Evaluating your HND and BSC should you give points for two or more degrees, MSc (along) would give you slightly more points. Don't know about the rest but clearly you don't need to write CIMA for extra points.

The only difference between a duplex and 4 flats is that while they both have decking, the decking size might just be a bit bigger than that of duplex. Also the number of rooms will be more and that is purely blocks which is not expensive. 4 flats finishing sef may not be more than duplex because usually you want to rent it out and you may not do a superb finishing so to speak. Wood work plus logging and workmanship will take 800k while China gerrard will cost you about 1.5m plus workmanship. China roofing sheet in the market is about 2k to 2700 per sqm. Abeg my brother listen to professional oh. That was how someone said on property section that with 9m ony few things it will remain and I started thinking with my 12m I will almost finish. Then I saw it and jumped at a 4 bedroom duplex with BQ. Today I ve spent roughly 25m and I have not moved in. Cabinet, painting, plumbing and electrical fittings plus compound flooring still remain���. Na so so then go dey deceive people up and down

As someone who has tried all forms of low cost construction. N20m will take you pass the roofing stage and would probably cover window,doors installation and plastering.

-Tilling
-painting
-Plumbing & electrical
-Fixtures
-Pop.

Would cost extra.
budget at least N25 - 26m. For average finishing.

For the duplex with attached flats budget N30m for average finishing.

Do it before tiling. But you need to bring your tiler and the people that will install it together to agree the space that will be left under the door. It must not be too much neither is it good to be short

No. You can paint the inner house before electricals and plumbing fittings to save cost.

It is duplex and we have started tiling but someone said the bathroom may be leaking if I don't protect it now before it is tiled. He said no matter how good the tiler is, it will still leak.
