Patience is a virtue of the noble. We need to look at the bigger picture to appreciate the position of the President. The road to greatness is always fraught with difficulties. bayooooooo:Very true, Bayoooooo. She is incurably arrogant, so much so that she could not consider the precariousness of her perch on the payroll of the University. 3 successive Vice- Chancellors sat on her case and none favoured her, and she still thinks she is right. Arrogance slurs the sense of reason. Now, she can turn her very spacious parlour at home to an office. Check out my signature (website below) for something that will benefit you. |
Does anybody want Buhari to start now to prepare for 2019, instead of working on improving the economy? For those who want to increase their daily income just for browsing the internet, check out my signature (the website below) now. Its no joke. You will wonder why you were wasting your browsing time without making money from them. Do that now and thank me latter. |

NNPC has persistently denied any plans to increase fuel pump price. I don't know which to believe anymore. Buhari may not be a magician but he is actually on the right course. The present economic crises is not peculiar to Nigeria. It is endemic in all oil dependent economies of the world. Why Nigeria's situation is worse is that successive governments could not diversify the economy, even up to 20% from oil and the immediate past government created a greater economic quagmire by squandering all the monies made during oil boom on PDP cronies and election. If we endure, we shall overcome once and for all, the locust years of the PDP. For those who want to diversify their personal economies and make monies using the time spent on nairaland, check out my signature ( the website below). You will thank me latter for what you may make by browsing alone. |
herzern1:Yes. To cure your ignorance, let me assure you that ''nah railway dem unemployed youth go chop'' because, railway transport sub-sector creates a lot of jobs for the youths and quickens the development of nodal towns around the railway terminals. For those who are not waiting for government to place rice on their tables, you can check out my signature (the website below) for very useful information that can quickly better your lives. |
Politicians in Nigeria do not mean well for anybody except their immediate families. Forget them and think of what to do for yourself. Check out my signature (the website below), if you are a youth. That will help you to improve your purse, if you are a serious and committed person. |
Nigerians are really funny people. How would nicknaming food items Buhari alleviate the economic crunch? Check out my signature (website below) to improve your personal economy as you use the internet. Its no joke. |
People have been warned not to look at the eclipse with naked eyes. Nature (God) is awesome. Check out my signature (the website below) for your own interest. You will be grateful to me if you do so now. |
MTN should not be deceived by their popularity. Advert can never be enough or too much. Even Coca-Cola still advertises. And many other internet and call service providers are coming to make the competition stiffer. Check out my signature (the website below) for your own advantage. It will improve your economy. |
PDP is a shameless gang of economic rapists. A party that plunged the country into deep economic crises by mismanaging the common wealth and unable to achieve any tangible thing in 16 years, in which the international oil prices rose up to $148 per barrel and the nation's daily production stood at 2.1 million barrels per day, is shamelessly asking a government that inherited their mess with oil prices now less than $45 per barrel and daily production at less than 1.4 million barrels per day owing to sponsored vandalism of oil facilities to resign. PDP has not shown any remorse for their actions against Nigerians. Need one remind them that it takes a very financially disciplined man like Buhari to keep the nation afloat with the situation they caused. Check my signature for your own benefit and thank me latter. |
Dracula27:Dracula27, can you explain the lies? Who killed Barr. Ken? Would APC kill one of their greatest supporters? Are you aware that Barr. Ken has several litigation pending against the Rivers State Government? Are you aware that he is in the National Industrial Court against the government for the mass sack of Lecturers of the Rivers State Polytechnic, Bori, now named Ken Saro-Wiwa Polytechnic, Bori? Kindly tell us who did because, we don't know what you seem to know. |
Your own version of the emblem is too busy. |
People should think for once! Those attacks cannot be from heardsmen. Why would cattle rearer attack communities that have allowed them free grazing, and where do they pack their thousands of cattle before coming together for the attack? What is their interest? There is probably a grand design to force the break-up of Nigeria by some marauders, who disguise as Fulanis to attack Igbos. I won't be surprised if tomorrow we hear that som Igbos attacked Yorubas or Yorubas attack Hausas or Itsekiri attack Idomas. |
Where is the source of this badly concocted chain of lies? No source? Or did the Op interview Fr. Mbaka directly? |
Is this SPBK not Senator Prince Buruji Kashamu? If he is, why is he concealing his identity? Is he afraid of OGD (presumably Otunba Gbenga Daniel)? |
mazichika:Good question. Your question is ''Can a High Court overrule another High Court?''. My answer is NO. That is what Justice Okon Abang is actually saying and that is the reason it will be correct to say that really, PDP has no candidate for Edo Gubernatorial election. Have you quickly forgotten that it was a Port Harcourt High Court that gave the judgement nullifying the earlier judgement of the Lagos High Court, which recognises Sheriff's chairmanship? It was on the basis of that wrong act of a court sitting in judgement against the judgement of another court of cordinate jurisdiction that INEC recognised Ize-Iyamu. |
