If you say so, why would and why was FCT given a special mention with "AND"

If FCT is to be seen as a 37th state, why was it that the requirement didn't say 25% of the ⅔ of all the states, with FCT INCLUSIVE.

Better still, it can also be rephrased thus...with FCT CONSIDERED AS A STATE

The presence of AND indicates that FCT is completely considered an independent entity entirely

On the 27th of December 2019 around 4:30pm I went out to do a POS transaction, after imputing my 4 digit pin into the almost-dead POS Machine.

I noticed 4 men in black with guns walking towards my direction, at first I thought it was armed robbers. The POS operator quickly ran away leaving his Card machine at the desk. When I noticed this guys were coming for me, I activated the Husain Bolt in me, this men ran after me.

I knew all the short cuts in my street so it was easy to disappear in no time. I ran towards an estate in my area, the plan was to get help from the security men stationed at the estate and vanish in no time. The men who were chasing me knew they can never catch up with me in this world or next. Before I could take a left turn heading to the estate.

I heard gun shots, I was sure these guys shot at me. Omo, I stopped running immediately to avoid been killed at the spot. The men ran towards me and informed me that they are men from SARS. I knew I was in a mess, not because I committed any crime, but because it’s a Friday evening. Which simply means I can stay in there cell till Monday (if you have been in law enforcement cell before you should understand what I mean).

One of the guys gave me a dirty and resounding slap. Out of Reflex I returned the Slap ASAP. I shouldn’t have done that but it was just reflex, nobody messes with me with out getting double of the dose. lol.

The other three men jumped on me, I was beating properly before dragged to the van. While been dragged, I saw my girl friend staring at me amongst the crowd. She did not look surprised at all. I did not read meanings into it. When we got to there station I was thrown in there cell with out questioning or been allowed to call anyone.

Honestly, we lack self respect in this country.
No prestige and reputation to protect anymore, even by the people that should be role models.

Rumour and picture surfaced that Ariwoola had a secret meeting with BAT in London, which was later denied; though no evidence of being verified or not.

Later after that denial, another pictured surfaced showing Ariwoola on his way to the Mosque (though just on picture, not also verified).

After the first and the second incidents and the denials that followed, here we are again hearing that he went to London for Medicals.

Please, which of these three events are we taking?

If we go by the first event that was denied, that means he eventually went to London, so why the denial at first that he didn't go to London.

Why also was another story that he went to Mosque for Friday prayers?

Does that mean that his family doesn't know his whereabouts?

Why is the supreme court in a position to say he went to London for Medicals

Honestly, this country is getting worse by the day all because of desperation of few individuals

I'm nt interested if Tinubu is declared winner or not, but my take is this...
I have noticed certain top officials shying away from certain questions with reasonings that the question bring asked is still in court and they can't interfere.
That being the case, I also think that Tinubu shouldn't be sworn in since his declaration as the winner of the 2023 Presidential Election is still in contention.
Since the matter is still in court, the Constitution should have placed a restriction to that since his declaration is still debatable.
If a land dispute is in court, no one takes owners or possession of the said property until d matter is resolved in the court.
