Who knew that big booties could be so useful? Not only do you get a great butt, but you get to use it for all sorts of things. We know some celebs out there that we can’t help but notice how large and in charge their butts are. So what are some of these big booty uses? Start doing your squats and make sure to try some of them out since it could be worth the extra pain to get the lift of the cheeks that you desire! ![]() 1 You make yoga look like the sport of gods. When everyone sees your big butt up in the air, they want to join along. Have an audience? No problem, show it off and make sure to do those stretches and release that tension. 2 Busting a move has never been better when you have a little booty shaking. The bigger the booty for shaking, the better. So hey, who said you didn’t dance? If you have a big booty, then it is time to show the world how to twerk. 3 Fill out that dress a bit more, would ya? When it just hangs off your back end, the dress is not being worn to it’s full potential. Make sure to squat down, lots and lots and fill in your dress! We like those big butts and we cannot lie, make your gown like them too! 4 Don’t have a saddle, but have a little extra padding on your bottom, okay, a lot of extra padding? What better way to ride a horse than with it. You can ride the day away without having to worry about hurting the horse, or yourself. 5 That friend that saves seats can be you! Don’t have anything with you to put next to you? No worries, sit in the middle – you’re able to save two chairs without the hassle of sprawling out across them and risk looking kind of foolish. 6 Who is going to close the door behind you? Why, your butt, of course! Just give it a little bump with one of the sides and there you have it! A door that you can close on your own, with no hands! Look mom! You learned something new! 7 It is cold, you’re sitting outside and you are enjoying the game or just being where you are. You have no mitten but what you do have…is a bit butt. Why not put it to good use warming up those frosty fingers of yours? Sit right on them. 8 Your jeans love you! This is because your butt looks nice in just about any pair that you come across. You fill them out and know how to wear them around. Make use of the butt and rock the jeans in your closet. 9 Something to grab, is what it is. You might have seen people at games hitting each others butts, your friends mess around and smack yours. It is just fun to do and if you have a bony butt – it is not longer so fun. The more to smack, grab or even pinch is the best for us all.

Like the Bible says in Proverbs 18:16 ‘A man’s gift maketh room for him and bringeth him before great men.’ Trust me, no one has any excuse.” Simeon Djagbo hails from Ughelli South Local Government Area in Delta State. His story is amazing, a perfect reason that no young person has any excuse for failing in life. He was born without fingers and palms. Rather than allow the physical limitation of this congenital deformity to seize his destiny, he reached deep into himself and understood the true meaning of the biblical passage that says, ‘I’m fearfully and wonderfully made. From a very young age set about overcoming the seeming obstacle posed by his not having fingers, in the process, Djagbo developed ability to do many things that would even make people with complete set of fingers green with envy. His ability to play musical instruments is simply incredible and leaves you giving thanks to God. He swims, cooks and writes with his feet. Now wait for this: he has bagged a degree in Library and Information Science and is currently running a Master’s degree programme. With determination and great courage, Djagbo has risen above his deformity and is enriching his life, buoyed by a strong belief that God has a reason for letting him be born without palms and fingers. By the time Simeon was almost five years old, his musical talent had become noticeable. As he now says, his musical talent is “a gift to showcase God’s wonders and be a blessing to others who feel hopeless.” His guitar artistry has endeared him to the hearts of countless number of people. One of Simeon’s fans says he is one of the wonders of the world. Though he