NYSCRe: Yobe NYSC Camp Burnt Down By Boko Haram Fire? by emmke(m): 8:38am On Dec 13, 2011
^^man why dont u be reasonable for once. So u think the northerners know the people responsible for the series of bombings, in which more northerners are victims, and decided to the keep mute?
PoliticsRe: We’re Not Northerners- Middle-belt Youths by emmke(m): 10:07pm On Dec 11, 2011
@Relax, umm, no it's not Buji. It's miango. We share the same LGA with them anyway. Bassa LGA. And my man we do really appreciate the igbos in jos, trust me. But some on nl, well let's just leave it at that.
PoliticsRe: We’re Not Northerners- Middle-belt Youths by emmke(m): 9:54pm On Dec 11, 2011
@ekt bear we appreciate. nice to see we can have an ally from one of the big 3. We are not hated by all afterall. cool
PoliticsRe: We’re Not Northerners- Middle-belt Youths by emmke(m): 9:51pm On Dec 11, 2011
wily wily buddy, how's the middle belt hating going? I trust ur doing a good job. Ur last post however, isn't as venomous as i expect from a hater like u. U can do better.
PoliticsRe: We’re Not Northerners- Middle-belt Youths by emmke(m): 9:27pm On Dec 11, 2011
@chyz see shakara. See your yanga. Which middle belter ever said he wanted to be part of biafra. U guys just think too highly of urselves. Funny funny funny, lol. If u care to observe, u'll find that we hardly attach ourselves to any region. Thats because we know we have enough resources to sustain us. Easily the most fertile lands are located in the MB.
PoliticsRe: We’re Not Northerners- Middle-belt Youths by emmke(m): 9:09pm On Dec 11, 2011
am buji. One of the many tribes in plateau. Why do u ask?
PoliticsRe: We’re Not Northerners- Middle-belt Youths by emmke(m): 6:16pm On Dec 11, 2011
^Afam, u are not fair on me. I can swear it that i dont hate igbos. Show me any of my posts that indicate any form of hatred towards the igbos? Ezeuche just called my people servants, and i responded. And yes plateau people have no beef with igbos and we move along just fine. I have a lot of igbo friends (and babes, lol). However, igbos on this forum dont seem to like us. This really saddens me.
PoliticsRe: We’re Not Northerners- Middle-belt Youths by emmke(m): 5:17pm On Dec 11, 2011
EzeUche:
I would recommend all Southerners to leave the North (Including Middle Belt) and let them sort out their affairs.

This is simply the Masters = Hausa-Fulani, showing the Servants = Middle Belt people who are the true rulers of Nigeria.
the funniest of them all. Saying things that arent practical. lol @ middle belts being servants. Honestly some of u make it easy for others to dislike u. Beefin beefin beefin. Even in threads that have nothing to do with u. Dont u just get tired? undecided lol
PoliticsRe: We’re Not Northerners- Middle-belt Youths by emmke(m): 2:02pm On Dec 11, 2011
some of u igbos are quite funny. U just keep beefin the MB. The war was between Nigeria and biafra, and middle belt happens to be under nigeria. U all are also forgetting that u killed brigadier Pam, a MB man during your coup. So u expect us to still join forces with u and fight the govt? sounds like joke, lol. In any case, the group did not say that they want to join the south or that they need any alliance, so i dont understand all these shakara abi na yanga, lol. And frankly we dont really care if u see us as north or not. Some People up north see ibibio, ijaws etc, as igbos, but that doesn't make them igbos. Their opinions, just like yours, change nothing, lol. Funny guys here, lol.

Lets be practical, if ronaldo was a barca player n messi a real player tonite, do u tink d outcome wud av been diff??
ronaldo in barca will do more harm. He just doesn't play for the team. Always goes for personal glory at the expense of his team's success. Thats not barca style. It's all about team work.

I see, you point but there is a lot more to gain from the north

Majority of our past leaders have been middle belters rather than core northerners

Check the history books.

There is no place in Nigeria where peace exist. each group is always trying to outwith the other.

Take a look at the south. It is a laughting stock of even international communities.
alhaji u are just one funny dude. The security problems we are having in most parts of MB now is caused by the hausa-fulani. How on God good earth do u want us to stay united? Jos was like a heaven before the hausa settlers rear their ugly heads. Pls we are fed up. And no offence, what exactly do we stand to gain from the core north?
PoliticsRe: We’re Not Northerners- Middle-belt Youths by emmke(m): 7:04pm On Dec 09, 2011
alj_harem:
and you think they don't want to live in peace ?

