It doesn't work that way. It's not about 'brains'. We are all endowed with brains. It is about the cycle of history. Every race has its turn to dominate. Every civilization will reach its zenith and then fall. Egypt, Sumeria, Nubia, Greece, Rome, Babylon, India, the Aztecs, you name it, they once were highly dominant, but eventually reached their demise. The current 'western' civilization led by the USA will similarly crash to pieces in future, and be replaced by something else. Asia is stirring, and seems ready to take over. After that, it will be Africa's turn to rise again. I reckon by the end of this century, Africa would have regained its place as the world's foremost civilization.
