Trash.
The conditions for exemption are crystal clear.
It is either your adultress afonjess forged a fake or lied on her exemption form by claiming she was older.
What is however crystal clear us that she forged the certificate as the person that allegedly signed her fake had since left the NYSC.
You yorubas are by far the most hypocritical and evil people for defending an obvious forgery.
Kemi at least knows that her image has been dented with this forgery.
You may console yourselves that the NYSC forgery only applies within our shires but note that she forged a certificate to get employment and that alone has rubbished her credibility. then you and your PDP vultures are free to sue for forgery |

Trash.
Under NYSC regulations she can not be exempted from service.
Her application would have been rejected automatically on age grounds.
She presented an obviously forged exemption certificate and all you can come up with is to claim she was issued a a one by nysc?
Are you people normal at all? your trash has now turn to rubbish. Anybody can apply (even a school cert holder) for a discharge certificate. It is the duty of the NYSC to say you are not qualified for it, or is it a crime to write applications? It is not her duty to know the regulations of NYSC. Now after applying, she was issued a discharge certificate allbeit a fake one. So who's to blame? A school cert holder can apply for a job set aside for a PHD holder. It is the duty of the recruiter to throw his application into the trash can. Now if he his employed, would you blame the school cert holder or the recruiter? |

nwakibie3: Despite yet-to-be controverted evidence showing that Nigeria’s finance minister, Kemi Adeosun, forged her National Youth Service Corps scheme exemption certificate, the Nigeria Police Force is yet to begin investigation into the scandal.
The officers, however, have swiftly commenced investigations into a similar scandal involving Ademola Adeleke, the opposition Peoples’ Democratic Party governorship candidate in Osun State.
Mr Adeleke, the senator currently representing Osun West in the National Assembly, is alleged to have forged his secondary school certificate.
The senator is also alleged to have falsified his certificate of graduation from Jacksonville State University in Alabama, United States of America.
Last week, the police invited Abass Khalib, the principal of Ede Muslim High School 1 where Mr Adeleke finished from, for investigation over the issuance of the alleged forged statement of result and testimonial to the senator.
On Sunday, Mr Adeleke said the principal’s arrest was politically-motivated and demanded his release.
But while the drama continued to play out in Osun State ahead of the September gubernatorial election, nothing has happened at the federal level where the finance minister is accused of a similar scandal but has chosen to ignore Nigerians.
It is still unclear why the police have yet to act on Mrs Adeosun’s alleged certificate forgery allegations.
Days after the scandal broke, Jimoh Moshood, the Nigeria police spokesperson, speaking on Channels Television’s breakfast show, Sunrise Daily, said the police were not aware of the scandal.
When contacted on Monday, Mr Moshood said he would return the call later. He did not and subsequent phone calls to his line were not answered.
On July 7, PREMIUM TIMES exposed how Mrs Adeosun, who was appointed a federal minister by President Muhammadu Buhari in 2015, skipped the mandatory NYSC scheme after graduating at age 22.
The NYSC scheme is compulsory for all Nigerians who obtain their first degrees under the age of 30.
The corps’ only response to the scandal was a statement saying that Mrs Adeosun did apply for the document but that it would “investigate the origin of the purported Exemption Certificate in question”.
The Nigerian government’s silence in the aftermath of the scandal has continued to generate a heated public reaction with civil society organisations calling for an investigation into the matter as well as the minister’s reaction.
Last month, the Human and Environmental Development Agenda petitioned the Inspector General of Police demanding an investigation into the scandal.
Last week, another organisation, the Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Project sent a Freedom of Information request to Sule Kazaure, the NYSC Director-General, asking him to “urgently provide information on specific details and documents on the purported exemption certificate granted to Mrs Adeosun” within seven days.
The seven-day ultimatum expires on today, August 9.
https://www.premiumtimesng.com/news/headlines/279544-certificate-scandal-police-keep-mum-on-adeosun-but-swiftly-probe-senators-case.html TRASH the NYSC certificate maybe fake, yes, but was it forged? No. You cannot forge something you applied for and was issued by the government. Adeosun applied for a discharged certificate and got one from the NYSC (NYSC has come out to say she applied for a discharge certificate). She cannot then be charged for forgery. NYSC have to put its house in other and that is where investigation is ongoing. Who actually issued that certificate. Take for example you applied for a birth certificate from NPC and you were issued with one. Years later, you are asked to present you certificate for something related with government. After due deligence, it was discovered that the person that sign your certificate was not authorised. Would that be a forged certificate? |

