Most of you guys actually do not read,

They are not in the AOR-Battle theatre(Borno et al), they are moving from their respective bases to 7 div maiduguri hence the buses, when they get to the AOR, then you will see the MRAPs ,APCs and even the soft skinned hilux(my hate for them)

On the issue of standard ARM, the AK-47 is widely used for one thing and one thing alone, durability, it fires in anything, underwater,mud,in the rain with the lowest possible jam ratio as far as it is maintained. Yes there are Ak-74 , Ak-109, Berly Ak(which is in use by SF), Etc all variants of the AK family , the 47 series presents little challenges in use and maintenance and its cost effective while having a wonderful firing range and projectile area.
The truth is i am a lover of the AK but i think its time general Infantry is made a standard user of the Ak-74,

Other variants are in use with the army but the Ak is seen as a General Infantry assault rifle.
A little tweak here and there, a red dot sight, pistol grip added etc and your presented with a deadly rifle regardless of aesthetic value.

I know face value is important, but why did US troop drop their M-4s for AKs during the invasion of afghanistan simply, the heat jammed the M-4, after that experience the m-4 had to be upgraded to conform to the environment.

Long and short, aesthetics is important for photoshots but when bullets starts flying, its the durability of your head,hand and weapon that matters

am actually not advocating for any of the candidates rather stating the obvious buh as regarding senator hussein, we all know he's a gladiator, for someone who have been in the political terrain since 1999 as compared to Dr demola who's riding on the waves of the brother, likewise the family's dynasty... jst like I said time will tell..
Btw... sen hussein was hor between 1999 and 2007, likewise osun West senator between 2011 and 2015 You were actually advocating for Senator Hussain, the cost wa I I advocating for Dr Ademola Adeleke.Do I need to remind you that what makes a good Senator are :1) the quality and quantity of Bills you sponsored. 2)the motions you moved.3)active participation in oversight functions 4)your ability to lobby for juicy projects for your constituency and 5)your interpersonal relationship with your colleagues an your constituency. Senator Hussain failed woefully in the above.His communication skills can give you EPILEPSY.

this election is a litmus test for the 2018 gubernatorial elections in the state.
Will it be ademola adeleke(pdp) who's allegedly an opportunistic politician without enough political orientation or mudashiru hussein(apc) who is an experienced and well oriented politician and a one time senator... Time will tell

Because it's easier to project a fake persona of awesomeness behind the keyboard. Plus people only post the good pics of themselves online.