started out as a drummer, it was one incident in his life that led to his playing the guitar. He recalls it this way: “My church brought a man to teach the guitar to others. I was in the drum section just watching as he was teaching a lady to play a progression on a particular song. I watched the way the lady’s fingers were moving on the strings and I was capturing it in my head. When she dropped it, I picked the guitar up and played it exactly the way she was taught and everybody was shocked, because I was not taught how to play it. Although, I was always sneaking to play the guitar because some concerned people felt I would injure myself. I kept at it and became better. I feel God divinely directed me to the guitar.” When Simeon was asked whether life has treated him fairly considering the congenital ‘amputation’ of his palms and fingers, he wasted no time to say there is a reason God created him the way he is. Rather, from the parents, siblings, and relatives who loved and supported him to the schoolteachers, classmates, and peers that inspired him, his gratitude is like the melodic tune from his guitar. “My parents never gave up on me and treated me like a king; they supported me financially and prayerfully. I wanted to enroll in a primary school, but the school administrators rejected me because they felt I could not write. They also felt that my physical defect would scare off children from the school. My parents got information about a school owned by a white woman, St. Lukes Nursery and Primary School in Warri, Delta State. From there I moved to Sure Success College, Warri for my secondary education. I later gained admission into Delta State University, Abraka where I read Library and Information Science. For the mandatory National Youths Service Corps (NYSC) scheme, I served in Okrika Local Government Area, Rivers State and I am presently running my Masters programme in the same University,” After the national service, he remained in Port Harcourt to seek employment, a quest that led him to apply to INTELS, a major IT service provider to oil and gas companies. But it was an unsuccessful effort. The company didn’t employ him because of his physical condition. “I submitted my CV to INTELS in Port Harcourt through a friend who believed in my ability despite my challenges, but the Human Resources Manager who had initially promised to help later said he doubted my competence because I had no fingers,” Djagbo says, recalling the pain of that rejection. But being a person with an unstoppable spirit, he simply dusted off the disappointment and continued as if nothing happened. For anybody tempted to curl into a corner and sulk because of a disappointment, Djagbo has this advice: “I want to say the greatest challenge that a man can have is a handicapped mind and not physical challenges. I believe that God who created me like this has a reason and a bigger and better plan that will take me to an expected end. Any challenge I face is a process to fire me up to become a better person in this world. No one is physically disabled except your mindset is. And I believe that it does not limit you from being who you are destined to be in life. Everyone is born with at least a talent. It is your duty to discover and make use of it. He counsels that faith is critical in the journey of life, saying, “The fact that Jesus lives means I can face tomorrow. I wake up praising Him because He owns my future, and I know I am a great child of destiny. I am inspired knowing that I am a friend of God and that even the angels are envious of me. God is alive and I see that the future is so bright for me. Apart from the fact that many have confessed that Simeon’s talent has given them a sense of hope and possibility, he is determined to pursue his aspirations and get to the next level. “I hope to become one of the most sought after gospel bass guitarists both in Nigeria and abroad. I also want to be a blessing to people and put smiles on their faces,” he says with so much aplomb. His dexterity in playing the guitar has taken him to places he never dreamt of and met different people, including famous artistes. “I believe the money will come too,” he says with infectious confidence.

