Dizzyrascal: from all indication, the new initiative is not only limited to airtime top-up but will include all the actions carried out using the USSD code. That would include USSD transfers and checking of bank balance. Infact, for every 20 seconds you spend on any USSD related action you would be charged #4(four naira).....really sad Internet banking has always been the safest.. long process though but it's the safest |

Omoolope2023: Good afternoon my family on the journey. Please I am asking for a friend. Below is what happened.
She was offered admission for Masters in NB but the student permit was refused, I think because she applied also for her 4 years son who is an American citizen as an accompanying dependant.
She is now considering the PR option since she has another foreign masters from Scotland.
The issue is now on her surname, since she married she has not done change of name to her husband's surname. For some reasons, she is no more comfortable doing change of name which she has my sympathy on the unfolding situation. She would have claimed single but in the student visa application, she indicated married because of her son.
The big question: How will she claim the son is hers since she do not not want to do change of name and not ready to put her husband name in the application?
Veterans, this is a serious issue because I have been trying to wrap my head around the idea to use on this matter.
Now my question, how will she convince visa officer that the boy is hers because the husband cannot surface on the PR application for any reason. Unless she's divorced.... once you've claimed married, only divorce or death can change that status |

Venom104: Ahh the pain ABU caused me.. I contacted the school for my transcript and was told i had an F on a major course and nothing will be done about it except i come down. I didnt wanna take a chance with ECA with an F on my transcript so i had to leave everything and travel many thousand miles back to school. This happened 5 years after graduation/convocation with my original certificate. That's crazy.... were you able to resolve it? |

I got my transcript from ABU after 2 months... still on ECA though. If you have nobody following up for you in Nigerian universities, sorry is your case. She really tried as that German woman was miles ahead of everyone. She has jumped over 7 meters 6 different times this season and her jump of 7.30 in third round was out of the world. Bribe lost out on silver on penultimate round by 0.01m... she definitely has a bright future ahead of her. I was really hoping that Tobi Amusan will win a medal in 100m hurdles also but she painfully came 4th in the final. I can't fault her performance though. With 12.49s while her personal best is 12.48s she ran in semi finals, the has Ali (defending champion), Harrison (world record holder) And Thompson (Olympic champion) in front of her so she should take solace in the fact that she was beaten by the best. She's definitely going places, I think she should work better on her start though. As for the sprinters, we have a long way to go, even South Africa and ivory coast are ahead of us. Sports is a multi billion dollar industry but we would rather focus on oil. Shame on us |

Please who has used WES to evaluate law school certificate? I intend to evaluate my wife's call to bar certificate only... wouldn't mind even if they will evaluate it as first degree as I will be primary applicant. Her school is far and we have no one to help with the transcript whereas we can easily get law school's certificate as we reside in Abuja. |

Triplezero50: We are exactly in the same boat! Same points. Missed last draw. Was hoping for today. We were already excited and all. Then 464! Hubby's transcripts had issues with delivery. We already started another process and paid for another one. Thankfully, we got an update on the first one. We thought ok great, but with 462 we won't need it again. Now we have to wait for it...unless cut off drops soon tho. You're my twinnie in this race. May God help us. Relax. We will testify. Keep the faith sis... hopefully it will drop soon with 3900.. still waiting for Wes to finish mine... good IELTS score will put me on 464 without wife's ECA. And birthday is Dec. May God help us all |

Good day fam, all my documents are almost with WES now and I'm planning to write IELTS this month. My problem is this... I'm married with a kid, if I'm going solo with IELTS of 8777, I will be on 458 (I have master's), 8 years working experience with immigration service,.. my wife is a lawyer and using IQAS to evaluate her certificates is another 5 months, by that time 5 points will be off my score due to age. Should I go solo and file for sponsorship when I get there or will it be better if we go as a unit? |

NECO should be the one to send your results on your behalf. It is well. I mean the Nigeria e-pin/scratch card information form |

Avidreader748: Your O level results will be sent to WES by appropriate institutions, either WAEC or NECO. So you do not need to do anything.
Your MSc degree can be sent through fax. But you are not sending your transcript to them yourself is that's what you meant by results. Thanks a lot |
