Maria needed last season was a strong DM, not Blind that played behind him that neccessitated Di Maria to be defence conscious. We saw a certain match Valencia was played on the right side of the diamond midfield. His physicality meant that the other players were able to express themselves freely without worrying about the battle side. Van Gaal has a good playing style, but he doesn't buy the right players to gain the right mix in selection. In EPL you need men who can head very accurately when attacking set plays, you need them too to defend set plays. Men who can jump and head accurately. In United no one player Van Gaal bought that can head the ball accurately, like the way Drogba, Vidic, Ivanovic, Terry would head the ball into the net. Rojo, Blind, Schneiderlin, Herrera, Mephis cannot even jump. The only players who can head the ball to target almost every time are Martial and Rooney. But these are short guys. The other guys who can jump high, Fellaini, Jones and Smalling are shyte while trying to score with their heads. Given another season, Gaal wouldn't have corrected this. What about mixing the team with pacing players. Pacing players who can cause havoc, not players like Lingard who run and run without producing quality. Even if Gaal is able to assemble a great squad, he might still spoil the party with selection and substitution because he sees the beginning of the season as a time of experiment. I like him though, I believe the injuries to senior players spoilt the party for him. |
Diademk07:It was Mendes that leaked the news last night. They said it was reported so by Skysports. Watch the Sky news here: https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=996697990412689&id=112070568875440 |
AdeLaNa1:He scored 15 half of that number. If he didn't injure when he hit form, he would have scored close to that. We were not creating chances in the beginning of the season until we moved Martial to the left. Our season no set as e suppose. |

chrisley024:You are right. I just reviewed the action again. It would actually have been two vs one against Blind, except if Carrick or Valencia paced enough while Blind delay the counter. We are always making same mistakes. The second player pulled away from Darmian and Carrick while they were just watching hoping Smalling wins the tackle. Also, Martial repeated our usual mistake, he played four Palace players onside for their goal. |
PietroRico:I did the dance when we equalised, and also at final whistle. |
Congratulations to us on winning the F. A. cup. We only went two seasons without a trophy. It's a good comsolation at the end. We won community Shield in 2013/2014 so it just one season. Ukwu!!! Smalling didn't have to commit that foul. Blind was at the back. One of Valencia, Darmian and Smalling would have recovered before that guy get past Blind. We are poor at defending, but surprisingly defend better when we played 10 men. I still think Smalling will play more confindendly if he had another strong and pacing guy like Jones beside him. When you know you are the only one who can actually all the defending duties well (jump, tackle, chase a pacing player , etc) it can lead to some distractions. Fellaini, although not really winning aerial duels today, his presence helped our organization and defending aerial balls. But he was useless using his head at the opposite head. He ought to have buried two chances with his head in the first half. Again he had the best chance to open scoring, but he lacks goal scoring sense and shooting accuracy. Particularly happy for Wayne Rooney and Michael Carrick who won their first FA cup. The last time in 2007, Rooney looked like he was going to single handedly win this match, but we were unliccky in the match we dominated, and Drogba broke our heart in a game we dominated well. Congratulations again. We are Manchester United. We can go a long time without a trophy. Kudos! Ayagayayagayo hei Ayagayayagayo [ |

Pope Francis confuses me a lot. But this is just a proposal to call a commission to study the possibility of women deacons (deaconesses). I have always been sceptical about him, just when I was backing him, he wants to open another controversy. Italo, Syncan, ubenedictus, what do you think about this new move. I am back again. Lol |
Diademk07:Di Maria was one of Madrid top finest players that season. I really followed their matches that season. And the UCL final, without Di Maria, Athletico would have won it comfortably. He was their only trouble. On highest number of games started: Diego Lopez 36 Benzema 34 Ronaldo 30 Pepe 30 Modric 29 Di Maria 27 Di Maria made further 7 substitutions. Which means he played 34 games. |
TheGoodJoe:These people don't understand that this girl may not have spoken English for 2 years. Together with all the trauma, it is by the grace of God she can still reason like a same human. When Obasanjo returned from prison, his English fluency left him. He was always waiting for seconds before his brain could pick the next appropriate word to use. Then he waits again and keep repeating hem, hem, clear throat, then cough, then think of what to say next. It took him more than 3 years of more to gain some speaking fluency. |
RuuDie:What na happened eventually, was Sturridge substituted after he scored? I didn't see him again. Even Origi and Benteke never held the ball like players. |
parrotibaba:It has started. This is how the speculation will be in the next three months. |
Diademko7 You can also look at this pass accuracy and number of passes of our players against Everton at Wembley. Lingard with about half of number of Rooney and Carrick passes had highest pass accuracy.
|
Elxandre:I was saying he could have off days, and he also had average days. I am by no means saying Rooney is like Zidane, but his game of yesterday mehn, wish that was how Rooney would play 80% of the time. |
codedguy1:All these your stories na say Rooney must not be praised. That was a wonderful performance from someone leaning how to play midfield. He looked like he had played their all his life, he took the game and put it in his packet. Even the first touch people complained about, he has been very good at it since returning from injury. And Yesterday you would think it was Zidane making a first touch of the ball. |
raumdeuter:Okay, it's a long time. |
Diademko7 Look at this screenshot and tell me what you see in respect of our last argument. We told you that the number of passes does not determine the accuracy.
|
lekkie073:Which one did he play and he was helpless. I think they also lost that match. raumdeuter: |
Elxandre:But he played in one of the matches and they lost. He was poor. |
codedguy1:He was our best player in first half. Even at 0-0 the commentors kept praising him. He was opening and changing our games with passes. Second half was a great football artistry from Wayne. |
chrisley024:Zidane we didn’t see against Senegal. I meant Denmark. You think everyday is Christmas? |
elrony:How we allowed them freely into our box in the last minute of added time is beyong imagination. We could have stopped them but we were just not concerned. It was like we lost the match. |
Diademk07:Leave sentiments aside. On the average Zidane wouldn't have that performnce. Rodney's passes were tearing Bournemount apart. He was in total control and overshadowed Carrick.
|
Diademk07:Depay is poor. He shot waywardly when he should be scoring. Even Valencia almost had a long range cracker. What an effort that was. I never knew he could shoot from 30 yards. The keeper broke his finger there. |
Odunharry:I almost fell from the chair when that goal went in. We just relaxed when Bournemount built... I felt for DeGea. Before kick off I saw him walked to middle of the field to talk to Smalling, Valencia and Carrick. Like saying pls help me. |
The kind of performance Rooney gave today,.... only Zidane could have given such. Talk about taking absolute control of a match, changing direction of play, making through passes, passing through the middle, tracking long way back to win clean tackles. Scored one, Assist one with a sexy pass and giving an exquisite pass to Val to make an Assist for Rashford. That was a super virtuoso performance. Second half was a great performance from the team. Many direct play on total dominance. We could have scored 6 as we were denied two obvious penalties. David DeGea denied individual award when we went to rest in the last minute of added time. We are always lackaidasical. We could have stopped the build up early but we felt like 'nothing dey happen'. I almost fell from the chair. Today was another evidence that with our senior players available we can score many goals. Smalling, Valencia and Rooney stopped counter attacks that ordinary would have troubled a defence of young players. |
Diademk07:Is it not the Young that scored and almost had a double? |
With nothing at stake, LVG is playing his first team. This man is funny. These same players will play again on Saturday. Why not start Jones so that we access him before summer? Even Young sef on the bench. |
SIRcumalot:Lol E easy to make FIFApro XI as a forward player? Was once world 5th best. That makes him world class na. |