Those masturbatory minds mentioning APC here should know that APC did not participate in the election. |
help3852:Some of you idiots on Nairaland should go back to your mothers to acquire some rudimentary senses if she has any. If you know something about international laws, you would know that Nigeria is a sovereign state that is not bound to the dictates of UN in internal legal issues, You dolt think Ekweremmadu has become a different nation state, quarreling with Nigeria. Bunkum! |
Ekweremmadu is a drowning man. Case of forgery is a criminal one that must be prosecuted, whether it was done in a business relationship between two brothers or by a Lecturer seeking recognition by his girl friend. It is a crime against the state and it cannot be dismissed as an internal forgery affair of the Senate. Instead of Ekwermmadu to seek for an opportunity to prove that he did not commit the crime (since he is claiming to be innocent), he is busy writing to those who are serious with their own laws. He will soon learn the bitter lesson that ambition is no crime, but easily drives one into a crime. Why won't the International Community ignore him the way they did? |
JesusWillSaveME:And what if he succeeds in doing all that? Would you now believe he is Jesus Christ and follow him? Don't you know that occultists and magicians do all that and even more? |
SamMilla1:SamMilla1, many states in Nigeria have already made capital punishment (death sentence) the penalty for kidnapping and related crimes. The problem now lies with prosecution. And not many victims are ready to volunteer useful information for fear of reprisal attack by other unknown gang members. |
The case of Uche Ogah vs Okezie Ikpeazu is not the same as Bello vs Wada. In Bello vs Wada the contention is whether Bello can inherit votes in an inconclusive election and then conclude the process. His conclusion of the process of general election makes him a part-taker in all the electoral processes as required by law. In Uche Ogah vs Ikpeazu, Alex Otti of APGA will be the ultimate beneficiary of the entire thing because, if the court disqualifies Ikpeazu, it would mean that PDP had no validly nominated candidate in the first instance as Ogah was never nominated and never took part in the general election (Remember that in Amechi's case, Amechi was validly nominated but illegally substituted with Omehia). All Alex Otti need do is wait for Ikpeazu's disqualification to be upheld by the supreme court and he will begin the process of being recognised as the governor, having participated in all processes and scored the highest vote since Ikpeazu had been declared a mistake. |
If you are going for importation, not just retail of auto-parts, Lagos is the best place for you. It will easier for you to clear your goods and warehouse them in Lagos that in Onitsha. Retailers from Onitsha always go to Lagos to replace stock. Besides, you will spend more on haulage of your goods from Lagos Port to Onitsha. |
A poorly brewed lie! Keep bringing up lies everywhere about Okorocha. The God of the innocent is watching and will give him bumper victory far and above your petty machinations. Whatever a man sow, that he shall reap- Galatians 6:7. |
Zubby77, You are a thriller. Your mastery of romance fiction tells much about the highly imaginative powers of your mind. Keep up the good works. |
GANJAFARMER:My friend, you should note that the people of Ugwuleshi in Awgu LGA of Enugu State who were arrested last month for allegedly killing the cows of Fulani herdsmen share common boundary with the Abia community were the herdsmen were allegedly abducted. You know what i mean na! By the way, in Rivers State were i reside, Fulani people move there cows everywhere: roads, schools, farms, without getting even a warning. The other day they blocked the Choba/Uniport axis of the East-West Road for almost 45 minutes, causing heavy traffic congestion. |
emmancipated:Liar! Uniport has active wifi for both staff and students. It is 24/7. I am even using it now. If you are in Uniport go to ICTC to activate yours upon payment of monthly fee of five hundred naira. |
Buhari has not reinstated any sacked Vice-Chancellor. He can only reconstitute the boards (Governing Councils) so that they can kick-start the process of electing Vice-Chancellors. Buhari as the Visitor to all Federal Universities in Nigeria has the powers to relieve any Vice- Chancellor of his/her appointment. What Buhari has actually done was to allow the Councils elect substantive Vice-Chancellors before dissolving them. |
The INEC Resident Electoral Commissioner for Rivers State has been shouting that no result has been declared (not even one) and that a lot of fake results are in circulation. He also said that he is consulting with his team of field officers to ascertain the true position of things. However, PDP has been declaring themselves winner on social media and AIT. They news is not carried by any other media. Even their man's (Ben Murray Bruce) Silverbird could not carry the news. Not to talk of Channels TV. Wike may spare himself the trouble of bragging and may be, latter, shout that the results has been subverted. |
Thank your stars, you did not take the exam. Let it look like JAMB is the cause because with your grammatical expressions, i can swear with my black buttocks that you were set to make a total score of 14 out of 400. Just leave Nairaland for now and go back to your book(s), if you actually have any. You have just very little in your head. |
