Please house, who has an idea on how I can get these two documents. I’m applying for a spouse visa.

 2 fully filled questionnaires concerning the document verification process
 2 signed declarations according to Section 54 Paragraph 2 No 8 of the German Alien’s Law

I suggest you check the link for family re-union.

No response yet, please I you guys should respond

You can.
As a Nigerian, having only WAEC won't get you into a German University.
You have to go for "Studienkolleg" ie preparatory course and pass the "Feststellungsprüfung" ie University qualification exam, before you can get admission into the university.
Note that this preparatory course is taught in German, even if you're going for English-taught programmes. This means that higher German language proficiency is required.
But,be ready to defend why you didn't get your first degree in Nigeria or why you're not yet in a Nigerian University at 24 during the interview.
Go to uni-assist's and German embassy's pages and inform yourself very well.

Thanks for responding.

"Approximately 4 to 6 weeks prior to your appointment to apply for a visa you will receive a e-mail with the exact date of your appointment.

If you don't receive an appointment confirmation email prior to your mentioned date of the beginning of your studies your registration can no longer be considered. In this case please cancel your registration. Thank you!"

The quote above came with the AD registration confirmation email back in June. Is it advisable to cancel and re-register for the AD? Thanks again

If you're in category B,no need of cancelling and re-booking.
It's the same story.
According to their page, the waiting period for category B applicants, who booked from mid-june(that was when they elongated the waiting period) till now is over a year.
Just hope and pray as you were told earlier.

Like what documents did you submit at the immigration? And was the documents for the residence permit or what?

I didn't submit any document to the immigration office because of the problem outlined in my previous update.
These are the ones i can remember-age declaration certicate from Nigeria, police character from Nigeria, police character from Benin republic, lab test in Benin republic, any bill payment receipt of your residence in Benin, certificate from the chief or mayor in charge of your resident area/zone in Benin etc.
Immigration officials go still come your house to still check whether the place u mention na where u dey live abi u lie.Using hotel as residence isn't allowed.
Yes,it was for resident permit.

Please, since Cotonou is a french speaking country, will your interview be conducted in French or English. I have not started my Germany application yet, will be starting this summer semester and I've been thinking of the best route for me. I can migrate to Benin (Cotonou) now and spend the required 6months before my Visa application starts.

Since my work is fully remote I don't think I have a problem as long as I have access to good internet and electricity. my only fear is that the country is a french speaking country.

Your interview can be conducted in English.
That won't be a problem.
But,the last time i checked, their immigration office in Cotonou has not repaired their central computer system since February this year.
I went there in January, gathered all the required documents in March, went to the immigration office to submit them, tori come enter.Till now,the same story.
Some of the documents have since expired.
So,you can't submit the documents without your data being taken.
So,make sure the system has been repaired before making any move.
And processing of the permit takes about two to three months, plus the six months stay. That's roughly 8 to 9 months waiting altogether.
I don bone them since.

Is not by force to go to Germany, why do we have to go through other European countries, spend more, just because we want to access Germany.
That simply mean those people for reasons best known to them dont want us.
If no be as Nigeria be person for they reason Germany(racist people) because of free tuition.
When Canada, UK and USA dey there...
It is well o.
If them no give me appointment I MOVE!!!
Last last na our leaders cause am.
Nor be only students for abroad..

Just keep quiet and allow people to decide how to run their destinies.
Any legitimate way to enter Germany is worth it.
In Nigeria, haven't you experienced tribalism and nepotism. In fact, they were some of the factors that made you decide to leave here.In your own country, you didn't even enjoy free education.
Why can't you go to USA,UK,Canada and Australia where there's no racism?
Do you think it's easy to run free tuition fee mode of learning?
Ask Sweden and Denmark, they couldn't cope after some few years.
Even Norway who are closer to Germany in terms of free tuition fee, gives the condition that you must transfer the sum of around 6 to 8 million naira before applying for visa.Nothing like Germany's 2nd life line in sponsorship letter.
At times, you have to give big thumbs up to the Germans biko.
I understand the frustration and depression involved because of unavailability of ADs.I've been there for like a year, but,if you've given up or about to,just keep it to yourself to avoid dampening the spirits of others who might regret later.
Shalom!

