Meet Mr. Xiong Shuihua. He is a Chinese business mogul. He was raised in a mud hut with thatched raffia palm roof somewhere in Southern China. Recently, he went back to the land of his birth with a bulldozer to clear off every single mud hut in his village and ...........wait for it...... Replaced them with luxurious apartments, housing almost 100 indigenous families and fed the elderly every night, free of charge. In his words, he said he wanted to repay the kindness he received while growing up in the same village. Please note: - He did not because of his colossal wealth, enter into Chinese politics to become their ruler at all cost. - He did not sponsor insurgencies to create unrest by blowing up his own homeland. - He did not add High Chief or Honorable or Professor or con, grf, oon, ooc, cctv, cnn, gotv, cfr, gps, or any additional title to his name. - He only wanted to give back to his homeland by repaying the kindness he received while growing up and nothing more. Please, isn't this how it is supposed to be? Or would you say; "He simply doesn't know what to do with money!!!"?

You hear it all the time: "He was such a NICE Guy, and she's Heartless for dumping him." If you have one bad relationship after another, the only common denominator is YOU. Think about it. SO WHY DON'T LADIES LIKE NICE GUYS PART 1 Hideous Insecurity What's wrong with Nice Guys? The biggest problem is that most Nice Guys are hideously insecure. They are so anxious to be liked and loved that they do things for other people to gain acceptance and attention, rather than for the simply pleasure of giving. You never know if a Nice Guy really likes you for who you are, or if he has glimmered onto you out of desperation because you actually paid some kind of attention to him. Nice guys are a big red target for the predators of the world. There are women out there who are "users" -- just looking for a sucker to take advantage of. Users home-in on "Nice Guys", stroke their egos, take them for a ride, add a notch to their belts, and move on. It's no wonder so many Nice Guys complain about women being horrible. .. Nice Guys go overboard. They bring roses to a "lets get together for coffee" date (Oyibo setting that is to say). ![]() They try to buy her affections with presents and fancy things. They think they know about romance, but their timing is all wrong, and they either COME-on too strong, too hard and too fast, They are so desperate to please that they put aside their own needs, and place the object of their desire on a pedestal. Instead of appreciating her, they worship her. ![]() Clingy They cling to her, and want to be "one" with her for fear that if she is out of sight, she may disappear or become attracted to someone else. A Nice Guy often has trouble with emotional intimacy, because he believes that if she learns about the REAL person inside, she will no longer love him. Nice Guys are always asking HER to make the decisions. They think it's being equitable, but it puts an unfair burden of responsibility on her, and gives him the opportunity to blame her if the decision was an unwise one. Fear of Conflict Nice Guys rarely speak up when something bothers them, and rarely state clearly what it is they want, need and expect. They fear that any kind of conflict might spell the end of the relationship. Instead of compromising and negotiating, they repeatedly "give in". When she doesn't appreciate their sacrifice, they will complain that, "Everything I did, I did for her.", as if this somehow elevates them to the status of martyrs. ![]() A woman doesn't want a martyr. She wants an equal, caring, adult partner. Self Esteem Nice Guys think that they will never meet anyone as special as she is. They use their adoration as a foundation for claiming that "no one will ever love her as much as I do." Instead of being a profound statement of their devotion, this is a subtle, but nasty insult. It is akin to saying to her: "You are a difficult person, and only *I* can ever truly love you, so be thankful I'm here." Too Clingy More than loving the woman in his life, a Nice Guy believes he NEEDS her. "She is my Life, my only source of happiness..." YECH! Get a grip!Long Story Short The nice guy -needs- to believe that he is the best person for the object of his desires, because otherwise his insecurities will overrun him with jealousies and fear. The truth of the matter is that there are many people out there who can be a good match for her. We rarely stop loving people we truly care about. Even if we no longer continue the relationship, the feelings will continue... But love isn't mutually exclusive. We can (and do) love many people in our lives, and romantic love is really no different. Though he may love her immensely, there will likely be other people who have loved her just as much in her past, and will love her just as much in the future. The irony of it all is: "Who would want to go out with someone who was inherently unlovable anyways?" This ultimately boils down to the fact that Nice Guys don't like themselves. Is it