Politics › Re: Akpabio"s Defection : The Hypocrisy Of President Buhari's Anti Corruption War by Enice(m): 12:46pm On Aug 06, 2018 |
OEPHIUS: It is no longer news that Nigeria’s Senate Minority Leader, Senator Godswill Akpabio is set to decamp to the APC; what started has a rumour after his notable absence from the PDP NEC meeting has gathered so much momentum as the former Governor yesterday paid a visit to President Buhari in London.
The defection which seems very likely as Senator Akpabio has failed to release a statement against the rumors, comes as a shock to even the most assuming political analysts and journalists especially at a time when the main opposition party, the PDP has put its house in order and is set to welcome even more decampees from the disintegrating APC.
THE FACTS.
A closer look at the Akwa Ibom politician reveals a weak grasp in his home state of Akwa Ibom where he has been continuously hounded and blackmailed by President Buhari led APC administration over several allegations of corruption.
In 2015, The EFCC ran investigations on Akpabio which led to his subsequent arrest over a misappropriation of N101.8 billion state funds which plunged Akwa Ibom state into debt. The former Governor was not charged to court and resumed his duties in the floor of the senate.
In another report, the former Governor was probed again for gifting an unnamed commercial bank the sum of N1.4billion. Another case that was recorded but not taken to court.
The APC led Federal Government hounding of Senator Akpabio was so severe that the Akwa Ibom Government House was invaded by DSS agents in a plot to steal state secrets in an attempt to acquire more evidence against former Governor Akpabio.
In 2016, Senator Akpabio was arrested for a 3rd time by the EFCC when the Anti-graft commission alleged the illegal withdrawal of N18bn to the acquisition of a multi billion naira mansion at Plot 5, Okogosi Spring Close, off Katsina-Ala Crescent, Maitama-Abuja, a multi-billion naira mansionette at Plot 28 Colorado Close, Maitama, Abuja and another multi-billion naira mansion at 22 Probyn Road, Ikoyi, Lagos. For the 3rd time Senator Akpabio was released and no legal charges were filed.
JOINING THE APC
Since 2015, the once vibrant politician lost his voice and failed woefully to provide proper leadership as minority leader in the senate due to the subsequent media backlash against his person and the corruption allegations being thrown around his name.
While other Senators like Bukola Saraki faced all allegations and politically motivated persecution head on, Akpabio may have opted to quietly plead and “settle” with his blackmailers at the expense of the senate, his party, his political career and now ultimately, the people of Akwa Ibom State.
The Anti Corruption War
A move largely perceived as desperate, Akpabio’s defection to APC puts the final coffin to President Buhari’s anti corruption war. It further confirms the long assumed ideology that the APC is a party of protected corruption, where the members and high rollers of corruption in Nigeria are immune from persecution. Senator Akpabio’s rich history of corruption and corrupt allegations is set to be magically swept under the rug.
The same Government that hounded Akpabio, arrested him several times and invaded his former office with DSS agents to get evidence against him have thrown their arms wide open to receive him in their fold. Whether Akpabio was threatened to join the APC or not, it will go down in history that he was a subdued man.
Buhari’s infamous integrity has failed the litmus test with Akpabio. The Nigerian President who prides himself as incorruptible has thrown caution to the wind and made Senator Akpabio, one of the most corrupt persons in Nigeria according to President Buhari’s EFCC to be the Apple of the APC’s eye.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Senator Godswill Akpabio’s corruption allegations have long been in the wind perhaps as hard evidence which has been used recently to blackmail the former Governor. Perhaps enough evidence to get a conviction at the court which would see Akpabio off to prison. However; with the new turn of events, Akpabio who has been alleged to have his eyes on the prized seat of Senate President, may begin to enjoy the peace of mind that comes as he is no longer a perceived threat to the President Buhari administration, perhaps at the expense of his own political goodwill.