(Also check https://www.nairaland.com/2032731/funny-pictures-social-media) The Internet, and social media specifically, is deeply embedded in our share-happy society. For many people, social channels dominate overall media consumption and serve as a primary avenue for communication, information gathering and dissemination. Social has become a philosophy - that has invaded everything we do. And it's not just the young, tech savvy segments of the population who are spending time on social networks. The Pew Research Center reports that the number of people using social networking sites has nearly doubled since 2008 and the population of users has gotten older. Pew indicates that 79% of American adults use the internet and 59% of them use at least one social networking site. Likewise companies and brands are increasingly allocating money and energy to building a presence on social networks. A recent New York Times article stated that companies are buying more online ad space to promote their Facebook and Twitter pages than to pitch their products. For marketers, this evolution and increasing integration of social media has had a significant impact on advertising spend and overall marketing strategy. Businesses have vastly increased their social-media marketing commitments - and Forrester Research projects firms will spend $54 million on social media marketing in 2014, up from just $11 million in 2009. However, at the same time as older users and companies are flocking to the social space, studies are emerging that indicate that the social media market is showing signs of maturity and early social adopters are disengaging with their networks. A new social media survey from Gartner research firm suggests that certain segments of the population are experiencing social media fatigue and using sites less than when they first signed up. Of the 6,295 people surveyed, between ages 13 and 74 spanning 11 developed and developing markets in December 2010 and January 2011, Gartner found that 24 percent of people said they use their favorite social media websites less today, with 33 percent citing concern for their online privacy as a reason. Users are also tired of the constant stream of status updates on these websites. Additionally, the survey revealed some social media fatigue among 31 percent of younger, more mobile and brand-conscious consumers who stated they were getting bored with their social network. The study results are significant in that they add to a growing body of evidence that the earliest social adopters are losing enthusiasm for their networks. It may be a small percentage now, but could suggest that more segments will eventually follow. It's no secret that today's consumers are restless and have short attention spans. Marketers and social media providers need to find ways to innovate, diversify and be more creative - because if they can't retain consumer attention, they risk losing it forever. Have you considered how this might impact your social media marketing strategy? Well as for me I ain't tired yet, I'm only just been selective with what I use in the media" ![]()

Man with 67 wives dragged to court by his 67 wives for committing adultery with a neighbor's wife" The Minna, Niger State, based 79-year-old man, Muhammad Harun Al-Rahman, who became famous few years ago when it was revealed that he was married to more than 70 wives, is now in the news yet again as 67 of those wives have dragged him to court for sleeping with another woman who is not his wife. The aggrieved wives are seeking to divorce the man for still committing adultery with other women outside his marriage. The angry women cannot understand what their husband still wants in other women when he has his over-sized harem, and as such, they have filed multiple marital lawsuits against him. The joint suit allege that the septuagenarian was caught on 19th September, 2014, having sex with the wife of a neighbour. When the case was mentioned, the women filed in one after the other and stated that they want to divorce their husband on the grounds of 'unreasonable behaviour' and 'adultery.' They are applying for an Islamic divorce procedure known as the Khula, which is the right of a woman to seek a divorce from her husband in Islam in exchange for a monetary compensation paid back to the husband by the wife.

Bizzare!! indeed I had to censor some of these pics especially the Self-Flagellation well for those who like full gist, Here's the link for more of the pictures. .. www.all-that-is-interesting.com/7-bizarre-cultural-practices 1 . Finger Cutting The death of a family member in the Dani tribe of Indonesia heralds a vast amount of emotional – and physical – pain for women. Aside from the inevitable emotional grief, women of the Dani tribe physically express that by cutting off (by compulsion) a segment of one of their fingers when a relative passes away. The bizarre cultural practice is performed as a means to satisfy ancestral ghosts, and is rarely, but still sporadically, practiced in the tribe. Before being amputated, the fingers are tied with a string for thirty minutes to numb them. Once amputated, the new fingertips are burned to create new scar tissue. 2.Self-Flagellation Shi’ite Muslims are well known for their martyrdom, and ashura is no exception. Ashura is an Islamic event recognized by Muslims around the world, though for Shi’ites it’s done in commemoration of the death Prophet Mohammad’s grandson Imam Hussein at the 7th century battle of Karbala. Hussein, along with his comrades, was repeatedly hit on the head with daggers, and blood was spilled onto Muslim streets. The ritual is performed as a means of absolving sin, and people spill their own blood and those of their relatives to mourn the fact that they were not being present to save Hussein. 