I have already told you that a player cannot gain value one season, neither can they lose value in one season. Even if Arguero doesnt score this season, he wont lose his value. Same way Benzema can't be valued more than Suarez even if he scores far higher than him.

So Tores being useless in front of goal in one season didn't drop his value. He ended in being a 50 million striker.

It was in 2010/11

At the beginning, Tores was rated and valued higher than Bervatov. But as the season went on, Bervatov became the better goalscorer. At the end, Bervatov beat Suarez in goals stats.

But it didnt stop the world from valuing Tores more than Bervatov. Tores was still worth more in the market. So also we have it now, Suarez is still valued more even though Benzema has better goals return per matches and minutes played. That's as at today.

If both guys keep scoring at their current rates, Benzema will win the golden boot. That is if......

But Suarez will still be more valued.
