She has applied to several countries like the US, Italy, Spain and Canada for a tourist visa in recent times with different work documents which she was issued some of this visas and denied some. Her problem now is, for the EE, she don’t know if she would need to input all this work experience as most of the dates are interwoven and some of it don’t even exist and could cause doubts leading to misrepresentation considering that US has recently cancelled her previous visit visa without renewing it after expiration.... please she need serious help

A lot of things is involve on this journey, your Age, highest qualification and target IELTS score of minimum LSWR: 8777. But I think you need to read more... kindly go to Page 0, ALL the information you need is waiting for you there.

I finally downloaded the soft copy of my ECA report from WES today after 5 months journey.

For those that have ACIIN (Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria) you will get a positive evaluation of Canadian Equivalency: Bachelor's Degree (Three years).

If you also graduate from Faculty of Engineering, University of Ilorin, make sure you specify to Academic record that the transcript they will send to WES must show your 100 Level result to avoid back & forth.

Finally, the EOR wait from BC is crazy, This is my 12th week.

It will definitely end with Praise.

Dont waste your time on that. You either fax or call them. If you call they may keep you on hold for several minutes. To answer your question, they dont give the best customer care experience

Well I have called WES twice and they pick immediately, I usually call around 8pm. The Customer service rep are very friendly.

My EOR will be exactly 10 weeks in 2 days but no feedback yet from BC. Though they gave a timeline of 10-12 weeks but I don't think it should be up to. I requested a remark in all sections though . Anything to worry about? Do I need to contact them or still take a chill pill?

Kindly contact BC and if you are close by you can check on them physically.

The day I applied for my EOR I met a lady that also applied 10 weeks without feedback from BC, she strolled down to BC, Lo and behold her EOR was ready with upgrade in writing from 6.5 to 7. So kindly contact them who knows yours might also be ready.

Good morning guys. Please I am considering doing NTI program. That is I have BSc only, I want to enroll in a teaching program, will the certificate be evaluated by WES and increase my CRS score.

I will advise you to forget about NTI program. The program is usually delayed and their result takes time. why don't you enrol for PGDE @ NOUN. it's faster and more organized. I am currently evaluating my wife PGDE from NTI and its taking forever.

I wrote a short letter of explanation, attached my IJMB result and faxed it to WES. My status changed to awaiting verification although it also shows awaiting receipt of IJMB result directly from d issuing school. I'm waiting to see wat d status will show after Unilorin verifies.

If it's IJMB, you might want to leave out d result, try only d letter and see wat happens next.

Thanks for your response, I actually start from 100 Level, but for Engineering graduates Unilorin usually send transcript from 200 Level even my student copy start from 200 Level. I am confuse at the moment. I hope to see someone with similar challenge.

@Geebaby10, may you birth safely. In my opinion you should give birth in US. You can't compare the worth of an American passport to that of a Canadian one(think of the future not only money to be spent). If your child has an American citizenship, Canadian permanent stay and Nigerian passport, he or she is covered all round.

It's a public forum though. @Geebaby10, be careful about the advice you take. The above comment is a wrong assumption.

I need quick response, do i need to send my marriage certificate and court affidavit for change of name to WES?. My father name is appearing on my certificate and my hubby surname is appearing on my pay slips.

which name is on your passport? if it's your husband surname then you need to fax the Affidavit for change of name to WES.

WES have received her transcript. we are awaiting verification from NTI. Just relax and keep disturbing the guy. You suppose sabi Govt worker's syndrome.

Nothing to fear about. Insurance will cover the loss.

Hello Nairalanders, ive been a passive member of this group but i want to post my story to encourage others

i took the ielts test on jan 20th and my result was LRWS 8.5, 8, 6.5, 7.5. i was really upset cuz like so many other people, i felt i did better. i registered for another test for 24th march and my speaking test was supposed to be tomorrow 17th March (Lol money don waste like that)

on the 5th of february, i requested for a the EOR on writing with a time frame of 10-12 weeks in mind but today 16th march (6 weeks exactly) i got my new result and score was bumped up from 6.5 to 8 thats a whole 1.5. CSR went from 408 to 456.


There is something wrong with BC nigeria and i hope this unfair treatment of nigerians is stopped soon. For those who want to remark, please do that by all means and God will favor us all. Cheers!!

Wonderful. My searches were not quite successful. Only saw some numbers that were not active. It means you have an eagle eye . When did your wife finish her programme with NTI? My wife finished in 2009 when they were still affiliated to Usman DanFodio University and we have been afraid the credentials may be difficult to evaluate. Getting support from their regional offices has also been like hell. There is no word on the transcript we applied for in their Enugu office since Nov last year.

Well, she finish 2012@ Abuja. Statement of result also affiliated to Usman Dan Fodio University... The hustle for "2 or more certificate" no be here ooo.

Funny enough I got the guy contact on google. But so far so good, the journey have been smooth with him. my wife transcript have been sent to WES and we are just waiting for the verification from NTI.
