Nnamani didnt say he took any bribe from Obasanjo for 3rd term. He only said he is privy to the fact that Obasanjo made deductions from CBN to bribe senators. And Obasanjo could have disguised the reason for the deductions, which neither Nnamani nor Soludo would be able to query. If Nnamani had taken the bribe, he wouldnt be bold enough to accuse OBJ.

An opposition party has the onerous task of monitoring the activities of the govt in power, otherwise, governance degenerates into a laise faire. It definitely wont be easy for the ACN to impeach GEJ, given their number at the national assembly & the likelihood executive-legislative bribery, but they have to make the president sit up and desist from committing unforced errors.