Borno is made of different ethnic group. No single day have we fough

adamawa same

take a look at the south even on this forum. realsing form from their mouths for there fellow country men.

dude think about it well.
i just edited my post but u were too quick to reply, hence u quote me. Anyway, what about the domineering tendencies and the "born to rule" mentality of the hausa-fulani? That's something we are sick of.
PoliticsRe: We’re Not Northerners- Middle-belt Youths by emmke(m): 6:49pm On Dec 09, 2011
alj_harem:
Middle belt would be making a great mistake.

The middle belt is not a united entity, There are yoruba, Igala, eberi, nupe, jukun, etc in the middle belt, each with different cultural identity and religion.

Lets be careful middlebelters
the simple fact that we want to be free from the domineering tendencies of the hausa-fulani unites us. All the tribes in the mb also share the desire to live in peace. These unite us.

@Torch1 i've always been a staunch advocate of middle belt as a region. So YES, WE WANT MIDDLE BELT AS A REGION. @ topic, nice to see my fellow middle belt youths reason along this line. I'd only say the future of our region is bright.
PoliticsRe: Fulani Herdsmen Kill Many In Benue Communities And Villages by emmke(m): 7:30am On Dec 09, 2011
Jarus:
Inasmuch as I condemn this in totality, I have an issue with the biased reporting of Fulani Vs minorities clashes in the North. When Fulani herdsmen are killed, you don't see it making headlines, just a rider tucked somehwere in the news, but when it's the other way round, you see shouting headlines. I remember during the Fulani Vs Berom fightings. When the Berom strike, it won't make major headline, when the Fulani retaliated, its top news.

This by no means justifies the carnages but I think our need to do more in objective reporting.
mr. Jarus i respect u a lot. But u are wrong on this. These beroms (plateau people) attack fulani only after being incited (i.e the fulani encroaching their farm lands with their herds) or at least as an act of defence. U will hardly see a plateau man just wake up and decide to attack these people.

okosodo:
For those ready to fight, we should know that 98% of the infantry in the nigerian military is infested with the hausa/fulani former herdsmen armed with the nigerian apparatus of war.
no sir. Ur 98% is greatly exaggerated. There are significant number of middle belters especially plateau and to a lesser extend benue and other middle belt states in the infantry of the nigerian army.
PoliticsRe: Towards True Federalism: Middle Belt Ideology by emmke(m): 9:28am On Dec 05, 2011
^wow. Ok. Cant see Borno in the east. Dont forget Borno is east (north east actually, just like adamawa) of the niger river and used to be Gongola along with adamawa (which is in the east according to u).

Nchara:
What a logic. So it is about kill me, I kill you? In any case, there are 40 million +/- Hausa Fulani and there are 1 million +/- Beroms. Let's see whose population gets wiped out at the end of the slow but steady killings going one. Shame on Gowon under whose watch his people are being decimated by the same masters he served. In the end, the hausa/fulani will likely win the Jos war because it is a matter of number. Fortunately for them, you are not more sophisticated than they are in terms of weaponry and bombs. I dey laugh ohh!!
funny. So the 40 million hausas in nigeria will invade plateau? And who told u there are 1 million plateau people? Seriously i'd start taking what i read here as a joke. In any case stop taking paracetamol for another man's headache. U have u own worries too. I Just read a sad story about 2 9-day old babies kidnapped in imo. Just one reason why papa mikel will tell u he is safer here, lol. And oga it will suprise u to know that we are not losing, just the reason why your igbo brothers are still hanging around. My land, Plateau, is more than worth dying for. Ask your igbo brothers how it is. Beautiful beautiful wink

No security! Orientation of the people is poor and base! How can anything improve!?
guy, the same people who should be responsible for our security might be behind this i.e the politicians. The country is too damn insecured and the ordinary man is own his own. sad

@apach4ever dont waste ur time with them here. They are just plain dumb. Very very dumb. Just let them wallow in their ignorance. It's bliss afterall. U hear them shouting karma on Gowon people. i live in jos and for sure igbos and other southerners in jos are recording significant casualties as well, is that karma too? Unbelievably ignorant folks.

the ordinary nigerian on the streets do not understand the term megawatt. promise an average of 12-18 hrs power supply daily for all. Makes more sense.
