Joromi1: It's possible. They're still in the denial of all the atrocious acts they committed in Igbogho's house.
Your eyes will soon clear. If an average IPOB can believe Buhari is clone there's no propaganda you guys can't fall for. I warned southerners about propaganda and spreading of hatred but they think they are educated and can use reverse psychology in every situation. Nothing has happened yet. Keep fooling yourself. Continue killing easy going Hausa/Fulani and I will remind you when it bounces back.
Safyqueen: Stop ethno-religio-tribal bigotry. It won't help anyone. Buhari will soon leave the scene. There is no jihad going on anywhere in the country. Stop exhibiting inferiority context to Hausa Fulani ethnicity. There can be no jihad because no need for it. No Muslim is under persecution or disallowed to practice Islamic worships anywhere in Nigeria today. So jihad for what? If you know what jihad means in context in Islam you will know that jihad with sword is the last option when Islamic communities are even invaded with hostilities.
Those shouting nepotism, Fulanisation, jihad, Islamization have one common disease, islamaphobia vis-a-vis ethno-religio-tribal bigotry caused by political egocentricity due to lack of political sagacity.
You have so much time to explain to inferiority complex Southerners who are worst in every circumstances. It's Jihad not Crusade.
NaijirianKing: I was telling people this very thing the other day.
Sunday was causing trouble and looking for a war. He was even stock piling sophisticated weaponry to attack the Nigerian state. He was also attacking indigenous Fulani communities that have been in the south for over a hundred years in the name of ethnic cleansing, and when these SW Fulani communities would strike back to defend themselves, their media will be quick to cover the attack out of context making it seem like the victim are not the aggressors.
But people are wiser now, since Sunday has fled, have we heard anything like SW Fulani and SW Yoruba fighting over their land? The answer is no, they are back to living in peace as they were before. We need more critical thinkers in this country, people who can see past the propaganda.
The SW is big enough for all tribes who call it home, we don't have problems as long as each side has respect for their fellow man. Let us have respect and peace.
There some sound minds here but don't like to make comment. We know Sunday atrocities before He suddenly became freedom fighter. Some section of mainstream media and useless bloggers are doing shit in reporting. I think southern media houses are doing more of propaganda and too much sentiments which can cause more harm to them in the future. I don't have issue with any human being, nobody is an Island or Super being. Love and respect.
NaijirianKing: This madness needs to stop. How can they tell the difference between indigenous southern based Fulani and the Fulani who are from the North?
Many of these communities have been there in those areas for generations and as such they have a right and a claim to their homeland.
This attitude of "state of origin" and the like is just used to perpetuate systematic tribalism.
These people are in their communities minding their business, any attempt to attack or harass these communities will lead to reprisals.
Be wise and don't grab a tiger by the tail. No one has a monopoly of violence. We need peace to reign, each community knows their side and should move with respect.
Who even tell them that their forefathers are Yorubas? As far as am concerned since Igboho left there's sanity and peace in the land. Whenever you see people claiming superiority just know their weak. Most of them are rogue though the evil Sahara reporters are just trying everything to be relevant. Ragtag reporting.
What surprised me most is seeing a pastor or Imam having limousine or Jet where followers are in abject poverty. How do they want to explain to God? There life styles are not moderate but flamboyant. Nobody is against good life but flashy life style is a "No No" while people are suffering around you. They didn't use Money to describe Jesus Nor Muhammad.
Officialgarri: Who still believes Sahara reporters with all these fabricated, obvious lies and their useless anonymous source.
Investigative journalism with no pictorial proof or video evidence, but towing with the emotions of people who would believe anything as long as it is against the government.
Boko Haram would afford an AGF.... Very laughable.
Common sense tells me this is a lie and anyone with common sense will agree with me
Sirjamo: When Obasanjo was President, he sold like 400 assets, made so much money from oil and left $104b for his two boys. The clueless one of Otueke blew all the money left for him and even took loans.
Buhari had no reserves to blow, hasn't sell any asset, oil has fallen by more than 50% on the average, there was Niger Delta avengers and now COVID 19 World economic downturn. If he doesn't borrow money, where will he get fund to run the government and build infrastructure?
There's nothing said that's bad, Sanjo is just giving indirect advice not to borrow to pay salaries and am not sure wether sensible person will do dat. Government has not told us that, they borrowed to pay salaries. Most of their loans are counterpart funding. They shud explain to him if He ask question cos He has right like every Nigerians to know.
The street vendors selling recharge cards in your state pay VAT to the distributor of the recharge cards in your state.
You and some other people on this thread are Buuhari media consultants paid to spread mis-information.
