I have done mine too on Tuesday this week.
Many of us were asked to upload our assumption of duty certificate and RVSG ID, before proceeding, which I was among.

I also filled incident form to correct my date and month of my birth,
/ assumption of duty date.

More days more development.
If the different between your birthday and primary school graduation is not up to 12 years and above, you must go to court to swear affidavit for declaration of age that will cover 12 years and above. Or you face panel to prove your claim of been below.

It is advisable to go and get your real age or swear affidavit with 12 years in between your birth / primary school graduation, log in to your profile, upload it and go with it on your scheduled date.

Remember to go with your original RVSG ID, not scanned one, because without it you wouldn't get your new ID card.

If you have misplaced your own ID Card, go to court and get affidavit, so that the new one will be giving to you.

We are also asked to photocopy our FSLC , write our ID card number, computer number, our phone number and our name at its back.
The most important document to go with are.
1. Appointment letter
2. Birth certificate
3. FSLC
4. Local government ID
5. Assumption of duty certificate
6. RVSG ID Card
7. Confirmation letter ( if you have)
8. BVN printout ( for bvn number)
9. Payslip ( if you can get your own)
10. Change of name publication/ certificate (if you have change name)

pls i've uploaded all as u said but my headache now is that my assumption of duty has 1st August, 2013. that is (01/08/2013). Pls is that a big problem?

Since the appointment and posting letter are together, are we to upload it again in the space given for letter of posting or just leave it empty. Considering the fact that it has been uploaded on the space given for appointment letter.

Absolutely YES! Put the the same letter of appointment to letter of first posting too.

my dear just read that ur appointment letter u will see that the letter is two in one. It represents both appointment/posting. Don't put assumption of duty for it has noting to do with posting.

Dear honourable colleagues. Update staff profile page refused to open last night when i was browsing but other pages opened. Did anyone experience the same thing at any point in time yesterday? Ur response is highly needed. Thanks.

Computer scanners only scan documents in Jpeg format, I have to down PDF converter and convert the JPEG documents to PDF. Then I opened the site and select my MDA as civil service commission, entered my the id number as my username and computer number as password.

whether u leave it at Civil service or not, as soon as ur page opens it would open at ur accurate MDA because Ur ID card number already has ur MDA code. Mine, i was taken straight to RSSSB without me searching for it. The dash board would display ur names,picture, MDA, School u were posted, Ur date of employment and Retirement, ur salary level and grade. All by itself without asking u to provide those info.

NOTE: The documents for upload should not exceed 2mb (2000kb) each. I could not upload mine last night due to the size of my documents (3mb, 4mb etc) when it was scanned. But i've updated my profile.

I know you are of the Akuku-Toru LGA, I would have allowed you to go for your confirmation letter on the 27th of march if you will not be sent back home.

The update of our documents is real. The advert is boldly pasted on the schools board (SSSB) port harcourt. My principal went there on friday and snapped it for teachers in my school to see.

The REVENUE ALLOCATION of 558.68 billion was later shared late on friday evening. In similar development, FG gave 800million naira loan to each state excluding lagos as Budget support to enable them clear salaries arrears etc

There was a significant increase in revenue for the month of August 2017, as a total of N637.704 billion has been distributed as Federal Allocation among the Federal Government, State Governments and Local Government Councils.

The communiqué issued by the sub -Committee of Federation Accounts Allocation Committee (FAAC) of the Office of the Accountant-General of the Federation, at the end of the meeting held today in Abuja, indicated that the gross statutory revenue received for the month is N550.992 billion and is higher than the N387.319 billion received in the previous month by N163.673 billion.

The shared amount comprise the Month’s Statutory distributable revenue of N550.992 billion and the Value Added Tax of N86.712 billion, making up N637.704 billion.

Accordingly, from Net Statutory Allocation, the Federal Government received N260.609 billion representing (52.68%); States received N132.184 billion (26.72%); Local Government Councils received N101.908 billion representing (20.60%); while the Oil Producing States received N41.977 billion as 13% derivation revenue.

Furthermore, from the Revenue available from the Value Added Tax (VAT), Federal Government received N12.487 billion (15%); States received N41.622 billion (50%) while the Local Government Councils received N29.135 billion (35%).

The Communique further explained that there was a decrease in the average price of crude oil from $51.05 to $50.44 per barrel and a significant increase in export volume by 0.85 million barrels, which resulted in increase revenue from export sales revenue by about $41. million.

There was also shut-in and shut-down of pipelines due to the activities of vandals as well as for maintenance which impacted negatively on production. Furthermore, the Force Majeure declared at the Forcadose terminal since February, 2016 was still in place. Significant increases were also recorded in Companies Income and Petroleum Profit tax while Import and Excise Duties and Value Added Tax recorded marginal increases.

Meanwhile the balance of the excesses crude account is $2.309 billion.

Well, based on my comprehension about d comment made above by Temple4real. The allocation was shared in August. I am talking about september FAAC meeting which supposed to be convene within 20th to 25th of this month. Thats where states and federal salaries usually comes from. Every FAAC allocation is where the payment of salaries of that said month comes from when the said month finishes. Example Faac money in the month of August was used to pay for workers August salaries in september. Hence, FAAC In September should be used for in early october for dpetmner d payment.

This one FG is yet to share allocation (FAAC meeting) for the month of september, hmmm, am sensing delay in payment of salary o!

Just got a call from my principal demanding to know how many months of arrears of 2014 is still being owed? That the ministry needs the record urgently. Are to add August and September 2014 since the capture month was October?

i gave such info here before but alot of persons doubted me. We in KELGA have prepared ours and submitted during holiday break. It is 3 months including that August and september 2013 they minus (SSSB)

I have asked my Principal and he said he has not been informed to prepare 3 months voucher for 13,000 (SSSB) teachers arrears.

Tell your principal to inquire from other principals in KELGA. I'm 100percent sure of what i posted. I know sometimes is even we the teachers that give our principals information.
