goran3310: Because you are weak and low-quality. It’s the same as if a woman wrote why she prefers being a mistress rather than a wife. You are weak. You cannot offer anything more than what any biological man can. Your genetic legacy is not fit for use or continuation of the species. You have no character. You have no values. What kind of offspring would you leave behind? What qualities would that offspring inherit from you? Not even in my worst nightmare can I imagine myself in that humiliating role. I am also surprise that a man will feel comfortable in such scenario. It speaks of low quality and a man who has been pushed down the sexual ladder by mother nature. In all my dealings, have never seen a lady who feels comfortable playing the second role. They may accept it but believe me, on the long run, they don't like it and will ask where is this relationship heading to? or what will be my end benefit. No quality man will be comfortable in that role and i repeat it again. If a rich man likes a woman, he will totally snatch it away from the main man instead of hiding to sleep with her. He doesn't mind adding her as the second or third wife at home but he won't be sneaking in or out of her apartment. That is left for the men down the sexual ladder. Quality men have ego and high self esteem. A senator or army general will not hide in the wardrobe or toilet or sneak out through the windown for another man, it is a bruise on his ego but a low quality man will gladly do that while boasting about it. |

Mpeace: They will resolve their issues. The problem for America is not the genocide. The problem is that 15% tax on imported fuel. It's going to totally eliminate importation if dirty fuel from Europe and America. Genocide didn't start today.
They will reach another deal that will calm trump. If not, trump will try to scatter things for our president in the next election, using genocide as an excuse. I also want to believe the sanctions placed on US by china for rare earth minerals is making them look for other countries as options and probably there are minerals of interest to them here. If so, their most likely option is to keep crisis and insurgency high is these areas of interest in Nigeria |

Immediately I discovered clearly that Ellahlakes management are interested in sp of their shares I have to tell myself the bitter truth and act accordingly.
I had to move my funds with over 400% gain to presco, okomu, VFD and access.
My leaving doesn't mean people can't make money and me staying doesn't mean people can't lose money... Follow your own convictions and not strangers here.
Any company that is obviously desperate about sp is a turn off for me.
If presco does the same tommorow, I will leave without leaving a Kobo there. No emotions. What is SP bro? |

pluto09: I think our people need to pay more attention to our budget. We have a national budget the government is working on. The budget has a deficit of about N13 trillion which is to be financed by domestic and external borrowing. That is to say that even if we meet our revenue target,we will still have a shortfall of about N13 trillion. I sincerely don't know how you think a stabilisation fund of about $3 billion is what should be used to finance a year budget deficit of about N13 trillion. We still need a long way to go, the money we are generating as a country is still very low in relation to our population. Then the logical thing to do is to cut down cost, reduce political cabinets and place a cap on number of kids families can have to increase our economic situation. Who spends more than what they earn as individuals and which companies spend more than what they can reasonably generate. Even the china we hail today had to place a cap on population for economic indices to grow above it, if not it would have rendered all china govt efforts useless. A country becomes wealthy if the economic growth rate is higher than population growth rate and not the other way round. |

emmanuelewumi: The extraordinary profit of last year was a one off thing.
Yet federal government of Nigeria got more than 50% of the huge profit based on forex gain
CBN did not talk about foreberance loans when the banks made the huge profit in 2024.
Now in 2025 when banks can't repeat last years performance, they now remember the foreberance loans given to the banks
If this was done last year banks would have used part of their bumper profit to pay down the loan.
If you want loan term wealth and value creation on NGX, please look beyond banking stocks
Banking stocks are only good for predictable dividend income At the bolded is true. Noticed banks stocks won't appreciate your portfolio at a good rate unlike other sectors. Even in term of dividends, i still prefer Nahco and wapco to banks because they pay better and have a better chance of appreciating due to a higher P/E ratio. |

Agbalowomeri: But that was expected If they can maintain a full year EPS of 15-20 and pay dividends N5-6 that should be good. Ultimate, I expect banks to trend down from here You know banks have low P/E around 2. So an EPS of 20 means #40 at P/E of 2x plus dividends, the price may rise to #50 per share which is a far cry from the current circa 90 it is now. |

Is interest rate. A society that wants to flourish on looks as to make it attractive. Should be single digit and not more than 5% per annum. Inflation rate less than 10 and interest rate around 5 will increase citizens appetite for sweet and cheap loans that are easy to get and easy and convenient to pay back. You don't want to buy a house for 20m to pay back 75m in 20 years. It will lead to people avoiding the loan and doing the house small small to avoid financial slavery |

Historically and traditionally, we run a cash-based society. You have to do virtually everything by using physical cash made by sweat and hard manual labor. You want to buy a car? you have to save for months, do cooperative or ajo and take numbers to pack your own when e reach your turn. For buying a land, building etc. virtually everything. It is one of the reasons our society or cities or buildings are not beautiful unlike abroad because person collect ajo today roof one side of his house and waiting for another 12 months before doing burglary, then use him wife wrapper take cover the window. You see houses looking shabbily because both the government, private sector and individuals have not cultivated the habit of using debts to run the society. Build low cost housings that are complete, all look same and beautiful and give it out spread payable in 20 years and you will see a more organized, well planed beautiful cities. That is urban/town planning. |

KennethIbe59: @JESHAL007 WHAT'S YOUR ADVICE ON This sir It is a young relationship, so i will say give her more time. It is not good to bolt out of a relationship at the slightest excuse. It is good to put in good effort to make things work before writing it off if not yielding. You can't keep blaming others for things not working when you are regularly changing partners. Relationship needs time, effort and investment too. That by the side, you are 35 and she is 27 so what do you really need? a fling or serious relationship leading to somewhere? Also, you wrote that you lodged in a hotel just to sleep with her. Does it mean you are still struggling and don't have your own apartment for now? still squatting with someone? or your apartment is not decent enough to use or the environment? which may signal a man not ready for serious relation at that age. |

JESHAL007: Madness and insanity is the norm, I understand the place of religion and superstitious believe in humans but how can you grow your economy without credit/debt/ liquidity, it's crazy, it can't happen, I remember bishop David Oyedepo was saying that he has never borrowed since he began his ministry, that winners was built loan free, these defies all logic and creates an aura of mystery around money that preys on gullible Nigerians that don't have any awareness at all, fine he might not have sourced money from banks and other lenders which is ok because he's not going to repay back anything, but the fiat money in circulation is issued when IOUs are created backed by nothing tangible but debt, fiat money itself is debt, no money is created out of thin air without borrowing it into existence, he's just leading people astray and solidifying their archaic financial traditional beliefs of work hard, save money, how can you expand fast and increase exponentially without debt, with your hard earned equity ( savings), it's impossible now, we need a cultural and religious narrative to liberate Nigerians from the shackles of these men of God who know nothing about economy but selling miraculous turnaround as strategies to combat poverty, inflation, unemployment and other economic woes, it's just pathetic, coupled with our low IQ, add superstitious beliefs again, many Nigerians are misled about the concept of debt, they don't understand it at all that's why they hate it with passion, they see debt as negative or evil in their life's , I laugh in Spanish, if only they know that they are chronic debtors under every government indirectly who borrow on their behalf, they would sharpen up Nice write-up bro. It is more of awareness and education. I believe the upcoming generation would do far better than our own parents. |

She doesn’t want a loyal man ,she wants a man worth being loyal to. A woman's sense of security often comes from knowing her partner is with her by choice, not by obligation. It's about feeling valued and desired. |
