Sorry this thread is here , I tried posting on the ads board but it says I have insufficient permission ... @ seun , lalasticala , mynd44

Please I'm interested in placing ads on this forum , but rather than ad banners , I prefer threads as ads... Which means per thread , I pay and and it comes to front page of the site , is that possible??

I thought so , becuase I am having the features on my site
What if it comes to FP and people refuse to open it knowing well that it's an ad? U will still want to be charged?

The main weapons of war are not unveiled when there are no wars. When you start war then you see the main weapons from the big boys, weapons you never imagined ever existed. Only small boys make noise over a million naira they have made.
But we don't need wars, all we need now is peace even though some wars are necessary in order to bring long-lasting peace.

Good morning guys..I will be short and brief.

I apply for open university some years back , 2013 to be precise ( to study data management) , I took the form and did my clearance , and I was given a matric number ..

The next stage was to proceed with the paying of acceptance fees .

Due to some financial issues , I was unable to proceed with the admission.

Now my questions is :

1. Will I have to go and reapply and also get another form ?

2. I still have my clearance document with me. Can I just take it all to the ICT if my profile can be reinstated or anything can be done .

3. Plz I need a breakdown of the skool now ? Do they pay per session or per semester.. ( back den , dey do pay per semester)

I'm still deliberating if to stick to the Data management or go for another course which is communication management..

Tank u so much.
First thing, Data Management programme no longer exist in NOUN. You either do Communication Technology, Information Technology or Computer Science. So, be ready to choose one of the two. With the above, u cannot proceed with clearance for the said programme but rather will have to apply for a change of programme or reapply for another programme using your former payment details (this won't be as straight forward as many things and procedures have changed). Go to the nearest Study and see what they can do. It's possible to use your former payment but it will take sometime for them send mails and await responses. Instead, get another form at 5k and apply for any course of your choice that u are qualified for aside Data Management. This will help you avoid unnecessary delays.
Cheers.
NB: Registration is every semester. Your first semester fee could be around 64-70k ± depending on your programme. The subsequent semesters could be as low as 38-56k ± depending on your programme as well.

It's not all courses that have SIWES or IT but if you have SIWES in your programme, it is COMPULSORY. Without it, no graduation.

Hello everyone, please I need your assistance.

I tried registering for new student.

I entered my details, generated the Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) code.

I was redirected to the remita site for payment where I'll input my atm details (card number, pin, etc).

I had it in mind to pay via bank branch, but there is no option for payment via bank branch, instead what I saw was only the remita page where I need to input my ATM details.

I Am confused because I wanted to pay via bank branch but what I see on the NOUN webpage as an option is payment by remita (to input my ATM details).

Can I use the RRR code and pay into a bank branch?

Or

Put money in my account and pay directly via remita?

cc: Samisha500; Anthonyo15; Enskynelson
Take the Remita number and proceed to the nearest bank branch. U can make payments like that.
Jobs/Vacancies › Re: Npower: How To Fix Invalid Account Issue On NASIMS Portal by Enskynelson(m): 9:09pm On Jan 27, 2022
The Nasim care line is about the worse out there. They hardly fix issues sent vial emails and they hardly take calls. I was even lucky to get a reply to the email that the account issue has been fixed after providing BVN printout stamped and signed at the bank. That was before the second payment. Till now, the issue is not fixed. The fact that the current NPower has no office in each State is worse. Finally, they still don't resolve issues sent to them on twitter. In conclusion, their handling of queries is crap.
Career › Re: An Advice Needed My People by Enskynelson(m): 9:04pm On Jan 27, 2022
Ask yourself these questions:
Do u really NEED a house right now?
Is the house going to be bringing you more money?
If they above is negative, then I suggest you give it a thought to suspend the plan of building a house for now. If however your current line of business can earn you reasonably, like 1 million a month, u can consider the house project too.
Leaving the country... For your age and that kind of savings, i think you are doing well here and there may be no need to consider leaving just yet.
Finally, consider investing in more business. You can use part of the money to build some flats on the land u already and put them to rent.
By the way, just like that guy above, please if the biz legit, hit me up abeg. All the best as u make the decision.

When people were warning u against it when u started, u told then it was not a sin. You even told them to quote the Bible verse that says Gambling is a sin. Now you have learners the truth in the hard way. You need prayers and counseling.
The fact that you have realised it's not good for u is a step closer to your finding help. God can help you.

Good morning my people. I join NOUN as a direct entry student & I registered all courses am supposed to register from 200 level n passed. But d school is refusing me graduate that my Total credit units is less than the minimum required by 4 units. Now i am been asked to take 2 courses from 100 level to meet up. Plz why is NOUN like this? Why should I register for a semester just for 2 courses in 100 level that I am not supposed to be part of as a DE student? I am a law student & i have gone to the faculty at Jabi, Abuja to complain without any hope
Did u do all your Electives? That's what the electives are meant for. Secondly, did u do GST107, 105, 104, 103, 101, and 102 and your credit units is still less? Because those GSTs especially 101, 105, 103 and 107 are compulsory even if u entered via DE.
