Well, I hope we all realise that long-distance relationships, which may/may not lead to marriage takes much more from both partners to make an effective partnership. It's crystal clear that the distance did not allow for effective understanding. You most probably got into sumfin with someone you didn't really 'know'. The damage has been done. Damage limitation is the option you're left with. I don't think this is an issue for God to intervene, there are situations that require the use of common sense. Do whatever you can to be in a stable marriage but me thinks his mind is made up. Character wise, he is appalling, you didn't figure this out, now you're complaining. Blood sugar control has to be optimal. If done too much, she will be hypoglycemic (low blood sugar), if it is not tackled well, she will still be hyperglycaemic (elevated blood sugar which implies poor control). Hence the need to mantain it within a particular range optimal for diabetics. I think that drug you bought for her brought down her sugar level too fast, perhaps from its powerful effects on her system. She should take anti-diabetics prescribed by her physician in appropriate dosage to ensure a healthful life.

People need to start taking responsibilities of their actions.

Most married folks frown @ condoms, my parents inclusive. I've gone to town to look up the prevalence of condom use in marriages, it's very poor. The reason isn't far-fetched, the pleasures derived from sex without condoms is incomparable with that involving them. That's why there are effective and various family planning methods. Both of them should choose one and stick to it. I don't support divorce. Sex isn't something to be trifled with, if condoms were that effective, no one will be talking about other methods.

The failure rate of condoms will alarm you when it comes to preventing pregnancy, they just have a way of disappointing you when you need them most. Withdrawal method? Let's not even go there. Before you even 'ejaculate', the pre-cum laden with sperms have made their way past the vagina into the cervix. It takes 90 seconds to get to the tubes. Withdrawal method is the least reliable. I think the wife shouldn't have removed the device implanted.