3.Eskimo Funerary Ritual A rather well-known fact about Eskimos is their ritual (albeit incredibly rare and seldom practiced—if at all—anymore) of setting the elderly adrift on a floating iceberg when facing death or old age. Eskimos believe in the afterlife for the dead, and this practice is a way of ensuring the elderly are not a burden on the family – sending them off in a dignified and graceful manner. 4.Endocannibalism The Yanomamö tribe lives in villages within the Amazon rainforest – between Venezuela and Brazil. They are known for their tradition of endocannibalism once a relative dies. The bizarre cultural ritual involves wrapping the corpse in leaves and allowing insects to pick at it. 30 to 45 days later, the bones are collected, pulverized, and mixed into a banana soup to be consumed by all. After a year, the villagers consume the ashes, which are mixed with plantain soup. According to tradition, the ritual helps ensure that the souls find their way to paradise. 5.Ainu Bear Worship The Ainu people are an indigenous tribe from parts of Japan and Russia with a penchant for sacrificing bears. The sacrifice is committed in the name of devotion—the religion worships nature, believes bears are gods walking among humans, and the sacrifice of the bear is said to bless the soul of mankind—but to outsiders the practice is particularly gruesome. It involves slaughtering a hibernating mother bear in her cave, raising her cubs in captivity for two years, then choking or spearing them as a sign of religious devotion. This is followed by villagers drinking the bears’ blood, eating the flesh and placing the skull atop a spear wrapped with the bear skin, and worshipping it. Though the practice is no longer widespread, it does still occur in some areas. Bizarre Cultural Practices Ainu Bear Worship 6.Carrying One’s Wife over Burning Coal While not wholly specific to China, an interesting Chinese custom says that a husband may carry his bride over a pan of burning coals before crossing the threshold of their home as husband and wife. According to tradition, the ritual ensures that the wife will have an easy and successful labor. Firewalking is also done by the Chinese as a means to prevent natural disaster. 7.Living with the Dead Certain ethnic groups in the Toraja district of Indonesia practice a ritual of living with the corpses of their loved ones for months before burying them. The corpse is draped in special garbs and kept safe in a separate room in the house until the body can be properly buried. This ritual, though, has less to do with tradition and more so with funds; burials and funerals are expensive and can take years to save up for. "Willow took this shot of her grandmother, emerging from the ocean. She is 61!" (Willow Smith Daughter of Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith) Jada Pinkett Smith The Gotham actress shared a Facebook photo of her mother, Adrienne Banfield-Jones, coming out of the water like a James Bond girl (think Halle Berry in Die Another Day). Jada, 43, captioned the jaw-dropping bikini shot, writing: She added, "I wanna be her when I grow up." Well said. .. but as you can see the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. The 40-something actress has quite the impressive bikini body of her own as she shared back in June. Also, did you see the nude pic she posted?! Love is pure, love is painful, love is sweet and love is dreadful. True love is overwhelming. Our lives depend on it and it often seems like our planet would stop spinning if love didn’t exist. Love is something we strive for and something we mourn the loss of. A lovesick once said that “if you’ve never been hurt, you’re either very lucky, or very lonely”. Here are 18 Interesting Facts About Love 1. It only takes up to 4 minutes to decide whether you like someone or not If you want to make a good impression on someone, you’ve only got about 4 minutes to do it. It is believed far more to do with your body language, tone and speed of your voice rather than exactly what you say. 2. When Two Lovers Gaze At Each Others’ Eyes, Their Heart Rates Synchronize couples who are in love and bond in a romantic relationship synchronize their heart rates after gazing into each others’ eyes for three minutes. 3. Falling In Love Has Neurological Effects Similar To Those Of Cocaine Falling in love is much like taking a dose of cocaine, as both experiences trigger a similar sensation of euphoria- producing inducing chemicals that stimulate 12 areas of the brain at the same time. 4. Cuddling Releases Natural Painkillers Oxytocin, the so-called love or cuddle hormone, is produced during an embrace or cuddle. The hormone appears in the brain, ovaries and testicles and is thought to be involved in the bonding process. Research has found that a dose of oxytocin decreases headaches significantly, and for some it even makes the pain go away completely after 4 hours. It’s definitely worth trying hug and cuddle medicine before jumping to chemicals and pills. 5. Even Looking At A Picture Of A Loved One Relieves The Pain Even though it was long known that the presence of a significant other has a lot to do with patients’ improvement, it has been proved that the same goes for even a picture of the beloved. 