So I ask you, The 1.4million votes (in your words) will be lost to who? in politics, that you loose a certain amount of votes does not mean it would be added to your opponents. PDP loosing 1.4million votes in Akwa Ibom does not mean it would be added to APC or any other party. There is what is call voters apathy. Saraki will not just win his state, he will also deliver to his party's presidential candidate. This coming from bast--d vulture who accuses Buhari of the killings in the NC. Has Buhari been tried and convicted of the killings? No. Did he sent anybody to kill citizens in the NC? No. Did those killers say they know him? No. But you accuse him because he his fulani. Sakari, in his desperate attempt to build an electoral war chest, commissioned his boys to rob banks. He knew Buhari would never allow him near the treasury hence he had to do something to satisfy his lust for power. His boys killed 31 persons on that day. He is therefore responsible, liable, and directly involve in the killings because he sent them. |

Flets: With South South, South East and North Central gone to anyone but Buhari, PDP only needs an average northerner to share the spoils with Buhari in the North East and North West and a SW VP to share the southwest votes.
There is no way Buhari will win 2019 elections. Either Tambuwal, kwankwaso or Atiku will kick Buhari out of office.
Buhari's supposed cult following in the North is a farce, it did not save him in 2003, 2007 and 2011 until N-PDP and Tinubu saved him in 2015. It's now much a tougher sale after exposing him for the bigot and closet terrorist he is.
Some tips: His 2015 NE & NW votes were intact cos he was up against a southern minority His 2015 NC votes was prior to his open affinity and protection for fulani terrorist in the middle belt His 2015 SW votes were driven by Tinubu and perceived fight against corruption; it's a different story now he has been exposed for the bigot and terrorist he is First of all, Akpabio just defected from PDP. Do you know what that means? 1.4 million vote lost if you believe in the 2015 election figures which I don't. Also, the SP position has been zoned to the SS by the APC in 2019. This means that states like Delta, Cross Rivers, Edo and Rivers would most likely be delivered for APC. Also note that before now, there use to be no elections in the SS. All we had was ballot stuffing. Now, it will not be business as usual as PDP is no longer in a position to dictate and forge results. Secondly, SW is on lock down for APC. Why? Because APC is the best thing after fried rice in the SW. Their programs in infrastructure, education, agriculture etc, far outshine that of all former PDP governments before it. Thirdly, the NW and NE are on lock down for Buhari. This is not the time when NNPC, NSA, NPA, CBN and NIMASA use to fund the PDP. Also moneybag states like Akwa Ibom are no longer there. Delta is owing salaries and wike's cultists will be caged by the IGP. The use of the Armed force is also out of the window, so PDP is dead in the NW and NE. Now in the SE, mark my words: APC Will get nothing less than 40%. Nigeria is not yet developed enough to play online politics. So if you think your 700likes on Nairaland will result in 700votes, keep dreaming. Finally, the only zone APC is have issues right now is the NC and even at that, APC would win in states like Kwara, Nasarawa and Kogi state. Kwara because Sakari is now known to be a killer, cultist and muderer and his thugs has been and would be cut to size by the IGP. |

You guys are the first to shout that everything is going to the North while you play politics of seclusion. The SS is now wise. Anything to bring development to the SS is welcomed. In 2015, the SE refused to vote for Ngige and hence lost the SP seat to the NC. Now if the NC is foolish enough to play bigotted politics, then the SS is wise enough to play inclusive politics |

odiks: Governor Udom lambasts Senator Akpabio, as PDP mourns exit of senate minority leader.
Gov. Udom Emmanuel has dismissed his estranged godfather and Senate minority leader, Senator Godswill Akpabio, as a greedy, insatiable man who wanted him to be his puppet. He was addressing an emergency PDP stakeholders meeting summoned to address the exit of the former governor from the party.
He told the meeting that he couldn’t surrender the government to the former governor to run from Abuja, hence, their parting of ways. He told the meeting that he did everything to please Akpabio but that he couldn’t be satisfied.
He opened up to the meeting that he had to resort to legal tactics to stop the EFCC from probing how the former governor spent state funds when he was in power but yet he couldn’t be satisfied.
The governor said his estranged godfather is too proud, egoistic and arrogant and that it took him a lot to condone him.
But some of the stakeholders who spoke at the meeting lamented that the party is in big trouble in the state as so many people may follow Akpabio to APC.
A lawmaker hinted that some members of the house of Assembly are on their way out of the party. The meeting agreed that some chieftains of the party be watch listed as they may be moles for Akpabio who’s all out to dislodge Udom from power come next election.
On the 2019 election, the governor told the meeting to brace up for tough and rough times as they are plans by the APC to rig him out of power using federal might and INEC.
The governor was advised to rid the government of all the Akpabio men.
The Senate Minority Leader, Godswill Akpabio, is defecting from the opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), a presidential aide has said.
President Muhammadu Buhari’s Special Assistant on Prosecution, Okoi Obono-Obla, posted a message on Facebook, Saturday night, saying that Mr Akpabio will be received into APC on Thursday by the Acting President Yemi Osinbajo and other top leaders of the party at a rally in Ikot Ekpene, Akwa Ibom state.
