Chibuking81:My dear, it has happened as you said it. |
Chibuking81:I don't think so. Wike would pay from 28th up words. |
jamesbridget13:OK he just responded and said he would give me feedback, that they have attending to my issue. Thank you so much. I really appreciate your help. |
ok |
jamesbridget13:Please how many days did you wait before your own issue was resolved. I have chatted with Unity Bank on watsaap but the person didn't tell me how many days that i should wait for my money to be returned to my account. |
jamesbridget13:OK thank you so much. |
jamesbridget13:Please can you help me with their watsaap number? Thanks. |
Iniobon:OK. Thank you so much. |
kingsjeroneyah:OK it's more than 24 hours i made the transaction and i have complained to both banks using their customer care lines. However, my utmost fear is "make my money no go enter voice mail or covided". |
[quote author=Abuchi17 post=89049713]Ecobank is fond of that, there network is bad, mine took 5 working days before I saw it in my Ecobank. Thanks for your response. You mean my account would be credited later and my money not lost? However, did you complain to them before your account was later credited or did they just credit your account without you complaining too them about it? |
My honourable colleagues, has any one experienced this before? I transferred some money (40k) from my Unity Bank to my Eco Bank via ATM on Wednesday 28th April, 2020. The transaction was successful as shown on the ATM my Unity Bank account debited accordingly but up to this moment the transferred money has not entered Eco bank that is, my Eco Bank account is yet to be credited. Although, i have called both banks on phone and lodged my complaints. please, has anyone had this kind of experience before? and how many days should i wait for my money to be returned to my account? or has my hard earned money gone for good? please i am confused and bemused. Your reply/advice are extremely needed. Thanks. |
Unity Bank SSSB KELGA landed but 3k deducted |
Hello honourable colleagues, I heard from someone (a senior colleague) in my school that Governor Wike has agreed to pay the 9months minimum wage arrears but would split it for three months. Did someone hear the same or similar information? |
sam1980000:please when are we expecting alert jare? I accepted this job because of money and nothing else. Though i like teaching but I wouldn't have done it free if money was not involved. Hence, the end point of all the info here is money and nothing else. |
Minumum wage: Rivers Govt dares NLC Wike …D.G NIMASA, Dr Dakuku Peterside urges state government to dialogue with labour for amicable r |
Chibuking81:OK. However, i said so because of what i witnessed at IMSU with regards to those who applied with NTI PGDE certificates. |
Romanticzigzag:My dear, just apply for PGDE in any conventional university of your choice. Note. Don't do it at NTI because most schools will not honour it for Master degree program in their school. Example IMSU doesn't recognize it. That's why i said it is better you do it in a conventional university like Ignatius Ajuru, Rivers State university, Uniport etc. I said about IMSU authoritatively because i did mine there and know of 5 persons they refused to give admission for M.Sc and M.Ed due to their PGDE was awarded by NTI despite their Merit level (3.5 CGPA and above). However, it was not an easy task but with determination it's achievable like i did graduated with 4.43 and 4.75 CGPA's for PGDE and M.ED respectively. |
Strike Looms in Rivers As NLC Sends Strong Warning To State Government, See Why opera.com Feb 1, 2020 4:28 PM Civil servants in Rivers state may be heading for a show down with the state government over the issue of the thirty thousand naira national minimum wage. This follows a call by the Rivers state Council of the Nigeria Labour Congress for the state government to immediately reconvene a meeting of the negotiation committee on the National minimum wage. In a communique issued at the end of a meeting of all public sector Unions affiliated to the NLC, the union said what was paid to workers as January Salary was no a reflection of the new National Minimum Wage. The communique which was signed by the Chairperson of NLC in Rivers state, Beatrice Itubo added that the amount that was paid was not a product of the principle of collective bargaining between the government and the labour. The communique read in part, " arising from a meeting of all public sector unions affiliated to NLC at the state Secretariat today, the unions resolved that what was paid as January salary was not a reflection of the new National Minimum Wage nor a product of the principle of collective bargaining between the Government and Labour. "NLC also insisted that henceforth it will not tolerate the nonchalant attitude of the government towards its employees and urge workers to be at alert and committed to their work as well as remain resolute as NLC will not be complacent rather must ensure that their welfare is given top priority". Last week the state government paid the January salaries to state workers but some civil servants claimed that what they received did not reflect the new minimum wage structure. |
Sau24:Hmmmm. how sure are you? |
Sandypearl:GL8/5 = 79k, GL8/4=77k, GL8/3=74k after all deductions including contributory pension. |
dexpee4life:The formula used was gross pay multiplied by 20 (which is the percentage) divided by 100. that is 70000x20/100=14000 which is the new minimum wage percentage added. therefore, 14000+70000=84k minus 10k deduction (ie,Tax and other deductions) =74000 which is the net pay for GL 8/3 |
masterchi:We are on the same page. Mine is to leave Nigeria intoto. we are nothing but slaves to this politicians. imagine me spent years in school up to M.Ed only to be receiving 60k for more than six years now, with no penny added is the highest level of slavery and incubation of poverty. I refused to be poor. I have totally loss hope on this job, The fact remains that this secondary school teaching job is only good for women.Hence, would seek for greener pastures outside Nigeria. It's now that i have clearly seen the reasons why most state public/civil servants ends up in poverty. If i can't receive up to 100k naira per month as a teacher with all my certificates (ND, HND, PGDE,M.ED, NIM and TRCN) then it's better for me to work as a security guard at UAE and earned up to 250k naira per month. Enough is enough! I'm getting older everyday and need to have some investments for my children. I wouldn't like my children to asked me in future, where was i when my mates were acquiring properties and investments for their children? God forbid! |
The news this morning on 9ja info at 7am says that Beatrice Itubo denied any agreement with the state government on the minimum wage. According to her the state government wanted to ambush the labour as well as distort the mobilization for a strike action slated for next week. Finally, she said they are yet to agree with the state government on the percentage and the months of arrears to be paid let alone signing any agreement. Hence, the strike may commence by next week as planned. Truly, Wike is really wicked. |
If you listened to 6am news on Nigerian info today on minimum wage. You would be convinced that Govnor Wike is truly WIKED. |
Today is the last day to know if we are to be paid the new minimum wage with our January salary. If it's not signed today that means we have to wait for it if possible in our February salary. Beatrice etubo and Govnor Wike are playing us Ojoro, Kalo Kalo and wayo. I still remembered that someone said it here last year that we shall expect this minimum wage in Rivers State by March 2020 and some persons resorted to calling him names. Now i ask those people, what is happening now? The guy seems to be a prophet. |
The info reaching me although from a grape vine, says that we are going to receive our normal salary, then after one or two weeks we shall receive the areas of this January pay only. Note: the info is from a grape vine who knows an insider. |
TheWatchDog:Amen! |
Three days remaining for us to know if we are going to receive the new minimum wage in our January salary or not, as Rivers State salary voucher closes on the 15th day of every month. |
Govnor Dickson of Bayelsa state has approved immediate payment of the 30k minimum wage starting from January, 2019 salary. However, he followed religiously the template as agreed by the FG. source. Daily independence news paper. |
Workers in Ebonyi state are crying because it was only 1k they saw as an addition on their salaries in the name of the much taunted minimum wage payment. Please Govnor Wike should not play us the same "Ojoro"! |
TheWatchDog:That's good. however, does it mean they want to pay the minimum wage without letting people know the percentage agreed to be paid? |
TheWatchDog:Source please and which of the Monday? Be precise with date so as to know the exact Monday you are talking about. |