6. Holding A Loved One’s Hand Relieves Pain And Stress Research shows that long-term couples with deep, strong connections can successfully soothe each other in stressful situations or when one of them experiences pain simply by holding hands. 7. People At The Same Level Of Attractiveness Are More Likely To End Up Together Many psychological and social research indicates that there is a significant pattern in how people choose people to establish romantic relationships with. This pattern is explained by the Matching Hypothesis which says that people are more attracted to those that they share a level of attractiveness with, or, in other words, are equally socially desirable. Even if successful couples differ in physical attractiveness, one of them usually compensates for it with other socially desirable qualities. 8.Couples Who Are Too Similar To Each Other Are not Likely To Last As the well-known saying goes, opposites attract. And research proves that this is partially true. Couples that are either too similar or too different tend not to last very long. Apparently, there always has to be a foundation of similarities, but there also have to be things that the two of you learn from each other. 9. Heartbreak Is Not Just A Metaphor Research has provided evidence that intense, traumatizing events, such as a break-up, divorce, loss of a loved one, physical separation from a loved one, or betrayal can cause real physical pains in the area of one’s heart. This condition is called the Broken Heart Syndrome Deep emotional distress triggers the brain to distribute certain chemicals that significantly weaken one’s heart, leading to strong chest pains and shortness of breath. The condition is often misdiagnosed as heart attack and tends to affect women more often. 10. Romantic Love Eventually Ends…Only To Be Followed By Committed Love Couples at the very beginning of a romantic relationship will be very different a year later. It is estimated that romantic love, which is linked with euphoria, dependence, sweaty palms, butterflies and alike, only lasts about a year. After that first year begins the so-called “committed love” stage. The transition is linked with elevated neurotrophin protein levels in newly formed couples. 11. People Who Are In Love Have Chemical Similarities With People With OCD studies show that people at an early stage of love have lower levels of serotonin, which is associated with feelings of happiness and well-being, and higher levels of cortisol, associated with stress. This is strikingly similar to those people who have Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, which explains why we act so out of character when we fall for someone. It works the other way around as well – people with lower levels of serotonin fall in love and get into sexual relationships quicker than others. 12. Thinking Of Love And Sex Influences Creativity And Concrete Thinking, Respectively construal level theory found out that reminders of love influence more abstract and creative thinking because they are associated with more distant and abstract considerations – long-term relationships, devotion, commitment and intimacy. Reminders of sex trigger concrete thinking, making a person focus more on momentary details than on long-term plans or goals. 13. Attachment + Caring + Intimacy = Perfect Love The triangular theory of love suggest a clear formula for the components of different kinds of love. There are three kinds of love that are a product of two different pairs of basic components: romantic love = passion + intimacy, companionate love = intimacy + commitment, and fatuous love = passion + commitment. Of course, the truest and strongest of all is consummate love, which consists of all three components. 14. An Attractive Face Is Preferred Over An Attractive Body For Long-Term Relationships There’s evidence that when looking for a fling, the body wins over the face on a physical attraction basis. The opposite is true, however, for those who are looking for a long-term relationship partner. 15. Butterflies In The Stomach Are Real And They’re Actually Caused by Adrenaline When you fall for someone you probably won’t be able to avoid the butterflies flying, dancing and fooling around in your stomach. They’re caused by adrenaline, which floods your body during /flight-or-fight/ response situations. 16. Dilated Pupils Show Your Attraction To Someone And Makes You More Attractive As early as the 1870s, Darwin proposed that pupils expand during heightened attention and focus. This is indeed true, as this occurs when gazing at an object of desire or beloved one, even if it‘s only a picture or a video. Moreover, people with dilated pupils themselves look more attractive. 17. Looking Into Each Others’ Eyes Can Make Strangers Fall In Love The eyes are the mirrors of our souls, as they say, so there’s probably no surprise that simply looking into each others’ eyes can make us fall for each other, even if we don’t know jack about each other. It has been proven that when someone is gazing at you, the person’s body produces a chemical called phenylethylamine, which is associated with the /fight-or-flight/ response. So if you decide to continue looking at each other, you’re asking for Cupid’s arrow. 18. Love Is Really All That Matters A marvelous 75-year long study which was conducted by a group of Harvard researchers, has shown that love is really all that matters. The participants’ lifelong experiences revealed that happiness and life fulfillment revolved around love or simply searching for love.

