I'm in the built industry bro. Buildings depreciate hence they are liabilities, it's the land underneath the building that appreciates thus giving the structure most of its value. Build a mansion and maintain for just 10 years, not going for a 100 here, then ask a valuer to value the building only, you'll be surprised at what your expensive structure is worth.... The most expensive real estate that was pegged at $500million at its unveiling, just 2 years dispite all the money spent on advertising it, the value of that building has reduced.
In conclusion, I'm not saying car is an asset and building is not, I was trying to cancel the notion we tend to have in this part of the world that anything other than a house is a liability. A lot of things other than a building are assets too.

PS: The Law is clear and precise (there's no ambiguity in the law court) but the media have creative freedom (they can make something as dramatic as they want). So Child, because the media said insurrection doesn't mean that's what they were going to be charged with. Haven't you heard of cases that the media call murder but they accused is charged with manslaughter.

1. There is no semblance between the endsars and what happened in January 6th.
2. No one person was charged for insurrection. There is not evidence that anyone was planning or attempting to take over the American government. Unless maybe you have so evidence that the American Justice department does not have.
3.The minimum Jail term for insurrection is 5 years. No one was giving up to 4 years of jail.

An extract from report said that for soldiers and law enforcement to open fire on peaceful protesters can in that context be termed "Massacre". 2) Using #1, let me break it down to you why the media use Insurrection but prosecutors can't.
I) How many arms of Government do we have in Democracy? Executive, Legislature and the Judiciary.
II) what was going on in Capitol Hill when they protesters broke through the barriers?
Congress was in session to confirm Joe Biden as the next President of USA.
iii) Did the protesters stop a legitimate and lawful democratic process enshrined in the Constitution? Yes, by virtue of breaking through the barriers, they for a moment stopped Congress from carrying out their lawful duty.
Now as you guys so very much like to bring up the dictionary meaning of insurrection. Answer this simple question, if they have succeeded in stopping Congress from confirming Joe Biden, is that not similar to saying they overthrew Joe Biden incoming government. Question 2: what would you call that?
