Jhennie:
=Work out your balls =Warm it with warm water =Encircle your balls with your thumb and index finger and pull gently forward.. It helps to relieve stress off it. Use the fingertips of your other hand to gently, but firmly, massage the testicles and scrotal contents for 30 seconds. Repeat for a total of five minutes once or twice per day. =Lift your testicles upwards and hold against the body for 10 seconds. When done properly, your penis should be pressed against your stomach. Then release, relax and repeat. Your goal is to work up to six minutes of repetitions once or twice a day.
Whichever works for you..

Boyka007: Good evening "gentlemen officers" due to the deluge of questions about BMI, and other health related questions, I researched and found the following
1: BMI Body mass index ( BMI ) is a common tool for deciding whether a person has an appropriate body weight. It measures a person's weight in relation to their height.
A BMI of less than 18.5 means that a person is underweight. A BMI of between 18.5 and 24.9 is ideal. A BMI of between 25 and 29.9 is overweight. A BMI over 30 indicates obesity.
To calculate your BMI, divide your weight by your height twice. Eg 80÷1.87÷1.87=22.8
2: WHR A person's waist-hip measurement compares their waist size with that of their hips. People who have more body fat around their middle are more likely to develop cardiovascular disease (CVD) and diabetes . The higher the waist measurement in proportion to the hips, the greater the risk. For this reason, the waist-hip ratio (WHR) is a useful tool for calculating whether a person has a healthy weight and size.
Measure your waist-hip ratio 1. Measure around the waist in the narrowest part, usually just above the belly button. 2. Divide this measurement by the measurement around your hip at its widest part. If a person's waist is 28 inches and their hips are 36 inches, they will divide 28 by 36. This will give them 0.77.
How WHR affects the risk of cardiovascular disease (CVD) is different for men and women, because they tend to have different body shapes.
In Men
Below 0.9: The risk of cardiovascular health problems is low. From 0.9 to 0.99: The risk is moderate. At 1.0 or over: The risk is high.
In Women
Below 0.8: The risk is low. From 0.8 to 0.89: The risk is moderate. At 0.9 or above: The risk is high.
3: WtHR
Waist-to-height ratio (WtHR) is another tool that might predict the risk of heart disease , diabetes, and overall mortality more effectively than BMI. A person whose waist measurement is less than half their height has a lower risk of a number of life-threatening health complications.
Measure your waist-to-height ratio To calculate the WtHR, a person should divide their waist size by their height. If the answer is 0.5 or less, the chances are that they have a healthy weight.
A woman who is 5 feet and 4 inches tall (163 cm), should have a waist measurement below 32 inches (81 cm). A man who is 6 feet or 183 centimeters (cm) tall, should have a waist measurement below 36 inches or 91 cm.
These measurements will give a WtHR of just under 0.5
007 Over and out.

Romance / Re: I Broke Up With My Girlfriend. A Nairalander Cries Out by enesi009: 6:40pm On Sep 22, 2019 |
daddyfreeman1: Please never mind my English and Punctuations, it's very urgent...
I broke up with my girlfriend. But I feel like calling her back... I met this girl during Xmas last year 2018, we have dated for 6months now. I asked her out and she did small shakara and accepted my request. I went back to owerri where I base, and she went back to Lag where she based with her parents. Now we're in a long distance relationship.
What happened was that, she posted a picture, and came to my inbox and told me to go and check her picture she updated. So I went and saw the picture and commented, then other guys started commenting, I started replying them "no matter how cute she is, at last she's mine" so she told me in my inbox to delete those comments, I obeyed her and deleted the replies. Please does that shows she doesn't love me or is he's trying to hide something from me?? I need answer please... So a guy messaged me that that girl is his girlfriend, that I should leave her. So I asked the guy how he met her? And he said that he met her in Lag and asked her out and she agreed. So the guy even threatened to send his men to kill me if I don't stay away from her.. base on I'm not a guy who usually fear threatening I gave him my number and my address to come that I'm waiting for him, but he blocked me and later unblocked me, and apologized. So we both talked Normal and he narrated everything to me. So he asked my girlfriend who she is to me, and the girl said I'm just her friend. So I called my girl to confirm, she picked up but service was bad, I hanged the call. I later called her, her friend picked up telling me that I was speaking with her sister, I now said that my girl doesn't have an elder sister, she's the only child of her parents. She now said the truth and told me that my girl went out to buy something for her mom, I cut the call, I called her again later, the same girl picked up and told me that she's not yet back, then the 3rd time I called, a guy picked it up this time around. He said hello and I greeted him, he hanged the call. I called the 4th one, the same guy picked it up he didn't say anything I hanged the call. Then the 5th one I called again, the same guy picked it up and told me never to call that number again that if I love my life I should not call the Number. So I had no choice than to chat my girl up on Facebook, I explained to her how I feel, that I called her and she gave my call to her boyfriend to answer. So after my whole explanation, I told her that I don't want anymore. That she should go her way. We promised each other never to cheat, but she has cheated on me. So she replied "since you didn't find out what you just said. I don't have a boyfriend, but whatever it is, I must dig it out" so as I was trying to reply her, she blocked me. Please my fellow nairalanders, I broke up with her, but it wasn't my intention. I love her so much, and I don't want to leave her. I love her so much, please I want to call her back and continue from where we stopped. I'm here to hear your advice. Should I call her back or move on? Because right now I'm heartbroken, I don't know what to do again, I have been starving myself, since since yesterday till now, I have not had anything called food. I want her back, but I don't know how to do it. Would it be a shameful thing to me if I call her back? Should I give another chance and call her back? I can't do without her. She's my happiness. Please should I call her back or just move on? If your advice is to call her back, please tell me how to do it. Please... sometimes we quarrel and reconcile, yesterday I told her that I don't want again. But I'm feeling the pain, I can't get over the pain. I haven't loved any girl the way I love her.
Please your advice is needed urgently. Help a brother. I feel like calling her back because I can't deal with the pain and I love her so much.
Please should I call her back? Right now I'm depressed.
Please mature minds only.
I will appreciate if moved to front page. na dis kind person ubunja need to lie down and flog 50 stroke of cain 1 Like |

firstladyp4: He came at the right time when I needed someone to mend my broken heart from a failed relationship. At first, He was loving, caring and understanding. We were so attached to each other and that made me love him to the core. He is my best friend I love him sooooo much but at a point he began to withdraw from being whom I have known him to be. No more calls, if I complain he will say he is busy and doesn't have airtime and I will send him airtime, I am always the one buying him things and saying sorry in every argument,he will keep singing it to my ear that if I can't cope I should try another. I love him and I will always beg. he always blocks me online and unblock after several pleads. This is really weighting me down but don't know what to do anymore. After this recent argument he told me he wouldn't want to see my appology massage on his phone and blocked me online. What do i do now? Please no insults, I need a sincere advice. the guys has just been ubunjalise.. Don't worry e still loves u 2 Likes |

Everything is destiny and Luck + prayer since pray can change destiny and make luck happened.. The possibility of been shortlisted is slim... The funny trend dat I have observed is that dose dat dint put mind in it always make the shortlist... Emerging I told someone to apply last year and e reluctantly apply a day or two to the closing deadline and to God be the glory e was shortlisted a head of others. |
