There used to be generations of jinn before Iblis. However, Allah sent down a fire from the skies to consumed them because of their disobedience.Only Iblis and few believing jinn remained from them.
The status of Iblis among the jinn is like the status of Noah (peace be upon him) when people were destroyed after the Deluge of Noah except his generation and he virtually became the second ancestor of the human beings.
Due to his extreme virtue and the intensity of his prayers,The Lord raised Iblis up into the heavens to live among the angels. When the Lord ordered the angels to bow down and prostrate before Adam (A.S), he refused and his hidden disobedience was exposed.
Although he was not of their kind,he resembled them and performed their deeds.Therefore, Satan was also counted as addressee to this command which was directed to angels. And he was condemned because he did not fulfill the command.”

Quran 18:50 Behold! We said to the angels, "Bow down to Adam": They bowed down but not Iblis. He was one of the Jinns, and he broke the Command of his Lord. Will ye then take him and his progeny as protectors rather than Me? And they are enemies to you! Evil would be the exchange for the wrong-doers!

Differences between Angels & Jinn.

There are some Muslims and most Christians who are ignorant about the difference between the noble Angels and the Jinn and Shayateen(Satan's army).The pagan Arabs and the people of the book acknowledge the Angels existence, although many of them consider the Angels and Jinn as one.They believe that Angels that disobey Allah become Shayateen. The Pagans, Jews and Christians deny Iblis as being the father of the Jinn, they deny the Jinns’ ability to marry,have children, eat and drink. Some of the pagan Arabs claim that the Angels are the Jinns’ offspring.

The following are some of the differences between the Angels and Jinns

1. The Angels were created from light while the Jinns were created from smokeless fire.

2. The Angels were created to obey Allah. They don’t have the free will to disobey Him. Allah gave the Jinn the free will to obey or disobey Him like man.This is the main reason why Satan could disobey Allah.

Quran 7:12 [ Allah ] said, "What prevented you from prostrating when I commanded you?" [Satan] said, "I am better than him.You created me from fire and created him(Adam) from clay."

3. The Angels don’t have desires. Therefore they don’t eat, drink, or marry. The jinn eat, drink and marry.

4. The Angels don’t disobey Allah for a single moment. The majority of the Jinn are Kuffar(unbelievers). Harut and Marut were both Jinns and the narrations that mention them as being Angels are from the Israelites.

5. The Angels are stronger than the Jinn.There is no way to imagine the strength of one Angel compared to all the Jinn. Take for example the Angel of death. He’s one and has the ability to take any soul in an instance any where in the world.

6. The Angels are superior to the Jinn in shape, deeds, and condition.

7. The numbers of the Angels is enormous. It outnumbers the Jinn, man, and animals.

8. Allah created the Angels for the service to the Son of Adam. Most of the Jinn divert man from the correct path. And at the forefront of that is their father Iblis.

9. The Angels serve the Jinn and arrange their affairs.

10. The Angels see the Jinn all the time. The Jinn aren’t able to see the Angels unless they take a shape which allows their visibility.

11. Allah created the Angels before the Jinn. The proof is that Angels carry the Throne. The Throne was created before the heavens and earth and everything between them.

12. The Angels have authority and power over the Jinn, by Allah’s permission. Therefore the Angels can see the Jinn, defeat them, take their souls.

13. The Angles are generally described with praise worthy traits. Most of the Jinn are described as being whispers of evil, plotters, deceivers, and oppressors.

14. The Angels aren’t described as being neither male nor female.The Jinn are male and female.

15. The Angels assist the Prophets, the Messengers,and their followers to good deeds.The inspiration to seek the truth and do good is inspired from the Angels. The idea to follow corrupt belief and make corruption is inspired from the Shayateen. Magicians,sorcerers etc get their powers from disbelieving jinns(demons)

16. The Angels live in the heavens and the Jinn live in dirty places.

17. The Angels fly in the form they were created. The Jinn can only fly if they take another form other than the one they were created in .

weeks ago I had a dream, that I went to night party, an was chased an short at with arrow, I was worried because one of the arrows hit me. but I stop going to parties like 15 years ago so I was finding it hard to interpret d dream until the next day a close friend came to invite me to his bachelor's eve. and I already know my answer is a big NO. if I had dismiss d dream only Allah knows wat would have happened.

I am a Muslim and I want to say here that the Muslims of the whole world are struggling due to the lack of unity among them. Things happening in the Muslim world are not in favor of Muslims. What do you people think about the present status of the Muslim world?

When I told you the Saudi regime will do anything to protect their cobwebs fitnah throne. We know their origin is Jewish, and we know they've been working secretly with Israel a long time. That was Trump confirming it. You can imagine how the Palestinian will continue to be murdered, and the Muslim world in disarray. The fact that the Saudi house of fitnah had been politically structured by the West to be the "leader" of the Muslim world.

Most of these pastor use powerful jinns on less powerful one. Also there are Christians among the jinns who help some pastors without the latter's knowledge. One Christian jinn during a ruqyah section revealed the effort he makes in converting humans into Christianity. They are the ones who usually bring picture of Christ to people in their dreams.
I also once heard of a pastor who named his jinn Jesus. So whenever he says "in Jesus name" , he his actually referring to his jinn.
