Pep took over Man City the season after they finished 2nd, 9 points behind the winners. He got 9 players in his first year of 2016 and didn't win. Let's not overlook the peripheral prep's that were checked in the backroom before his arrival just to support his long term plans. He got 8 players in his second, and so far he's purchased 22 players to date. That's a whole new squad.

Poch is not the only coach available, is he? You guys are making it look like it's Poch or nothing. Madrid and Chelsea have constantly changed managers yet they keep winning. Football has moved on the days when coaches spend decades in a club now it's either you deliver or be booted out.

And about Mou tidying up Pochettino's mess, it's still early days bro and even if he goes on to win anything, it's not rocket science as others have cleaned Mourinho's mess in the past.