Finally arrived at Munich, not an easy task, but worth it,I promised myself not to comment on this platform, but just need to drop this..goodluck to the people waiting for A.D and visa (cat A only)..those in category B sorry to burst your bubbles ,please forget about it, this consulate are not ready to attend to you guys except you are ready to wait till next two years or when Nigeria change government, ignore those coming here saying they got a date, I told you guys what to do so the embassy can consider you,but quite unfortunate we Nigerians are bunch of corward, other countries are travelling without issues but here it a big issue and we fold our hands hoping lol..Nigerian resilience equal to suffering..guys speak out ,I know why am saying this,I can't just come out to say this ,if you like keep hoping..stay safe and goodbye all

This is nonsensical.
You only came here to assault and brag in the guise of giving irrational advice.
Stop lying, the consulate is still giving dates to category B applicants, which i am one of them, albeit, the number is few and some of them are not on this platform.
You just entered Munich and the whole world is on earthquake.
You should have maintained your silence.
Common getat!!!

Abi we did not apply well ni? lol

My Big Mummy just annoyed me today sef. She said maybe I did not consult the Holy Spirit on this German matter before applying. Sometimes, these people can be insensitive, like I am the only one in this situation.

God dey

Hahahahaha!
Or they'll tell you "may be it's not the will of God for you to travel out of Nigeria",as if they were there when God gave you your vision or they were the ones that put that career passion burning in you.
The truth is-there are so much limiting factors that might not allow you to achieve your dream in Nigeria.
I don't even listen to them.

AM 28.06.2021
Visum 09.07.2021
Cat B.

Interview question

course, school name, bsc thesis topic, what I know about Germany; economy, geo and politics, If I have visited germany or schengen area, If I have been to that embassy before, if I have family in Germany or friends, why the course, what will I do after studies, what I know about my university city,
my course language of instruction, why germany and not Nigeria or any english speaking country?

Interviewed by a Nigerian Guy. He was very nice and calmed my nervousness.

Goodluck to all of u guyz seeking for AD and those who have already/expecting their visum.

Congratulations to you.
See you in Germany.
Yeah,i asked those questions then because tension was high concerning people faking AD.
I wanted to be sure it was you.
Apologies if you were offended.

Or if I book now for September resumption and I don't get an appointment. I shouldn't bother rebooking by October since is with the embassy database. All I have to do is to wait after one year? Please I really don't understand

FOR CATEGORY B
If you book now for September 2021 resumption date and you were not called by few weeks to that date,it means your start date has passed,ie the booking is invalid.
You have to book again.

Hello everyone please I would like to know. This over one year period for cat b. Does it mean if I book now and I don't get date, will the embassy reshuffle by October and I will rebook again. Or I can book now for next year September. I am somehow lost

No more reshuffling or deleting of CAT B booking entries at the end of March and September.
You can now book at anytime, depending on your start date.
According to the information on their page, the explanation is that your start date should be/come after the over one year period of booking/waiting.
And once your start date comes and you were not called, the booking is invalid. So,you have to book again if you want.

But,according to the information on their page now,it's over a year waiting period for category B applicants.

Hi bro, so my sponsor said his state in Germany is asking him for health insurance of the person he is sponsoring (me). I don't know what type of health insurance I should get cos I don't even have much money to pay for that now, so is there any you can recommend, and do you know anyone who needed health insurance to get sponsorship letter?

Contact your School in Germany immediately.
Mine gave me some names of insurance companies in Germany to register with this summer semester.
I didn't register because i couldn't travel to Germany then. So,it was of no use to me.
You only pay when you arrive in Germany.

Please Who knows abeg help me clear this issues please.
For B.Sc courses in Germany, must 1 have a German language certificate to get admission.

Are there B.Sc courses offered in English that 1 Can get admitted into without a German language certificate?

I will appreciate ur clarifications here. Thanks guys.

Go to DAAD website for school admissions and search for the course(s) you want to study and then check school(s).
It's the schools' requirements that will determine if they need German language certificate or not.
Get to work, because nobody here can really give you 100% reliable information based on that.
