The New Appeal Panel set-up for Ondo PDP Governorship Candidates tussles enter day 3 today.

Yesterday hearing on some motion and applications where concluded, getting set for Rulings today.

No mind Poroye, and his crook lawyers. Poroye have been declared wanted by President court of Appeal and CJN to come and substantiate the afidavit he swear to on the accusation of bribe,

but till today he's yet to show face.

Fakunle SAN has confirmed that has just filed a counter affidavit today opposing Olanipekun's motion on behalf of Markefi and Ben
