it could have been a tie between 93, 2013 set, but I give it to the 2013 team due to the fact that the reliability that they were TRULY under 17 is higher than that of 93 team . though I must confess, my true followership of Nigerian football started in 93.

Your taqiyya is weak

You are a muslim and an a boko apologist and that makes you a fanatical moslem
I think you are iinsane, I am a true christain, if you are a christian, your brand of xtianity is hypocritical, the day a sect of Christianity comes up with violence centric ideology, I won't be surprised if you are the first on its membership list.

Muslim fanatics have no problem blowing themselves up in front of a shiite mosque in down town Baghdad.

After killing and driving of all "kafurs" they in their blood lust to satify their demonic deity allah turned upon themselves.

Don't blame my views but rather condemn your fellow lunatic brethrens barbaric actions!

If moslems like you focused on the problem and not on our views then maybe this lunacy would have been checked. But no, you rather fight and insult those who rightfully see your religion as fundamentally violent!
So far, where did you gather that I am a Muslim?
your religious hate and sentiments has prevented you from thinking straight, you claimed the rescued were not kidnapped, but in your warped logic, you fail to realise that many a times suspected BH or suicide bombers have been lynched by the populace, the over 1 million displaced are also boko haram sympathisers right? so far, of the 15,000 killed courtesy BH, more than 80% are Muslims. BTW, girl, I am a Christian. I repeat your perspective of the problem will be wrong, if you wear a religious hate lens .

And what makes you think these girls where abducted in the first place?

Every day at the height of this Boko lunacy hundreds of northern muslims volunteered to join Boko Haram. How did you think the group's strenght swelled to at least 50,000? Was it through forced conscriptions? Also, what makes you think islamic radicalization is limited to only the male specie sporting a lice infested beard?
There are radical female muslims also and they also freely volunteered their jihadi services to the group as well.
Stop seeing this lunacy as restricted to only the male dredges of northern society.
It is a fact that as you go up the social ladder in the north , islamic radicalization increases. See Sanusi, Abdullmutallab and Justice Waise Son who has since joined ISIS.

Boko Haram cuts accross every segment and demograph of northern muslim society!

These women are hard core radicals from birth!

suicide bomb blasts have also killed phantom Muslims right? when you strive to make analysis like this you must suppress your hate and religious sentiments, otherwise you understand the problem wrongly and propose a wrong solution. The book haram menace festered because people with your kind of thoughts were the one advicing the president/ c in c.

Apart from the phantom Christian Chibok girls any other woman or girl in Boko Haram's nest was born a muslim and raised a fanatic.

It seems you think Islamic Fanatism is limited to only the male breed sporting an unkempt lice infested beard.

Google Khadija Dare a Nigerian Born Yoruba British citizen who is the poster girl for ISIS female recruitment

Perhaps you are not looking at d right pvc figures!
Google pvc collection in d southeast and none had less than 1million pvc collected except Ebonyi!!Meanwhile average % voter turnout at the elections in d se was about 37%!!!
If APC men in d east and outside had not galvanised themselves to form a formidable force, this is the scenario that would have played out that day: as soon as d card readers were deliberately made and said to have failed and manual accreditation allowed, there would have been writing of votes in d various govt and personal homes of PDP stalwarts using the military, police, sss and a lot of compromised and intimidated INEC officials and the kind of 90% turnout and 99% votes for GEJ would have been coming out, giving you the kind of 1.4-1.6m votes we saw in rivers state for the PDP.
APC would have cried blue murder,GMB would have cried his eyes out again and headed to the courts. Of course with PDP and GEJ in celebratory and drunken mood, transferring N1b to the account of each of the electoral panel judges would have been chicken change to a man who spent N2trillion to bribe during the campaigns.
By now you and I my friend would have started witnessing the bankcupting of our resources and militancy/brigandage never ever witnessed in this nation by the types of GEJ, mama peace, orubebe, wike etc.
We cannot over emphasize what God did for us by allowing all the factors, individuals and forces that came together under His guidance to deliver GMB's victory; least of all that of the southeasterners that stood by GMB,despite d great campaign of calumny against him in the region.

Perfect analysis, I have always known GMB will lose woefully in the SE, but my greatest fear was inflated votes which was witnessed in Rivers, Delta, Akwa ibom, cross rivers, e.t.c, inflated votes was very minimal in the SE.
That the National assembly was held in the same day with the presidential elections, and APGA a strong party in SE was contesting must have helped too.

Keep believing the paper economy.
it is not realistic, some states are almost crashing just because of 18,000 minimum wage.
Your anger stems ffrom the fact that the politicians are feeding fat from the same resources, but u need to ask, what is the population of these govt thieves versus civil servants.?

Let me give a scenario , if I am in charge of feeding 20 adults, myself inclusive and given 20 moulds of rice which is grossly inadequate, maybe possibly what is realistically adequate is 100 moulds of rice.

As the one in charge of the 20 moulds of rice, I can keep 8 moulds to myself, and distributes the left over 12 moulds to the 19 others , offcourse the others on discovering how well I feed will grumble and might even claim that we have more than enough to feed ourselves.