Breaking up is tough, no matter the situation. Here's a few methods to deal with it. .. 1 Stop blaming yourself and thinking things like, "If only I'd watched more Bourne movies or House of Cards/ It takes two to break up — the problem wasn't just you, it was you two as a couple. It's almost reverse-narcissistic to blame yourself that much! If you try to look at the relationship from the outside, maybe you'll have an easier time seeing how you both contributed to the breakup. 2 Do Talk It Out Instead of keeping your feelings bottled up, go out with a few buds and vent. This can help you work through all the issues that led to your breakup or, at the very least, provide you with an outlet for all the thoughts and feelings you might be otherwise tempted to share with your ex during a drunk-dial session. 3 Don't Trash-Talk Your Ex While reflecting on your feelings about your breakup -- the good, the bad and the ugly -- can be cathartic, harping on your ex’s flaws and calling them names in front of others not only looks bad, but it makes you seem immature and petty. 4 Do Give Each Other (Cyber) Space The last thing you want to see after a bad breakup is a constant stream of pics and status updates documenting your ex’s life without you. We’re not saying that you have to go on an unfriending and untagging spree, but you should at least remove your ex from your social media news feeds to avoid receiving any updates about your ex’s life that might upset you or keep you from moving on. 5 Don't Stalk Respect yourself enough to know that planning ways to accidentally-on-purpose bump into your ex is not healthy. However, if you do accidentally bump into your ex at a party or another social setting, don't be an ass and blatantly ignore them. Wave or say "Hi," and then keep it moving. If your ex wants to engage in a conversation with you, let them make the first move. 6 A Break or a breakup? Do Be Clear About Your Intentions, there’s a really big difference between a break and a breakup. The former insinuates that you’re taking a break from one another (and dating in general) in an effort to sort out what you want out of life or your relationship, but you intend on eventually getting back together. When you’re broken up, however, all bets are off and you’re both free to go on and date whomever you want, whenever you want. 7 Begin some kind of intense, rage-based workout routine. Maybe this isn't a good time for yoga! Maybe it's a good time for something new, like kickboxing. Or any whatever would help you Really get some of that negative stuff out. 8 Spend a lot of time outside. It's a cliché, but fresh air really does clear your head. So does, you know, seeing the sun every once in a while. Take at least two hours from each day just to leave your Cave of Forgotten Dreams and interact with The Outside. 9 Work On Yourself Take this time to get to know yourself and indulge in a few new hobbies -- especially those that you held off on exploring out of consideration for your ex. 10 Rebound with one incredibly hot guy/girl "if that's what you want", and then give yourself some time to decompress and remember who you are. If you've had one rebound, you've had them all. 11 Don't Date Unless You're Truly Ready If you're still smarting over your last relationship, chances are you're not ready for a new one -- that's totally fine. Be honest with yourself and potential mates about this. That being said, there’s nothing wrong with remaining single for a while. The longer you’re alone, the more time you have to learn about yourself. 12 Don't Repeat your mistakes It may be clichéd, but it’s true: Those who don’t know their history are destined to repeat it. Don’t be a cliché. Figure out what went wrong in your last relationship -- that means accepting what you did wrong, too -- and vow to eliminate those patterns moving forward. If this was interesting feel free to share . .. |
Just saw this pics tho, very funny. ..
