I had same issue the 1st time applied for a work permit. They kept telling me it was ircc. All other visas were been rejected even my family US Visa application that was already at the point to be issued and she asked you have a family application with canada i said yes, and she said whats the status i said pending, she reached for the already stacked passports and returned them to me and changed the paper to 214b. I became worried and sent an email to ircc quoting all my family info. Without saying much, they said there was a correspondence on the 10th of September i should try and see it. It was then the agent told me the application was refused after almost a year. He sent me a copy of the refusal, biometrics was not submitted, i did submit. They said no documents was submitted. Apparently they just took the money and ate it. I had to give biometrics again before my next visa was issued. The consoling part was Us uk and canada all gave me the visas later.Note: I collected more than what I paid them for damage to my integrity.

Difficult, not sure webform can help you,they will believe u deliberately distort the information initially while completing your application, believing the webform was an after thought however,put everything in God hand

I have left everything in God’s hand like you said. I only indicated the Canada refusal and that was the one in my mind while filling the application form. It was after submission that I realized that I need to indicate other refusals. Relying on my travel history for positive outcome.

If you have money accommodation will be looking for you. Hotels plenty for Benin.

Sending a webform to indicate a visa refusal which was not stated during application submission before of oversight can it be of help? I had an issue like that though I have sent a webform stating the visa refusal.

Hello people. Please is there any possibility of getting a Canadian visa approved when the purpose of the application (Conference) has ended but the visa application is still in process.

Just an update on this topic.
I and some of my guys applied for the entry visa to Croatia in November 2020 and our passports came out in January 2021 without visas. Actually we made a mistake while filling the visa application form. One of the information we entered was wrong and I believe that was why the visa was denied.

The employer that gave us the work and resident permit approval letter which we used in applying told us to reapply again and we did that in April 2021 which was after three months of the first denial. This time everything was ok.
Till now our passports are still with the Croatia embassy in South Africa. They don’t have embassy in Nigeria and the work and resident permit approval letter will expire in September 2021. We don’t know actually what is delaying our passports though there was a slight changes concerning Croatia work and resident permit approval for third world countries nationals.
The law took effect from this year.
The embassy is replying emails sent to them.

That is the situation for now.

I have been in this situation for a long time now. I wish I have all its takes to get married immediately. I’m really tired of being single. The worst part is that my car is no longer available otherwise I usually stay with my guy in his house till late at night before going home. Just to avoid being alone in my own house. Nowadays is difficult because I hardly go out again.
My phone has become my companion and data usage is on the high side.