Nigerias source of income is crude oil sales (NNPC) + Taxation (FIRS), Import duties (Custom) Export duties , ........., abi u sabi any major money coming in outside these major ones A 4.5 thrillion naira budget for the population of the country is shitty , dnt be deceived.

Other Kogi lawmakers blamed the pay cut on reduction in monthly allocation to the state.
Mr. Melaye was reacting to the announcement by the Kogi State government this week, of a 40 per cent pay-cut in the salaries of public and civil servants in the state.

He blamed the Kogi State salary slash on bad governance.

Mr. Melaye said workers in Kogi for years received a percentage of their salaries, and said the incoming All Progressives Congress, APC, government will address such abuse.

“The APC has a guideline that controls every governor of every state and I can assure you that the issue of revenue generation will be taken care of by the party,” he said.

Hassan Omale, member-elect represent Ankpa, Omala, Olamaboro federal constituency in Kogi State, also said workers in the state had not been collecting complete salaries for a long time.

“In the Local governments, since the last three years they have not received their complete salaries, they have been suffering there,” he said.

Other Kogi lawmakers blamed the pay cut on reduction in monthly allocation to the state.

The governor, Idris Wada, had on Wednesday announced a 40 per cent pay-cut in the salaries of public and civil servants in the state as a result of dwindling revenue.

Speaking through his Special Adviser on Media and Strategy, Jacob Edi, the governor said the state got N2.5 billion as allocation for April, while its monthly

ShangoThor:
Unfair comparison IMHO. Yes it is true, Bakare is brash and more confrontational however, Bakare is not very good at proffering solutions to problems. Watch video clips of them speaking. 170 Million Nigerians exist to moan about imperfect issues, but few offer solutions.

Watch clips of Osinbajo, and he is a breath of fresh air, plus he has added credence of deciphering and understanding issues from a legal perspective which will inform or shape legal and social policy.

Majority of Nigerians hate rules, but the changes required have to be enshrined in Laws.

I prefer Osinbajo anyday, an intellectual that not only explains the the nature of the problem, but also the reason why he has adopted a particular approach towards opting for a particular solution.

you have said it all.

One can easily list all the problems , what most Nigerians are skilled at, but the BIG kudos goes to the fellow who proffers solution to the identified problems.

Anyone who listens to Osinbajo can always hear him talk about a problem and give his idea of a corresponding solution, he also comes across as someone who will love to listen to ideas of others

@jomogbomo2 , tizar, emiye and everybody above...

Unless you guys are part of the politicians and public office holders milking this country dry, I see no rationality in what you all wrote.

If you people think Nigeria cannot afford just an equivalent of $400/month, then why do we call ourselves a working nation. 18k ($90/ month) minimum wage is slavery, take it or leave it. Unless we are saying everybody must be university graduates, which is impossible, I think NLC's demand is fair enough.

Have you asked yourself where all your thieving politicians get their loots? Its the money meant for you and I that's being stolen. . . No slavery mentality here please. People are just labouring with nothing to show and we are happy as a nation. . . what a disgrace. . . all we have demonstrated is paper economy, no true reflection in people's life.
I understand your pain, but can a govt give what it doesn't have. the thieving politicians and cronies all over Nigeria are less than 50,000. in a country of 200 million. what workers need is increase in value of what they earn and not necessarily an increase in wage. what NLC should canvass for is a significant reduction in the wages of public servants/politicians., a more transparent contract bidding process, a very practical diversification of the economy so that the revenue accrued to the economy increases geometrically, a fixage of leakage in income generation for govt(,civil servants have been found in many cases in sabotaging these process customs , FIRS e.t.c).
don't mistake the affluent living of less than 50,000 thieves called politicians to assume that Nigeria is rich. in the 2015 budget , close to 90% was for recurrent expenditure
Politics / Re: NLC Pushes For N90,000 Minimum Wage by emiye(m): 12:22am On May 02, 2015
Is like these people think there is one money tree plantation for government. 18,000 minimum wage, many states can barely pay. With less than 5 thrillion naira budget and close to 200 million people, Nigeria is a poor country, except a drastic change comes, and sources of revenue changes.

For your information ekiti election was so peaceful that comparing it with Adedibu era shows you are irredeemably foolish. I am from EKITI. I am a medical doctor. I am rich in private practice. Yet Fayose is my role model. Deal with it

Your opinion is too daft to be passed on to the next generation, it is much more a disaster since you claim to be a medical doctor, what do we then expect from an uneducated street hawker?. Adedibu was the grandfather of stomach infrastructure through Amala politics and thuggery, but he could not have achieve major political success without the support of FG at the centre, we saw he also removed Governor using NURTW members. Fayose becomes a nonentity the moment FG support is removed from him, why are thugs barricading entrance in to the state to prevent lawmakers from coming in? If you will support a thug, at least support one with an intellectual side.

Only a mischievous and evil minded person will have a problem with these terms of reference. What exactly does Jonathan want?

His minions have nominated him already for a Nobel peace 'price' for conceding defeat.....isn't that enough? Must we stop governance to keep on celebrating his 'heroism'? Isn't it very glaring now that his supposed readiness to quit is a lie and a facade?

Abeg he should handover and proceed to Norway for his Nobel laureate investure ceremony.

Nobel Piss Prize is what he deserves.
