Don't mind the mumu. What happens to the allocations the state gets from the FG?...what happens to the taxes the state collects?. Osun state is not a small state so they have no excuse not to pay salaries.

When Govnor Ortom of Benue was not paying salaries they kept quiet until he decamped to PDP, that was when they remembered he was not paying salaries and impeachment proceedings was started against him.

They used non-payment of salaries to campaign against Fayose, now they're looking for excuse in the case of Osun.

Dino will surely comeback. Understand something, APC can't concentrate on every part of the country like they did in Ekiti with federal govt money. More money will have to be spent and the fed govt can't pay for all their aspirants expenses so it will be mostly be left to the aspirants and some govnors to spend their own. Not all of this govnors will want to spend much because their candidates might loose.

The recall process against Dino failled because his people still prefer him, so whoever is coming to contest with him under APC will need to have enough cash to spend because Dino has money to spend.
