Met her on yahoo messenger,co-incidentally we're in the same university, while I was in 300level,she was in 100level.We were cool together until her fellowship pastor started calling me a cultist.Anytime we were together she must just check my backpack, apparently she was told I carried gun inside the bag.I left her when I became tired of the drama, the last time I saw her was in a club, rolling it well with the POLE.she is a stripper now.The story happened in 2003.

Family / Re: Your Experience During Childbirth In Nigeria by elpatch(m): 7:24pm On Jul 05, 2013
@tellwisdom:if a woman's vagina is not relax enough to allow the leading part of the baby to pass through,in order not to cause ragged tear to the vagina, episiotomy may be given. However if the vagina is relax enough and capacious, episiotomy may not be needed.bottomline-not everybody deserves episiotomy.

There are various indications for the use of general anasthesia as against spinal in c-section:for instance in eclampsia(when a pregnant woman convulse during pregnancy due to high blood pressure and some kidney damage)-you don't want to give spinal cos it may trigger more convulsion which is not good for the patient's brain.although this is an area of controversy. Also,in a centre where the personnel to do spinal is not available.
For episiotomy-surgical incision made on the vaginal to allow for the head of the baby to descend.anything that will not allow the head to descend well in a favourable cervix is an indication for episiotomy.also if instrument like forceps is to be used to assist delivery, yes episiotomy is a must.however, not all vaginal deliveries require episiotomy.
I hope somebody has been educated.

I don't belong to any political class or affiliation but I've kept tab of the political sphere in nigeria, action congress of nigeria is gradually becoming transparent even a blindman can see through their fibre.if they have a better idea on how to solve the insecurity problem we are having why don't they come out and tell us afterall democracy is for all.

Politics / Re: What Do You Think Of This Ad From Osun State? by elpatch(m): 11:45am On Jan 13, 2013
I'm in osun state presently,my opinion.....in the area of infrastructure,he is doing a great job provided he continues with the current speed.agriculture-fair.health-very poor,do not be deceived by the free health slogan,u need to visit the general hospitals,u will shed tears for this country....if a patient needs a surgical intervention, the relatives will provide the fuel for the ambulance and the generator that will power the theatre....other gists in the health sector will be a discussion for another day.education-with the renovation of old schools and the model colleges couple with the e-textbook initiative,if properly executed'the sector will be a blast.youth development-apart from the oyes initiative which has helped to put food on so many youth's table(try unemployment for a month)nothing much in that area.welfare of the people-fair.in all I think the guy is doing fairly well but time will surely tell.