It's pointless to keep replying your comments
You have no Idea with your analysis. We are operating cental VAT system and there's something called input and output VAT. Don't mix income tax to VAT.
I don't know the problem with our media houses. It's north when you're referring to Katsina, Borno, Kogi, Benue but when it is time to call states in d south then it's SW, SS or SE. Unnecessary fight and confusion. Only few peole know how VAT is working for the fact dat Lagos is collecting higher when this law start working I can tell u dat Lagos will reduce to more than 80% if you're making calls in Sokoto or banking in Anambra all d VATs are paying to Lagos because their head offices are in Lagos and the same thing goes to River state. There are more political move to this rather than genuine engagement by those governors and I can bet it that they don't have the capacity to implement d so call VAT in their states. The Northern States might decide to impose VAT on the food supply to the Southern states as well and all eyes will be cleared and realised that no region is an island. Am expecting them to engage revenue allocation agency and government b4 taking d matter to d court. The masses will be at the receiving end if care is not taking, one of the states that just passed d law doesn't not exempt Small businesses.
Sure, you said the truth, Benjamin Akabueze the director of budgeting, was then commissioner of finance Lagos State. The story changed when Tinubu fought against Jonathan, the Igbos from onset knew Buhari and his hatred for the Igbos who he as a fundamentalist and tribalistic being sees the Igbos as enemy and a barrier to the spread of Islam.
Is Tribalistic and He chooses your son twice as running mate. How can Igbo stop d Spread of Islam? Nobody can stop the spread of Islam for your info. Most of u are just intolerant and bigots.
Like Buhari really cares about sitting at home. This method of doing things makes Buhari more stronger. Imagine the man will endorsed presidential candidate come 2023 and His supporters will leverage on all this IPOB hatred and vote massively for the person. Anybody Buhari endorse will win 2023 election mark my words.
bencarson007: Only you dey control 3 accounts here... Get a life bro... And yes I have lived in Kaduna before not just a wakapass visitor like you... Who is generating the VAT sir....please give me an answer
Let assume VAT is plotical. What's IGR of Kano and Kaduna to those states? Our major problem is tribalism, and lack of knowledge. It won't take u anything to research b4 u make erroneous comments. It's sad to see Nigerians doing unhealthy competition and blacks fighting themselves. It's shameful
bencarson007: Speak without insulting people oga And for the records I am not Igbo besides which Kaduna and Kano are you talking about.... Bros be a truth sayer... Those are just political figures likewise census and doctoring of election results
Who pays taxes in Kaduna and kano... The almahajiris or the bandits or the victims in southern Kaduna
Please educate me.... And no insults
Your statement is political and devoid of truth. Most of you just comment. Have u been to Kano or Kaduna b4? Can u compare number of companies there with aforementioned states?
The Tax that Dangote company will pay is more than the whole SE combined. Dangote company employed more staff than the whole SE not to talk about other Northerners with huge investments as well. I disagree with states collecting the whole money, it should be shared in percentages, the more you collect the more your share. A city like Lagos, Rivers, Kaduna, Kano, Oyo etc is built by all Nigerians, different tribes have huge investments in these cities.
Election is not won on social media. It requires serious hardwork. I don't see PDP winining 2023 Election no matter where their candidate is coming from. Quote me.
englishmart: If half the potentials of the igbos are tapped, Nigeria will be five-times better than the USA and China combined. Just give us biafra and see rapid development in 6-weeks. Within one-year, we'd become world power
KingWarri: Christiano is good, Messi is better, but Ronaldo is the best.
Deal with that...
If Ronaldo is the best then Messi is the best of best. I watched then closely and both played against my team and I see where tension lies. Messi is ahead
“I have further directed the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation to timely publish the Audited Financial statements in line with the requirements of the law and as follow up to our commitment to ensuring transparency and accountability by public institutions
Welcome development. NNPC shud not be a secret agency.
AlhajiBitcoin: If you want to know whether all the crimes being reported are actually happening, ask taxi drivers, truck drivers, Keke drivers, interstate drivers, bikers and policemen. These are people who visit nooks and crannies on a daily basis as part of their jobs.
You don't hide in your cocoon and assume things up.
Face front and continue with what you believe. Most news here today are not credible, no investigative journalism again. Newspapers report even hearsay. Junks and sensational reporting. Just like how newspapers can't identify unknown gunmen unravelled SE for months and Bandits in d Northwest. Most news in Nigeria today is completely nonsense.
Sirjamo: Where did he mention powerful politicians in aso rock?
Useless fake news Marchant.
Very soon Newpapers and online prints including TV and radio will not be a credible platform for news. The purpose of all this platform will be totally defeated soon. There too much junks out there. If what we read everyday is what is happening nobody will be able to walk along the street.