any wonder women don't like them? In order to truly love someone else, you must first love yourself Too often Nice Guys mistake obsession for "love". In a nutshell: Self-confident, caring, decent-hearted women find "Nice Guys" to be too clingy, self-abasing, and insecure. Get this: INSECURITY ISN'T SEXY. IT'S A TURNOFF. ![]() You don't have to be an ego-inflated, arrogant jerk. You just have to LIKE yourself. You have to know what you want out of life, and go after it. Only then will you be attractive to the kind of woman with whom a long-term relationship is possible. You might say there are numerous disadvantages to been nice to ladies, well nobody is saying you should stop been nice, but if you are going to be nice do it because you really want to, not because you are expecting something in return" . ... Part2 Loading #Updated . .. so due to lack of Funds we cancelled the sequel ![]() |

A purported ‘Breaking News’ has been floating around in the last hour claiming that the little innocent baby Aneela, who was tortured by her Nanny in Uganda, is dead. According to a Ugandan news website, they just spoke to the mother a few minutes ago and she confirms Aneela is still alive. Read what they wrote on their website… “We just received a phone call from the mother of tortured child and said her daughter is improving though she still needs prayers. As the police goes on with its investigations on the case.” The parents of the little girl had instinctively installed a CCTV camera in their living room after they continuously found unexplained bruises on their daughters body. Every time the nanny was questioned regarding this, she always denied having any knowledge of injuries on the baby’s body. The parents who eventually installed a hidden cam, luckily caught one of the nanny’s many brutal tortures on tape. The girls father on seeing the video, beat the nanny up blue, black…almost to death! The nanny is currently in jail after she was reportedly sentenced to 3 years in prison. With many calling for a longer sentence or even death, for the level of brutality she meted out on the baby. http://www.mysugardaily.com/mother-of-baby-tortured-by-nanny-confirms-her-daughter-is-not-dead-but-improving-needs-prayers/ http://www.timeslive.co.za/africa/2014/11/24/ugandan-toddler-brutally-assaulted-by-nanny-is-doing-well-mom

Adejoke, a Lagos indigene, explained that an impoverished background led her to survive by hawking water as a young girl before she becoming an apprentice hair stylist. “When I lost my dad, his family claimed my mum was responsible for his death,” the 21 year old tearfully said, sharing her experiences at a popular church in Lagos. “They left us with her and ever since then, she has been the one catering for us.” Aged 19, a middle-aged lady walked into the shop where she was styling and approached her with an unusual proposal. “She came to me and said there was a country she was staying in and if she took me to that country, I would make money and would be able to cater for my family.” “My happiness knew no bounds,” she recalled, her judgement veiled by the blind promise of greener pastures. “I said, ‘Finally, an angel has come’. Unknown to me, she was a devil in human’s clothing.” Just one week later, without even informing her mum or siblings, Ifekoya was in a vehicle with the mysterious lady en route to Libya. “She said when we got there, we would board a flight to Spain where I would start work as a stylist”. The long journey by road through the infamous Sahara Desert was nothing short of hellish. “We were seeing dead bodies strewn on the ground,” she reminisced, shuddering at the grisly recollection. “Even the vehicle that was following us directly passed on top of a buried bomb; the vehicle just exploded and everybody there died.” Ifekoya witnessed scenes far too horrific to repeat as masked men attacked a vehicle close to hers, beating the occupants to a stupor and raping the women inside. Finally making it to Libya’s capital city of Tripoli, Adejoke was taken by the woman to a duplex. The first glimpse of her new home was a shock to behold. “I met five Nigerian girls there who were half-naked,” she stated. Smiling wryly at her bewildered confusion, the woman said she would ‘explain everything tomorrow’. “The following morning, when I woke up, she brought some underwear for me and said these were the clothes I must use to work,” the young Nigerian narrated to the sober crowd. As realisation dawned to what she had unknowingly entangled herself in, Ifekoya bluntly refused. “That afternoon, people said they wanted to meet me because I was new but I protested,” she continued. “So, the woman went outside and brought a cane. They really beat me up until I was very weak. She then took me to one of the rooms and tied me down there. She tied my hands to the back of my head and tied my legs separately so that they were open. That very day, 30 men used me in the room where I was chained.” Shackled as a sex slave alone in the dark, dirty room save for the ravenous men who forced themselves