Sure, in the absence of a technician, some engineers might be able to do the job themselves, but normally it's the technician that does the job, engineers mostly supervise. As an engineering student, it pays to learn the technical aspect though.

This is Enugu road in Nsukka right. The commenced shortly after Ugwuanyi came in 2015 so I’m not exactly sure it was him who awarded the contract. The road was done by RCC as well which makes it less likely that he awarded it. We are familiar with ugwanyis love for cheap local sub standard contractors under the guise of supporting the local industry. Ugwanyi would have preferred a certain Chibutex and sons contractors limited to handle the road. .
But even if it was him, what went wrong after? That road is the only thing noteworthy that has happened since 2015.

He awarded it sha, I am from that area and I know how everything played out.

But this is the only standard project he put up in Nsk, Just the roads, cool, but not enough, no capital development to boost the town's economy, nothing much, everybody is angry, no be only Enugu people...the stadia ABI sports complex is ok(field and track wise) but the sits and roof na trash, sha, me I don tire, kinda ashamed this is all he could do, the type of building and designs he put up sef dey embarrassing.

The Gas can be converted to liquified natural gas and shipped to its destinations. Please do your research, Isreal and other middle eastern state has already started this.

How much gas can be shipped over several weeks? Cost? Definitely the piped gas will be 3 times cheaper and readily available.

They own the pipelines doesn't change anything, if they will be getting gas from Israel they sure will need to lay pipes from Israel to their country, which costs money...

Who is willing to spend those on laying new pipe lines? Not from one country, but several, cuz I don't think theirs any other country that can single handedly supply the whole of Europe with gas....they will need lots of time and money to do that, they projected 2030, if they are fast enough let's assume by 2027, but until then, they have to succumb to Putin's demands or maybe negotiate.
