I feel starting early to teach children of the outcome of some actions can help. Show them situations like this one and ask them how they feel about it. Engage them on discussions, real life discussions. Let them know that they can be pressured but it's deadly to succumb. Tell them they can speak to you freely if they start developing interest in someone and that you will be there to help them make wise decisions.

Everywhere is Lagos is deadly now, it happened few days ago to my cousin on his way from lekki to mainland, those guys actually told all the passenger to transfer the money in their account to one of the victim and they escorted the victim to ATM stand and withdrew all the money so that it can't be traced. It happened around past 9 and they use aboliki to ruv their face ans drop them near a canal. Once it's past 9 in some areas in Lagos na robbery, Lagos is not as secured like b4, my cousin money was 270k which he wanted to rent new apartment.

Similar thing happened to my sis yesterdaymorning. She was on her way to work around 6am and just the next street to her house, she was attacked by two guys who threatened her with knife and collected her bags with the money and ATM in it and also her phone. Then they were threatening her to give the PIN. Finally they left her. She returned home and with my younger sister phone I was called to help look for way to block her ATM cards.

3. Thin/Scanty resume with limited industry experience. Your experience can best be referred to as homogeneous.

5. You’re not immune to mass retrenchment.

B. Gaining experience for a limited time and applying for the next position elsewhere.

1. If you know how to write mouth-watering resumes, you will climb up the corporate ladder faster than another individual who chose to remain in a particular company for tons of years. Don’t be surprised you may rise faster above your former bosses in your former places of work.

2. You get to meet new professionals randomly and your social game is top notch. You don’t get stuck with racist/hateful bosses/colleagues for a long time.

3. Your resume is hot. If you know what you’re doing, you should be getting employment invitation calls every month. Recruiters love individuals who have worked across different companies in a particular industry.

4. You gain wealth of experience and your management skills improve. You would have managed different types of individuals and this would have properly tailored your management skills towards excellence.

5. You’re hardly a victim of mass retrenchment, Why? You are the one who fires each company before they fire you (if it ever happens).

Cons
1. You may end up with no retirement benefit/gratuity.

2. You have to re-learn, unlearn, learn new procedures every time you change company. This could be tough for the mentally feeble individuals.

3. Your family may be at disadvantage as you may need to carry them around each time you get a new job; especially one that is located in another geographical location.

I don't think this is true. The name, date of birth and email remains uneditable. But other details like state, region and LGA is editable.

It's a good thing that NCDMB had to invite more applicants from 74% downwards to upload documents for screening. Hence no one will allege that the recruitment exercise wasn't fair.