on her, Ifekoya’s willpower slowly began wilting. “After two weeks, the other girls came to me and said that if I didn’t accept to do this, she would tie me down for two years. When I knew the whole thing was like that, I just accepted.” Informed that she would have to repay a total of $9,000 to the devilish lady to ‘cover the costs’ of her travel to Libya, the young Nigerian prostituted for almost one year before finally ‘earning’ enough to ‘buy’ her freedom. However, as hope finally beckoned that she could leave such hellish lifestyle, fate struck another venomous blow. “Immediately I planned to leave the place, I started falling sick – seriously sick.” Nearly one year of sleeping with multiple men on a nightly basis had taken its toll on her young body. “To my greatest surprise, my womb fell. I had to be taken to the hospital where they operated on me to remove it.” Feeble and practically penniless, Ifekoya now faced the ominous challenge of making enough money for the journey back to Nigeria. Her options were limited. “At the end of the day, I had no choice. I still had to resort to the same thing to come back to Nigeria,” she admitted. Eventually ending up in another brothel, she began saving up for the return leg of her nightmare journey. After encountering a fellow Nigerian prostitute who had a similar story as a victim of deception and exploitation, the duo struck a strong friendship and resolved to make the journey together. At this point, they made what turned out to be a life-changing discovery. “It was when we were in one of our friend’s houses that we were introduced to Emmanuel TV,” she explained. “We started watching and praying along with it.” Almost 2 years after her intrepid trip across the Sahara Desert, Ifekoya and her friend embarked on the journey back to Nigeria. Inspired by the clips they had seen on Emmanuel TV, the television station of controversial Nigerian pastor T.B. Joshua, they decided to make The Synagogue, Church Of All Nations (SCOAN) their first port of call. After receiving prayer for ‘deliverance’ from the ‘spirit of prostitution’ and hearing of their sordid stories, Joshua decided to give the ex-prostitutes N200,000 ($1,200) each to restart their lives. “God has kept me alive to pass this message across to the youth,” the young Nigerian emotionally concluded, admonishing her age-mates not to fall prey to the same tactics used to lure her into slavery. https://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=ekhJ_diIGf0

(To Watch the AeroMobil 3.0 Flying Car Take Flight . .. go down) So this was posted on the Internet 7 hours prior to this post, read on A prototype of a fully-functional flying car is shown for the first time at a technology festival in Vienna on Wednesday. The six-metre-long AeroMobil 3.0 is made of steel and carbon and is said to have a flight range of 544 miles with a top ground speed of 124mph. Its Slovakia-based manufacturer says it has successfully conducted a test-flight and expects its vehicle to comply with European regulations on cars and light aircraft Underneath the layers of carbon fiber in its shell and wings, the AeroMobil sports a rugged steel tube frame and sturdy suspension, best suited for rough landings and potholes alike. Inside, the craft boasts advanced avionic equipment, an autopilot feature, and rapid parachute deployment system. Test flights began in October and, judging by the video below, it appears to be acing all trials with flying colors. Granted, the AeroMobil 3.0 is still just a prototype, though we suspect the wealthier amongst you may be able to order one sooner than you might think. So What do you think about the flying car? How do you think it could possibly help out with Traffic situations, especially here in Nigeria? Dreamt up by one Jeremy Westerlund while studying at the Art Center school of design, the Rolls-Royce Apparition is a rolling trompe-l'œil that at once both reaches back into the automaker's history and extends into the future. The design is based around the old motor carriages that had a chauffeur sitting up front, exposed to the elements, with the passengers coddled inside. Like most contemporary Rolls models, the front is utterly dominated by the prominent grille and hood ornament. It features unique touches like real mahogany inserts in the wheels, and the imposing overall shape is long and low: the designer took his cues from sailing yachts, and even though the model is built to 1:4 scale, it's still nearly six feet long. If such an extreme example of fantasy ever became reality, it would measure 279 inches overall – that's over 23 feet, or about four feet longer than the Phantom. See if you can wrap your head around it in our extensive high-resolution image gallery below. http://www.beautifullife.info/automotive-design/rolls-royce-apparition-by-jeremy-westerlund/ http://www.dvice.com/archives/2011/01/rolls_royce_app.php http://www.autoblog.com/2011/01/06/rolls-royce-apparition-concept-messes-with-our-heads/ Rolls-Royce Apparition concept car proves ghosts hate windshields
