I submitted an my application for a temporary visit visa at VFS on the 27th of September, exactly three weeks today.
Not any response and my tracking is saying my application is still being process at the South African Consulate in Abuja.

I have other trips scheduled for November and i need to my passport to process entry visa for those. Is there any means of retrieving my passport in the circumstance they don't provide an update for me by this time next week?

Having had licenses at all three for years, I can tell you that the cars at iaai were usually better priced because they are more stringent. Going a few days before to sabotage a car you're interested in is a common practice at Copart. Things like removing a fuse here, taking the keys and locking the car, etc.

Bottom line with any auction is if you cannot have a trusted mechanic physically go to check the car before the auctions, you have no business getting involved.

I agree with this guy. Copart runs what looks like a rigged system. Someone wins a bid, but seller is unhappy with price. He relists the car and prebid starts again at the winning price of live auction. That's nonsense! Cars are over priced too. My first option will remain IAAI. There decently priced bids from Copart, but those are few and far between.

This ride fits the bill. Rarely gives problems. Parts are easy to find and costs about the same as your regular Toyota parts.

Pros
Solid ride. Solid all round. Extremely reliable. Toyota durability with German luxury. Road balance, silent engine, sharp and effortless transmission. No jarring into gear and all. Engine and transmission still sound. Still one touch start. Maintained with recommended 5w30 synthetic oil grade as well as #Toyota type IV ATF. Solid sound system. I will let you have the preventive maintenance timing belt and water pump kit pro Bono. No notorious Toyota leg issues. I made sure of this this. Stabilizer linkages and ball joints are all in place. Shocks too. Registration just been renewed.

Cons
Minor cosmetic dinges and scratches. Someone in my residence backed into me plus other small scratches. AC needs some attention. Suddenly dropped in cooling efficiency. Maybe gas. Front passenger seat has a small tear. The tear has been there for less than a Yr. Trunk closing need some panel beater attention to get it to closer easier. Some parking break sensor tweak needed. Parking brakes works though. Some tiny vibrations at low speeds.

Reason for sale.
I spend less time in #Abuja and have little need for it. It will go into disuse from under utilisation. So anyone wey get luck, come carry am.

Application submitted at VFS and received by Consulate: 20/06/18

Got SMS and Mail to pick up passport: 29/06/18

Picked up: 03/07/2018

One Month visa approved...Took 10 working days to process my application...
