Romance / Re: What Do You Think Makes A Relationship Last A Lifetime.? by Elia(f): 11:38am On Apr 28, 2008
Zucchero, you hit the nail on the head! A relationship can only last a life time if there is true and fond friendship between the parties.

BUT

We have different types o! I am not talking about those who live together in unhappy and pain enduring marriages o!

I maen true and lasting love relationships and of course God is above all.

Remember: friendship first, then you both trust and belive in God and others follow naturally,, as in love, trust, commitment, children, joint responsibilities e.t.c

Good luck
Family / Re: My Friend Consistently Beats Up Her Mum! by Elia(f): 10:27am On Apr 18, 2008
I am a mother, and i have friends who are mothers. I can categorically state here that the mother of your friend is the achitect of her own misery. Some mothers pamper their children so much till they become unrepairable! I tell some of my friends always that if you spoil a child because you dont want the child to cry, the child will make you cry in the future. Dont beat the child when he/she is young, and he/she will beat when they come of age---------simple!

Abi, una don hear where pickin die of crying?

Romance / Re: Always On The Ex by Elia(f): 4:26pm On Apr 14, 2008
I think most of us are guilty of that! Guys and babes, but the difference is how tactical you are about it. We are humans, so we tend to compare but it isnt right. Ex is ex and should forever remain ex, or dont you mind returning back to your waste?
Business / Re: Which Bank Is The Most Customer Friendly In Nigeria? by Elia(f): 4:10pm On Apr 10, 2008
To me, its Oceanic Bank. Though, i will have to agree that i love GTB. I dont bank with GTB but i get to send money to my younger brother who uses GTB very often and their prompt delivery marvels me. As iam payiny it, he is cashing it and that to me a a worldclass standard.

Romance / Re: The Best Way to Break Up? by Elia(f): 3:55pm On Apr 10, 2008
If there is anything i miss being married is breaking the heart of those so called guys! Some yeye ones go want to confuse you with tears.

Dear Nairalanders, from my little experience, once a guy has fallen out of love with you, he becomes so carlous and nothing you say opr do will make him change his mind, so me no de sori for man. But the sweetest thing is that no man ever had the priviledge to break my heart!

From the experiences of family and friends, i guarded seriously against that, even though i had to pretend so hard that i love when i really dont. And guss what? the philiosophy worked! By the time i give am GBOSA he wont know wehere it hit him. I broke hearts, and i dont regret it one bit.

But when i finally fell in love, i just quit the business of breaking hearts and got married---------------------HAPPILY MARRIED FOR THAT MATTER.

Sisters, i encourage you to follow my way or at least be on guard from those Devil

Ini Edo, the best? Girl, u gotta be kidding! She is an Iniobong feeling funky and sexy. She cannot act and yet she has an arrogant disposition to ALL roles given to her. For me, i will term her ' A LOCAL CHAMPION! ' angry
TV/Movies / Re: Guinness 'Friend Or Foe' Game Show by Elia(f): 9:16pm On Apr 22, 2007
Nice and educative program. But i think :oEbuka is too dull to anchor such a program. Guiness should have tried out Katung or better still Francisca both of Big Brother Nigeria House for the job! Or what do you guyts feel?

Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Zenith Bank Or Glo: Which Do I Take? Urgent by Elia(f): 9:45pm On Apr 10, 2007
Are you not lucky? Please weigh all the pros and cons before making your decision. If you are a female and still single, i will advice you continue with Zenith but if married, go for Glo so as to have some time for your home. If you are male then choose the fatter pay cheque and also consider job security. I wish you the best.
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Law Chambers Pls Recruite by Elia(f): 8:41am On Apr 10, 2007

Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Law Chambers Pls Recruite by Elia(f): 9:17pm On Apr 07, 2007
Onyeka, i have personally taken my cv to three of the law firms you recomended and their response was the same -"We are not hiring lawyers now! The chambers is full. " So what do you have to say to that? Not even a chat with me talkless of an interview. Its a shame that i spent so much time to become a lawyer only to become a stay at home mum!
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Law Chambers Pls Recruite by Elia(f): 7:14pm On Apr 05, 2007
Yeah, e go better! Before i forget, congrats. But how do law firms pay nowadays? Is it better now?
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Law Chambers Pls Recruite by Elia(f): 7:40pm On Apr 03, 2007
Onyema, thanks a lot. Iwill definitely submit my cv in some of the named firms. Maybe i will be lucky this time. As for the grade, i made a second class lower in the University and a pass in Law School. The major problem( for them and definitely not me )is that i am married. I have tried so many firms. I will prefer a law firm located in Ikeja that is if you know any one. Thanks for your concern. You can email me on eliaphilip2003@yahoo.com.Thanks in anticipation.
