The FG has shown itself to be deceitful. They're looking for ways to increase the pump price of petrol before selling to Nigerians. Suddenly we are hearing of 'market forces', 'international benchmark', etc when DRL is about to start selling to Nigerians through NNPCL which has insisted on being the sole purchaser of refined petrol. Dangote being a smart man has kept mute as it is the purview of the FG to dictate what price it will sell to Nigerians after purchasing it from DRL. The cabal strangulating the oil sector will not go away even in the presence of DRL. They still seek to control proceedings. My advice is for the NLC to take several seats backwards. They had the opportunity to truly canvass for a better Nigeria and demand for better governance in view of profound suffering inflicted on Nigerians from draconian policies enacted by the Tinubu-led FG. Instead they chose to put personal interests above the welfare of the people. They should keep shut. Their era is long gone. Nigerians will not be deceived by the hyenas only interested in self-aggrandisement instead of the masses welfare. |

People kidnapped were mostly women and children. There are widespread reports of bandits raping their victims while awaiting ransoms payment. I'm not surprised. This is a daily occurrence in the North. The chicken has come home to roost. |

If I am to advise the husband of that bride, just forget about paying any ransom. Instead use that money and marry another wife. Just forget about this one. Even if this one is eventually released, you won't touch her with a long pole. All manner of stuffs would have gone into all those women and girls. No single one will be spared so why waste your money when you can get a new bride. |

BrokenCondom:I served in Niger State (NYSC) and I can confirm that it was awesome. I was in Pandogari, Rafi LGA. I was treated well by the community I served. One of their leaders told me he would give me his very beautiful daughter to marry if I agree to remain after serving 😂😂😂. On completion of NYSC, I worked in Kagara for a while but unfortunately had to leave after my location was attacked by bandits. My neighbour then was the bank manager of the only bank in the community (First Bank). Very surreal place. I met nice people too. Dated a girl there, very homely. Remove insecurity from the North and I’ll return there in a jiffy. 5 Likes |

Northern schools have virtually been turned into vagina buffets for terrorists. This has gone beyond ransome. Now it's a free-for-all among them to grab as much girls and women as possible to satisfy their devilish and craze-filled sexual urges. I don't see the releasing these girls even after payment of ransome until they get pregnant. Then release them and capture the next victims and so the cycle continues. Expect to hear more girls and women kidnapped from schools and homes over the coming period. Welcome to renewed hope. |

The fact that Tinubu can even stand for election says it all. The USA is also complicit in all of these. They only look out for their interests irrespective of whose ox gets gored. This is a nice development. Twitter needs to be sanitized. It has a huge potential for generating revenue in ads but it needs to be be sanitized. Bots accounts and those promoting useless ideologies need to be weeded out. People with verified accounts who contribute little or nothing to the growth of the app but who emerge dropping tweets that promote vices should be disbanded.
