See the Major point in the report. I don't blame you just that you are not following up on how all this project is being financed. The project is financed by NSIA not PPP again. Abacha looting recovery is part of the fund. GEJ doesn't pay what you claimed. There alot of contract initiated by GEJ government and government before him but there's no plan on how they will finance them e.g Mambila power plant, Lagos Ibadan, second Niger bridge etc. Read about NSIA.
